Hi Ryadell, there is no way to re-play your opening cinematic, but you could create a new character with the same choices, watch the cinematic, then delete the character.
If you don’t recall exactly what options you chose at the end of your character creation, you can load him/her and press H to open the Hero panel, then select the “My Story” icon on the left, and finally select “I’m <Name>” at the top of the list. Your choices will be listed at the right.
Hi evthillo, you could completely rule out the sound coming from the OS or other software by opening the Sound Options in-game, and moving the Master Volume slider completely to the left. I would be interested in knowing if the sound persists.
We are still investigating the lines that appear in enclosed areas, but they have to do with AMD/ATI graphics cards, and appear in many places under Windows, as well.
Hello PeteyPen, have you tried loading into both characters, or have you only gone so far as seeing the different professions on the Character Select screen? Also, did you use the same name for both characters, or a different name?
Hello Kinsey, it looks like your system is below our minimum spec, but upgrading to the newest version of your OS, 10.7.5, may help if you are on an older version.
Note: Re-installing will overwrite the existing game, and you will have to download the game content again. Only re-install if you are having trouble with the launcher. If you are able to log into the launcher, then your client is up to date, and re-installing is unlikely help at this time.
This version of the launcher also has better error recovery, so if your problems persist, it may help to let the launcher stay on-screen for a minute or two.

This is a known issue, as detailed in the stickied thread. It is caused by using the Logout feature, or the client restarting due to certain errors. If you completely close the client and restart it manually, the camera movement should work correctly.
If you are seeing this under different circumstances, please let us know.

It occurs when using the “Logout” feature. Completely closing the client by using the “Exit to Desktop” option, and restarting the client, should resolve the erratic camera rotation.

Hello Draken, could you please post some details on your system, such as model, processor, graphics card, and OS version (Snow Leopard, Lion, Mt. Lion)?
Also, have you tried closing the launcher, and restarting it?
Are you sure that the client is not being minimized, rather than closed? While in full-screen, pressing Command+Tab (Windows+Tab with a PC keyboard) should minimize the game, then holding Command and pressing Tab several times should cycle through the open applications, allowing you to bring Guild Wars 2 back up.
Once you have purchased the game, and made an account, you can use that same account on the Windows client, Mac Beta client, and the final Mac client when it is ready.
The control options are stored server-side, so you wont need to move any files between Bootcamp and OSX, as long as you are playing on the same account.
