Don’t use these forums, however here’s a quick one from the guild i’m in:

Teq and Karka do not spawn in ‘prime time’ for UK residents who work/school. The spawn for teq is at 7pm GMT. The next is around 3am in the morning.

Could we get a kill in the evening UK time as those who work/school often get home, have dinner and do family stuff then play in the evening….

Whole internet works fine apart from gw2 which has maybe 1 mins lag delay this evening

The reason i kill Teq is for the karma. I think there needs to be other bosses like this that give the same sort of Karma reward.

^ Agreed. I recently left a guild as there were some members who just spammed guild chat with childish/abusive context. I blocked them, but could still see their messages.

There are alot of ideas here about events happening in Tyria (outside of the standard DE’s). For me, the game is about immersing myself and exploring, etc. When scarlets invasions came out, i really enjoyed these. Someone wrote about a map sized event/events like the invasions, but where if you held the objectives then players would gain a boost; this sounds a fab idea! I think maybe imnplement a player boost system where afk players cannot get them.

Would also like an invite please.

I’ve recently noticed myself and team members are not getting karma from dungeons. We use to get karma from these. Is this a recent update or a bug?

I’m sorry a friend explained this too me. It does work, i was doign it wrong, hehe.

I’ve gone around frostgorge 3 times now and have 9/10 dragon shards. The underwater one does not let you interact with i, preventing me completing this.

Hi, a few guys in my guild said something about logging on last week and receiving some gems. Did anyone receive this? I received the birthday gift but no gems. (Been playing daily.)

This is just a thank you to show my support for the customer service team. (I didn’t want to clog up the main forum with this post.)

In summery, i had 2 GW1 accounts that i hadn’t played for around 5-6 years. I didn’t know my username, password or character names; nor did i have access to the email address used to create them.
However it just goes to show that if you provide Anet with as much information as you can about the accounts, then they will do what they can to help you.

I thought not knowing the above details would mean i couldn’t access my accounts, but after giving them all the other information i could remember, it was clear they could see i was the owner of those accounts

Thumbs up to the customer service team – It’s small things like this this that make me smile – knowing that if something does happen to my account, the staff at Anet are prompt to help out.

I’ve been missing 1 point from the maguuma explorer title. I’ve 3 characters that have 100% exploration, so i was wondering whether this is a bug or whether there is a really tricky area i’ve yet to explore.

Hi,

About an hour ago i sold a large amount of materials from the new island, they were put in and sold straight away; however no money was received and the items are listed as ‘sold’. I went to Lions Arch to sell more items, they sold and the money was received in the TP tab.

I’m a bit worried that i’ve recieved no money from all the items i sold when on the new island.

Our guild members are getting the same lag issues on the desolation server after 6pm gmt time. – last 4-5 nights in a row.

Various members in our guild are having lag problems for the last 4-5 days. The lag only happens after 6pm gmt. It doesn’t happen during the day and the internet isn’t affected, only gw2 is.

Server: Desolation.

i absolutely love this game, but just getting tired of thins like this not working and getting told to do it a second time – slowly getting put off this lovely game

Quick query regarding the new update. I’e just completed a boarderland jumping puzzle. Could we get points for these as it’s part of the WvW activities?

Same with desolation. Guildies and myself keep getting pushed to overflow servers on our home world.

(I wasn’t sure where to post this, as there wasn’t a ‘post your achievements’ thread on this board.)

So, a mighty warrior of Tyria needed 250 ecto’s to craft this wonderful piece of back armour. I signed my name up and went in search of beasts in the dungeons across our dark and deadly world, only then, after many weeks of slaying, did i gain those 250 ecto’s to make the backpiece. But no! The backpiece wasn’t the same as i see on other mighty warriors, mine wasn’t shiny! So back to slaying for another 250 ecto’s and finally, i crafted the below!

(p.s. – I know many people have this & more… but for me, this is a real cool achievement! – Check out it’s shininess! – Do you think those creatures that shout ‘leave my shiney’ in the low level caves would approve? :p)

Jason, also it doesn’t let you wield two of the same type of new rings. You can only wield one of a type.

Also you cannot wield two of the ‘Druid;s circle’ rings’. It only lets you wield one. Please can you let us wield type types of this ring?

I just tried this recipe on the two types of new rings, and the mystic forge doesn’t
recognize the new ring types: (When you move the ring to the mystic forge slot, it doesn’t go in, it bounces back to the inventory.)

3 Glob of Coagulated Mists Essence
5 Vial of Condensed Mists Essence

I just tried this recipe on the two types of new rings, and the mystic forge doesn’t recognize the new ring types:

Ascended ring (Infused)

Made my sunrise at the weekend. Sold it straight away for 2000g. used that to by the dawn, shield and mace precusor, lodestones and also 1 set of t6 materials. So all i need now are the skill points, ecto and wvw badges which all come with time. At least now i’m in a position to sit back and enjoy the game and not worry about obtaining any items that fluctuate madly.

For me it was either:
a) keep the sunrise
b) sell & buy 3 pre-cusors, 3 sets of lodestones and the t6’s.

Pretty much all i do in game is dungeons as i love running them. However, over the last month is has become apparent that groups consisting of 4 warrior’s and 1 mesmers for CoF path 1, are slowly taking over. I could quite easily form groups for path 1, but no-a-days i find i’m getting kicked out of a group because i’m not a warrior.

Even lfg.com is full of ‘’warrior/mesmer’s only please!’’

I have a group of friends to run dungeons with, but when there not online, i do find i struggle more finding a group due to the above.

It’s also causing alot of hassle in game, i see people having to prove they are DPS, if they arn’t, they get kicked. If they don’t link their armour/skills, they get kicked… I’ve timed a run with 4 warrior’s/mesmer, it takes 5-7 mins. A run with a pug takes 7-10 mins. Is 3 min’s really that vital?

This isn’t so much a rant, as more of a ’what’s happening to our community…’ post =)

I done a level 4 fractal with 5 people. 3 of which were in the same guild. After the 2 hours battle, these 3 ppl kicked myself and my friend right at the end of the bonus boss. Unlucky for them I was the person who started the instance, so when i got kicked, everyone got booted out. Afterwards i asked they did they kick me, and all of them said yes and and text to go with it. I have screenshots of 2 out of the 3 guildies saying they kicked me and my friend right at the end of a a 2 hour fractal run.

My question is where can i submit these screenshots to as i don’t want this to happen to me again. Surly its trolling?

I always ask the group if they want to skip it or not. For me it’s not a as you generalise it. If the majority of people don’t want to skip it, then we don’t. If they do, then we do. it’s all about what the team wants.

I can see why people want to skip it, as he does not drop anything.

Sorry for the silly question, but what is special about the temple and these shards? (I’m too working towards a lgendary, so any help would be helpful.) =)

Ok, so i’ve just finished the level 10 dungeon (woohoo!) and i recieved this ring. Can i purchase one of the infused things and attached it to the ring? Some say yes and some are saying no.

Also is [Seal of the Khan-Ur] the ring people are talking about when i read these forums?
