i have gtx 1070 and i wanna know if this is the best graphic settings i can get

my freind told me that she didnt had it too and she just teleported to a freind
and now she is farming there

i have teleport to a freind and i cant teleprot to her
i click on her and nothing happens
and i cant use the portol to Bitterfrost Frontier

What is doing more dmg ?
What is better for WvW PvP PvE ?
What is better in 1v1 ?
What is better in group fights ?
I like PvP and WvW more then PvE so whats i better for me ?
