Just over 50 members now, still looking for more if any are interested.
Also for voice chat we use Raid Call, for those interested.
This has honestly been the biggest disappointment to my guild and I since the beginning. Until today I’ve had very few complaints but this just ripped all the enthusiasm right out of me in regards to the game. I just hope next month has something better in store.
Aucciello is a small guild focused primarily on PvE content looking for like-minded individuals who are searching for a place to call home. We’re a friendly group with around 45 total members, 20 of which are regularly active.
If you are a fun, laid back, loyal player looking for players like yourself to run PvE related content or just chat with, we would love to have you join.
Players new and old are welcome to join us. If you’re new to the game we’ll gladly help you in anyway we are capable.
We prefer our members represent consistently however some exceptions could be made.
We have a majority of the upgrades complete already and are working hard to reach the new Guild Missions to expand our range of offered content.
We’ve also discussed the idea of mergers with similar small guilds, if you are a part of a small guild looking to merge with others we might be interested and will be open to discussions between leadership.
Additional information:
Primarily North American players, not a requirement.
Primarily EST players, this is not a requirement either.
Mostly ages 20+ (Mature but not humorless drones.)
We understand that life comes first and hold no expectations in respect to regular gaming activity, we only ask that you represent actively while playing.
Open to members from servers other than Sanctum of Rall.
If you’re interested in joining our little family feel free to contact any of the following:

In-game mail would be the best option if no one is available for whispers, however if you prefer to message here, we will keep an eye out.
Thank you for your consideration and hope to see many of you in-game very soon. :)
Took me at most 20 minutes with a semi-coordinated group. Now that we know the exact method it will be maybe 5 minutes out of my day. This isn’t even a serious problem. In fact I enjoyed having to finally plan out attacks rather than just face rolling through every encounter.
I don’t remember where exactly but I believe I remember there being more recent mention of additional personal story quests within the first half of the year.
If it is true and still in the plan, I would suspect it would revolve primarily around Destiny’s Edge (getting back together finally now, instead of their drama eating our glory. XD) and/or the Orders and thus the alliance between them.
I’m kind of excited about the upcoming guild based content. I’m always looking for more ways to get my guild playing together regularly so I have a lot of hope for the updates. However, it would be regrettable to have another group of items with limited accessibility. Although if it is something that isn’t really game changing, like cosmetic items or maybe influence items similar to blc rewards, I don’t seeing it being too serious.
The argument of an item being RNG is odd to me. Considering that so many things in MMOs are based on RNGs. Every time you kill a mob, every time you loot that mob, every time you open a BLC or a loot bag, it is a RNG.
I would love to have all of the minis from this event. Especially the Quaggan. However it isn’t going to impact my love of the game if I don’t. We all have different play styles and unfortunately no company out there can possibly cater to every single player or even every player group. It is virtually impossible to make everyone of us happy all the time.
Anet isn’t perfect, folks but then again no company is. This game is still new, so give it time to sort itself out. If you aren’t willing then no one is forcing you to stay here, though I would be sad to see even more people give up so early on.
I’ve actually enjoyed the challenge of the Toy Ventari mobs. It forces me to think more about my fighting style than most regular mobs do. They are tough, yes, but I would rather have an occasional challenge than fight the same weak skritt mob everytime I open a box. I’ve yet to be killed by the Ventari but have been downed at least once per mob. I generally bring one down to about 5% of its health to serve as my quick rally for when I either screw up dodging their aoe or simply get outmatched by their numbers.
All in all, I think they should stay the same. We could use a little challenge every now and then.
There have been so many tears over this event and this is only the first real day.
Here’s my two cents. We can obtain at least two of the five mini pets for virtually no cost to our wallets during the span of the first five days. Thus far there is no confirmation that we won’t be able to make the remaining three after those five days. It is slightly upsetting that I might not have all five on top of the four that I won’t have from the Mystery chests. However, it isn’t so upsetting that I’m willing to quit. I feel that this makes them more special considering not every soul in the game will have every mini that was presented and honestly, I appreciate that they gave us two for free, rather than stuffing them all into a box for gems. If you are a collector and want them all, that is fine, however as is obvious within life, we don’t get every little thing that we want. Appreciate what you get, and move on rather than throw a temper tantrum and storm off.
As far as the other content, I fail to see how it is lackluster or disappointing. I’ve had a good time the past couple days running through maps to collect boxes, pelting people with snowballs, and doing other activities that keep me entertained rather than another day of farming or alt leveling. Again I appreciate what I’ve been given when it is not an obligation that they throw these events for us at all.
I guess the tl;dr version would be simply this… Try to enjoy the things that are given to us for free, appreciate the fact that we aren’t charged monthly just to be forced into an endless grind only to restart that grind in the next thin layer of content. Anger and tears won’t get us anywhere, so we might as well try to be a bit more constructive about these things.
Although they are more difficult than the Skritt mobs, I have been able to defeat every Toy Ventari mob I’ve encountered. I get downed once or twice, yes, but I usually have one or two at 5% hp to quickly rally and get back into the fight.
My guess is that once the event reaches Lion’s Arch we will have the ability to collect the materials from the dungeon at least once more per day til the end of the event. Which should be more than enough for each pet.
