You finished the Arah story mode. The lvl 37 item is a bug that Anet is fixing. Read the forums and youll see that they are fixing it. They were not aware of the bug untill recently so give them a break. There are millions of things that can go wrong in GW2 due to millions of lines of coding that are run every day.
The drop rates of blue is more common than green, or yellow or orange. So youll obviously get more blues than any other item. I cant say anything about your “never got rare or exotic”. Im just assuming you got bad luck, or you haven’t done any full dungeon runs. I generally get 1 rare item per 2-3 full dungeon runs? Exotics do drop from time to time, but very rare. Ive gotten 3 so far, but at the same time someone who usualy runs a dungeon with me, got 2 in the same run then another right after.
Drops are random, you can cry all day, grind all day. Its not going to change, its random. Also, just because you have 100percent magic find or more doesnt mean your supposed to get 100percent exotics. Its just a figure within a larger set of numbers that determine your drop. Also, if you read up on what magic find does, it just increases the chance of a better drop tire. So if you get blues all the time, then without your magic find it would be white items. So stop complaining about your blues, because the rest of us get whites.

Also, are you seriously going to cry over a lvl 47 item from a story mode? I just looked at it and went “Meh” and salvaged it with the rest of the junk I had in my inventory.
I’m not crying, tbh i don’t even care about it. I’m just saying i’m willing to farm dungeons to get armors I want and they are only one that I like.

FInished every story mode dungeon, never got rare or exotic, as the mather of fact, I haven’t got exotic and or rare from any expl or story dung. I’m fully magic find buffed btw.
So, I couldn’t find any similiar topic about this, so I decided to create 1.
I’m about to ding 80 and I’m looking at the exotic karma sets. Here is my opinion of 6 sets to get (correct me if I’m wrong and post your opinion):
Arcon Armor of Dwayna – this set is all arround, with all stats balanced. Maybe good if you want more surviveability.
Armageddon Armor of Balthazar – set has good damage and surviveability. I will personally go for this set
Aurora Armor of Melandru – healing set. If you want to focus on support and heals with some good crit chance.
Mortal Armor of Grenth – pretty much same stats as the “Baltazar” set. GUess the looks would decide it.
Rubicon Armor of Lyssa – similar stats as the “Melandru” set, with little less healing power.
Whispering Armor of Infiltration – this set is also similar to other set, the “Dwayna” 1.
So, you have 3 basic sets, if you want little bit of everything, damage and surviveability or healing and crits. This way you have 2 options on looks, which is pretty good. Each piece costs 45k of karma. I haven’t checked other armor sets, like the crafted lvl 80.
Please, post your thoughts, what will you go for and why? And correct any mistakes I made in this post.

Using staff in PvE and in SPvP double dagger. Staff is more usefull (a tleast i think) because of the 2 good heals and double daggers in PvP are soooo good.
Yet again, Eles would be overpowered if we could swap weapons during fights in PvP. We have 20 spells per weapon combo, if we could swat between primary and secundary, that would mean 40 spells. All of the CC-s would be there, all conditions, boons etc etc. It is understandable (at least for me) why we don’t have weapon swap.
P.S. double dagger is the way to go in SPvP
