Hello everyone,
1) Let’s try to be constructive.
2) It’s just a suggestion, so opinions are fine.
3) I hope that I’m doing this topic in the right discussion spot.

My suggestion is to make the condition(debuffs) & buffs relative; how?
In a fight (Player vs environment or Player vs Player):
I) If you get debuffed with (a condition), you can clean it with an opposite buff.
II) If you get buffed with (effect), you can lose it for a condition (debuff).

Weakness >< Might.
Poison & Bleeding & Burning >< Regeneration.
Blind & Confusion >< Fury.
Crippled & Immobile >< Swiftness.
Slow & Chilled >< Quickness.
Vulnerability >< Protection & Aegis.
Torment >< Vigor.
Burning >< Chilled: you can’t burn someone and freeze him at the same time.
So if an Elementalist put Burning condition on you and then he used Chilled or the opposite rotation, the second debuff remove the first one.
Stability >< Fear ( and undo stunes )

Remove: Retaliation (The reflected damage is really low !) and based on this suggestion: Resistance will also be removed!

Example: In a 1v1 (Warrior vs Guardian)
4)The guardian started the fight with a Blindness skill, the warrior can use a Fury skill that undo the debuff and gain the fury effect.
5) The Warrior buffed himself with Might, the guard debuff him using Weakness.
This suggestion may create a new gameplay for PvP and also for PVE, so players won’t be some buttons spammers, but the classes skills should be modified and be rebuild based on this idea!

@Tseikk well I did the same thing you did, I run a very high toughness spec with very defensive skills and helped with a friend (guardian support) and get killed in 3sec with 2shoot from the thief

I have a question for you Amityel: How much Hp + mobility+survability skill you got on your Mesmer.
Getting nerf or not that’s not the problem, the problem is: in PVP now we see only Mesmers and Elementalists… :/

Next time I’ll get a screenshot for the thief damage (9k-8k-3k6-5k8) in 2jumps
and for Rampage (3 Hits = 6k670 that’s not OP ) The rampage is OP but still an elite skill not something like the burn condition that you can spam it!

Well, the question is: What’s the difference now between a Warrior, a thief and a Mesmer if all of them will get the same amount of armor. Are we wearing armor just to put some runes on it and to get the offensive stats only?
How could a thief two shoot a warrior (using the toughness trait)?

I think that to handle this damage increase mess, Anet should do some reconsiders about the defense system!

Hello, Yuuki! Well look I found something good for you a video about the condition build you want to play! Shin made it!
Beside, in the pic that i m posting here you will find the Defensive and offensive way to hit and reflect! And also you’ll get the buff (quickness) cause ‘frenzy’ now is a stun breaker and also no more +25% damage taken! But listen carefully if you miss the quickness momentum it will be hard for you to take the advantage back!
And try to use Marauder’s amulet much better then berzerk one !

Hey, I was thinking about using the stunner build too, BUT! now with the new patch you won’t be able to play a tactic game! Naaaah!!!! è_é
It’s all about the fast reaction and high damage.
Just think about it for a second, to stun your enemy you have to be close! you don’t have Rush, Bull’s charge! Nothing to close the gap.

And if you insist, change “Throw bolas” to ’Bull’s charge’ and for your build take the traits that give you Condition damage!

30k hp? heavy armor; toughness?
1)Warrior got the same amount of hp as a Mesmer 19-24k!
2)Mirror image (Mesmer spell deal to me 4k6 on a Warrior build tank) so don’t talk about toughness anymore!
3)and about Rush it’s the same thing as a Shadow refuge, as an Elem/Mesmer Tp as Engi jump ….
Please! After this patch Warrior is like a light armor class with a melee weapon -__- and people are talking about being risky and play under high pressure! Well bullkitten they are just enjoying their OP Elem/Mesmer/Engi…
So please close this useless topic

The conclusion:
If you play with an OP build you’ll destroy players and by OP I mean (instant 36k damage (guard)/Mirror Images deal 5k3 on a Tanky war + the Op Mesmer burst yeah! ^__^ Funny and skillful / Burn stack deal instant 20k+ damage /engineer grenades ……
A warrior hp (for example) between 19-24k !

What’s the strategy you are talking about?
Risky? what risk you are talking about!
Players crying here and there? O__O
What the hell are you talking about?
Players take instant 36k damage! Strategy ? what are you talking about! you don’t even have time to make your strategy
Conditions damage now ( burn for example) yeah it’s risky that will put you on fire and instant death for sure!
