They can drop from those? Nice. That gives me some hope because 800 gems is way too high, IMO, for a name change. I’d sooner spend that on another char slot.

Finally finished my bow 2 days ago, final count was right around 340 tries for the 77 clovers.

Check your mail, if you have old mail in there make sure you delete it.

Seems the one person perma glows and the other just gets the glow when their weapon is drawn.

Two characters with the same weapon, one clearly shows glowing from bifrost while the other does not..

Armor issue? I asked the one to get naked but changed nothing…

Any comments?

I have everything now.. Just sitting waiting to press Forge… I feel like when I do.. its kinda like game over.. q.q

Sorry to say but your wrong.. I bought a quaggan backpack, and received a white back piece with it that I used to transmute the back pack on to it making it account bound instead of soulbound.

wait less then 25 people wont trigger swords? so we wont have any idea if a keep is being attacked?

For about 6 gold you can do it.

Exchange 6 gold to 300 gems and buy the quaggan backpack from the shop.

When you use the item that you get in mail, you get a white back piece as well as the quaggan backpack.

Feel free to send me a glob of ectoplasm if you used this method :X still need 200 some more for my legendary XD

Going for “The Dreamer” either to keep or sell for a different legendary, I have not decided.

I just want to vent some frustration…

I know mystic clover’s are supposed to be a random gamble but come on this is just crazy.

When I first started getting them I did 8 crafts of the 10x recipe for a grand total of… 10 clovers back.

I just did 29 tries doing the single method and came up with a grand total of 2 clovers..

Iv had very little success with this aspect of the Legendary “grind”, iv passed the 200 attempt mark and I am sitting on a grand total of 35 mystic clovers.

So here is my plea.

Any witch doctors out there want to lift my clover curse please feel free to.

ok so i just purchased 50 keys and im still getting a lot of chests with 2 items, and some chests with 2 items and a few copper… hopefully its fixed and i get some more chests sent my way…

The chests are giving three items, as far as all of us know (and have established in testing). The “two items and some coppers” is actually three items, because the coppers count as the third item set.

I am sorry but this is not acceptable…

1 Copper should NEVER count as an item, those craptastic coin bags are one thing, but to tell us a copper coming out of a chest is counted as an item?

Secondly I opened countless boxs, and only received 3 in return for my “bugged ones”, i highly doubt that was the correct count.

Thirdly you guys really need to change these boxs again, they need to be adjusted as the price of gems goes up to match the value. Right now to buy 1 box it costs right around 3 gold, if you sell 150 gems for gold its around 2.25 gold. That means I should feel like I got 2 gold out of my purchase.

Buffs cost between 75 and 150 gems per buff, those transmutation potions are worthless hence they are not even sold in the gem shop, transmutation stones are worthless because of the high rate they were originally added with (I alone have over 500). The service items you can get a much lower rate then other things cost between 35 and 70 gems.

So on a very good day if your lucky you will get a buff, a BL salvage kit, and a gold bag or a dye. On a very bad day you will get a buff and 1 bags of gold that average 2-3 silver per bag, and now 1-5 copper?… Where is the value or use in buying the chests?

I know they are mean to be a gamble, but can you please add something to them to make me want to gamble?

Over half the time the value of what you get out of the box is less then the price if you were to buy those items with gems.

Opened about 4k myself and 0 perm items lol

I did submit a ticket, and they said they are looking into the issue since so many others reported it.

Not sure where they stand on the christmas box tho.

Money drops do not show up in the chat window, you will just have to take my word that one copper dropped.. lol

I opened a ticket as I am kinda annoyed with this at the moment, as holiday box’s are not dropping what the patch note says are required..

In my opinion the Black Lion Chests are not worth purchasing the keys for. I refuse to use my gems up for the poor rewards contained in the chests. If I get a key drop, then I try it, but have not been impressed with the contents at any time.

I cannot use the tonics. If I get a booster most often it is for speed buff or crafting buff, neither of which I can use. I have noticed nothing of worth ever drops from any of the chests I have opened and I have almost 100 chests in my bank.

It would be nice if the rewards were better or even useable.

Would be nice if they dropped some random craft mats or something.. The gold bag was a nice touch but really 90 copper? lol

Well an easier way for you to temp resolve the problem instead of renaming till a real fix is found.

When it happens hold down the windows key and press R (Or click start then click run)

Paste the following in and hit enter: “taskkill /f /im awesomium_process.exe”

Do not paste the quotes to… All this does is simply kills the process called awesomium_process.exe and forces GW2 to spawn a new copy of it. This basically does the same thing as your rename trick, just without the renaming.

If you are afraid of the command, simply opening the task manager and end tasking the process will result in the same effects.

Logged in to play only I have no skills in slots 1-5 have tried changing weapon, relogging and restarting client but skills are still missing. I DEFINITELY have a weapon equipped before anyone suggests that. It is only on y Asura Elementalist that this is happening my Necromancer and others are fine.

To resolve this problem, go pick up something that normally changes your skills and then drop it, see if that don’t solve your problem!

This.. 110% this…Anyways to tell you whats happening in fractals, its a result of auto attack + picking up, or picking up + autorun. It causes you to not pickup said item but also blocks all forms of player intervention for a few seconds… Resulting in keep attacking, or in some cases auto running with no control over said character…

I have successfully done 37 fractals, currently on F#9, every single one of them pugs with no one I knew.

Limit it to 1 chest per character.. So what if some people have multi level 80’s, they leveled them up so why should they not be able to take advantage of them? Its not like someone can level a new character to 80 in the time it takes for the event to end.

Yes it was nice to see everyone pull together in the times of need!

So what if people who have multi level 80’s want to do it again, it’s not like they can level from 1 – 80 over and over agian…

Its not buggy to charge the skill you need to kill a mob with the hammer

Yes, I know, I am capable of reading the tooltip on an item, we were killing the ads with the hammer and still had the same buggy results.

So the temple level in the new dungeon where you have to free the giant by using a hammer… The hammer seems slightly.. broken..

We have no way to tell if its “charged” or really what the requirements to “charge” it are.. On F#4 we finally ran into the temple stage and were able after a long time to get to the top where you fight the boss and this is where it just all went to hell… The hammer seems to randomly decide where you need to correctly stand before the 4th skill will show… It seems extremely buggy.

I have a whole 8.5k HP and they crit hit for 1/2 my hp a hit? 4 hits and im dead normal attacks, 2 hits with crit and its game over lol

Same problem here, been in GW2 Jade Query since the start and no guild or wvw bonuses are effecting me.

Anet was cheap and only gave us a 4-day banker. What that means is when you first activated the item, it would work for 4 days (unlimited use), then expire to never be used again.
