But, why u are in this section ? who are u ? six in this post to say what? you wrote only things that we all had already discussed here and elsewhere. The only answer that i and others expect, we want from Anet, not from the usual fanboy clowns who believe they work for Anet. Have a good game, at least u.
So we have not understood. Recommend you to read before commenting. My account is still active, I did not have never stolen! moreover, there is already a password much more complex than that suggested by Anet. The point here is that they do not read our report, and this is obvious, because they gave me an answer useless as yours, for that matter.
Must compensate the 150 hours of gameplay and 70 euro in gems spent on that character, that’s for sure.

The problem is not solved, I already had access to my account but my character lv 80 has been missing for almost a week! you do not read what we write? that answer is that? I do not need a new password, I need my character back!

Hahahaha, I am also in the same situation, I threw 150 hours of play, and unfortunately it is not a joke: be cursed the day i bought this game.
Obviously, the problem also exists in the game because if you want to exchange gems for gold … get very few gold. But this is also a problem of Anet, because the market ingame is really hurt. They should ban all gold sellers, of course, but should also fight this scourge with a more generous value in the exchange between gems and gold: if we think that a lv 80 can do 2-5 gold per day, and if you buy 4000 gems, through an exchange in BlackLionMarket they give something like 8 gold… 4000 gems are 40 or 50 euro, cannot remember, I seem to be too many for 8 gold! it’s logical that if they do, so they don’t fight the black market.

It happened to me 5 days ago, with a character lv80 and 70 euro of gems worn on that character. You can not imagine how angry, and apparently I do not have anything back
(8120908-003904 & 120911-006815) I still do not have answers about the same problem, and I would like it to be given priority to those who have exposed the problems for more than 72 hours. I wonder how do you manage sales of one million account in a few days and can not give answers to 11,000 players who have already paid and do not have the service. This attitude makes me think they haven’t a precise answer, and that they are giving us the sugar day by day, little by little, with the vague answers, to make the days pass. I’m sure I’m not the only one thinking this now.

Drintar, i do not know if you can move one character to a different server, as in the selection screen I have two noobs character and lacks only the principal. Indeed, but I want a clear answer from them. The minimum is to have a little ’sincerity on the part of this support and if so they should open a thread where they write to all those who have lost their characters that do not will recover back.

I was playing when it happened. As you can read in my post, it’s happened to me and the result is that I lost my main character lv 80: two days that no one gives me answers and probably someone has deleted my pg. I hope that does not happen to you, for the moment I am sending to hell Anet in my subconscious.

Too much hype before the game: you have launched challenges that could not win and you have said that this game would revolutionize the genre, but you forgot that the management of mass is important and the result is a mass of people unhappy. All newly released games have problems but these problems are noobs. Safety is important, we are in 2012, everyone is looking for security because everyone is able to invade our privacy. From a game on sale with item shop is expected especially serious about online shopping, not to mention the mysterious disappearances of characters. This is a scandal real. It never happened something like this in my entire life.

Do not be hypocrites, the real problem is that from what I read around would not be able to restore a character: thus, it is useless to play a game that has these holes so there is the possibility that the hours of play are lost together the money spent on gems!
Only pg lv 80 has been canceled? and if so? then ArenaNet must refund the game and all the gems that I bought, because in this case I will not play again and will tell everyone I know not to buy Guild Wars 2 because there is the possibility that people lose their characters after weeks of play! Today, after lunch, I was playing and it appeared an error “lost connection” (as they did in the market three days ago). The game is restarted, taking me to the character creation screen and my main character lv 80 is missing! you can see the medals and game progress but my character isn’t here. No one has seen fit to give me an answer and now have gone about 7 hours. I’m really tired of all the problems we have in this game, but this is a very serious thing: incredible !
