I agree this was a very very bad feature pack.

Anet, you have truly failed.

Can I ask why or how or who chose to implement this change into the game. I’m speechless at how bad this patch was.

Hi guys.

I’m really struggling to choose a profession and stick with it. I really want to get to max level but I keep getting de-motivated and my mind tells me to create a new char -.- haha.

I currently have Warrior level 29, Elementalist 35, and Thief 34. I don’t think any of these entice me enough to keep playing them for some reason, I can’t decide why either.

I like my characters to have cool looking armour, to do really nice damage and to be worthy of PvP and PvE, mostly PvP.

If you was in my position, what would you choose and why. Please don’t respond ‘play what you want to play’ im looking for opinions of your own as to why the profession you would play would be a good choice. This may make my mind up. Ive also watched many videos and still cant decide.

I understand that, I really do. Isn’t 4 and half hours seriously extreme though?!

I’m on Desolation server and I’ve been in the queue for 4 and half hours now for Desolation BL?

What can I do? It’s unbelievable, I’ve tried all the other BL’s too but they have a queue.

This is so frustrating. I thought it was supposed to be a casual friendly game and yet I can’t even play a feature which is my dominant aspect of the game without being in a queue for 4 hours?

Cont: And now I have to queue up for EB again.. awesome.

I was in a HUGE battle in WvW on Eternal Battlegrounds, however as the battle was so huge I changed my graphic options to ‘best performance’ but then in the middle of the fight I changed them back to all ultra as that is what I normally have it on..

However, my game crashed as I did this and now I didn’t get any loot, exp or anything from capturing a keep. Sucks really.

Anyone else had this happen to them? I only changed my graphic options in the middle of a fight -.-

I really don’t see what is bad about this game at the very moment. I love it.

As the title says. With highly anticipated MMO’s coming out sooner than you think, and the new expansion recently announced for WoW, would you be able to name a list of features/things which will keep people playing Guild Wars 2?

I think this could be fun, especially informative for players that are maybe thinking about leaving Guild Wars 2 for another game/expansion. This may be able to change their mind if the lists you guys provide are powerful enough to change the perception that this game is actually awesome.

Really? Capes aren’t implemented because they just CAN’T do it? kitten , I haven’t heard that before. However, I understand they’re human and not everything is possible

Paulytnz, some very interesting and reasonable ideas there for mounts. I’d definitely agree with all of them. Yes, the Asura mount I’d definitely say a golem.

I’ve been thinking recently. Questions such as why aren’t capes in the game, why aren’t GROUND mounts in the game? (I could just imagine how awesome ground mounts would be in WvW). There is obviously more I just can’t think of them right now but they’ll come back to me :P

So, is there any logical reason as to why they aren’t in the game? I don’t mind that they aren’t at all as I love the game the way it is, however I just think little things like capes would make it a little more fun, especially ground mounts. I would definitely disagree having flying mounts in this game as the world is so beautifully made.

Wow, I’ve never thought about doing that before. I know a place where it’s a beautiful waterfall and the scenery is unbelievably breath-taking (I think it’s in sylvari land) sorry I’m a noob so don’t know the names of places yet :P

Hi guys, is there any way to zoom out further than what the normal camera allows? In tight spaces and large zergs, I would love to be able to zoom out far to see the awesome particle effects of spells far out rather than not being able to see my target through all of the spells.

If not, please implement extra zoom out on the camera, that would be awesome and I’m sure many would agree

So many mixed responses, but so much help so thank you very much.

As one person stated, I’ll get to level 25 and see how I feel with both of them by the time I’m that level. However, you have all gave mixed responses so it’s still so very hard to choose.

I’ll see which game play I like out of the 2, I think I’m edging towards Mesmer at the moment, however still undecided.

I’m kind of still new to the game and I need your expertise for a decision to be made!

I currently have Warrior at 26 and Thief at 36, but I just don’t feel like they are for me. I’ve decided to narrow it down to a Elementalist or Mesmer as a Male Norn (Don’t judge they are AWESOME).

Now, I need opinions. The thing is, I like how both of the professions play, I just really can’t decide between the two. Which is worth leveling up to 80 the most? I like the diversity of the Ele and the four elements, however, I also like how Mesmer’s can summon clones to confuse the enemy. I definitely get confused when fighting against Mesmers.

Also, Elementalists seem to die really quick whereas my Mesmer feels it stays alive a little longer..?

I play mostly WvW, PvP and PvE obviously to level (I haven’t done a dungeon yet :P).

I guess i just need some words of wisdom to make me decide which one :P

Hi guys I’m tempted to buy the Primeval Armour set off the gem store.

Just a quick question, I’m not level 80 does it matter? As in, can I use it on my Warrior at any level and use it all the way to 80 whilst leveling through WvW and also PvP?

I think this is my first ever post on these forums so please bare with me on the lack of understanding on here :P

All I wanted to briefly say is how impressed I am with the game. Everything just feels great playing it. (I haven’t even got a level 80 yet either and I’m loving it!) there isn’t many MMO’s that has kept me playing like this game.

However, I would just love to make a moderate suggestion, I’ve noticed people complain that some parts of the game are easy etc (I haven’t experienced it myself) but I remember in Guild Wars 1 being able to switch between Normal and Hard Mode and being on my 55hp Monk it was literally so much fun on Hard Mode. Any thoughts about bringing in the ‘Hard Mode’?
