The Dark Harvest achievement track is broken for me as well. I have unlocked the Mystic Claymore and it does not apply to the acheivement track. The Accessory drops you have to obtain through Tyria upon right clicking the 64-bit GW2 game client has crashed pops up.

Release Shield Offensive!

We should be releasing a shield offensive rather than an offhand.

Warrior is defensive
Guard is defensive
Mesmer is Offensive/Defensive
Revenant is Defensive/Heal
Engineer – Nobody really cares its all hammer

What if we could use Shield as an offensive weapon!

THAT WOULD BE COOL!

New Expansion Spoilers - Crystal Desert

Spoiler Alert its in the photo. You can see the Purple crystals and desert like theme at the bottom its a long awaited release of Guildwars 2.

With that being said new hopes and wants for a new Race may be released.

There has been talk of a new race being implemented into the Guildwars 2.

- THE TENGU!

I have been hearing nothing but a bunch of rumors with the Crystal Desert the Tengu is going to be introduced as a playable race. With that being said this is pro-dominantly going to be a race played by females given the fact Females are larger than the Tengu Males.

Quick Note : In Japanese folklore, Tengu are a class of supernatural creatures.

Edge Of The Mists is DEAD!

With recent updates with the Eternal Battlegrounds has inevitably destroyed the Edge of the Mists. The new updates in the Eternal Battlegrounds offer the ability to earn pips and Skrimish Tickets.

But what has been updated to the Edge of the Mists a much more Favorable map regarding World Vs. World.

Killed it dead in the water. Its pro-dominantly 1 team sick of the Eternal Battlegrounds commanders being children using Team speak and ready to scream at you because the team got wrecked. Clears the map so everything is capped. Then are bored with WvW because the Eternal Battlegrounds has become a disaster ground.

Will they ever bring back the Edge of the Mists?

Have they killed the Edge of the Mists with this Skrimish Ticket and Pip Rewards. Or do they have something else in mind that is going to bring back the Edge of the Mists.

We Need Another World Event!

We all remember one of the greatest events of all.

Attack On Lions Arch!

A complex world event that required everyone to participate. But how long has it been since we had a world event? Quite some time…
World events helped obtain rare items such as the Tempered Spinal Back Plate from Blade Shards which is now implemented into fractals. A rare Scarlet rife which i gotta say was pretty cool. and a set of achievements to complete which took multiple runs to perform.

A majority of the game now is “Mini Meta Events” and “Raids” and updates in WvW / PvP. To only help take away from the fact that we need something a little “MORE”.

Upon joining this game i remember a enemy they really emphasized in some of their skill videos were “The Branded”.

But what has really happened with the branded this corrupted purple looking enemy. we got a dragon called The Shatterer. and a variety of branded enemies to kill.

[We need a new world event!]

But since lions arch has fully been rebuilt with quite some work i say we need to destroy a new map!

I say we create a world event in the name of the branded. The shattered dragon has named a lord in his defeat to raise and army that is to push from the dragons defeat to the black citadel.

The event could consist of Branded Dragon Wings as its hard to obtain back item with a drop such as branded slivers.

and maybe a new set of only in this event obtainable weapons that would really encourage the beginning to end.

Dungeons are loosing interest because their all beginner level gameplay. Repetative and to help you start your character and becoming open to creation of dungeon armor. But End game Mechanics and Content is Fractal and Raids, If your not involved in the raids and raid armor and progressing to your Legendary Armor then you cant really be upset theres nothing new coming out regarding dungeons because its only upgrading via Raids.

If you had a choice of a new class what would it be?

The Revenant was a good start to a new class but what happened to the infamous Dervish.

A scythe born class similar to the engineer with very limited weapon selection but would be an excellent way to combat the rising amount of theifs in PVP.

Over 60% of all PvP battles contain Theif classes. Dervish is a stealthy tanky scythe class which would be a good way to combat recent updates that makes one class better than all.

What class would you choose and leave a description as to why you would choose that class?

Dungeon Completion & Rewards

For a long time i have been working on obtaining all armor and weapons that are acquired with no real incentives other than a dungeon specific ascended accessory and a trade-able exotic weapon at random.

But what is at the end of the tunnel.

Upon completing all dungeons armors and weapons there is no real significant reward other than the achievements and collections.

With that being said i think to inspire people to actively play the game and earn those rewards has little reward at the end of the tunnel.

I have been working and designing a back piece that incorporates all 8 dungeons in one design that will help inspire dungeon play beyond daily runs.

(idea of the design being worked on) A rotating circle where the circle is divided into 8 sections representing each dungeon based on the look of their weapons and armor. the circle will have 3 swords mounted in the top left right and center of this back piece. For each dungeon lets say Ascalonian Catacombs there is the Blue glow at night time. This glow would be applied into the circle and arah would show the same thing. Crucible of Eternity would represent a stone like portion of this circle that has red electricity pulsating through this particular stone.

Anyways i will post the concept design in the forums once i have completed with the idea of a back piece that would further encourage gameplay of dungeons in the game rather than just an ascended accessory and and a random chance at a rare exotic weapon.

Magma Shield

BRING BACK THE MAGMA SHIELD AS EITHER A SKIN OR A LEGENDARY… Magma shield was an item regarding the new rising flames map. Where as the skulls with lava dripping out of their mouth was turned into a beautiful masterpiece shield.

IDEA FOR THE SKIN REIMAGINING

Same Look as the new backpiece with a more open mouth. Lava flowing in the mouth portion with dripping lava hitting the ground every few seconds. In either small or big pieces.

They create a skin for this you better believe their gonna have a mad sale. They actually make it a legendary. People are gonna want it. Magma shield in guildwars 1 was fire! Bring it back!!!

Necromancer Weapons Update [IDEA]

Necromancers should be allowed a Shortbow update. Attack close range with a Dark class mastery.

Skill 1 [Normal Attack] Skull Shot – Shoots a skull that normal attacks the enemies. [Inflicts vulnerability]
Skill 2 : Mobile Minion – Throw a Minion at the selected target [Lasts till targets death or minions death] DPS over time no initial Damage from attack
Skill 3 : Poison wall – Summons a poison mist wall 5 meters in front of character. Range attacks received inflict poison. Normal Attacks through poison wall inflicts poison.
Skill 4 : Reapers Hand – Shoot the ground with a skinless arm. The arm crawls through the dirt leaving a trail. Hand/claws come out the ground pulling into the ground for heavy damage.
Skill 5: Hells chamber – “Similar to cluster bomb” AOE affected detonates in the air creating a Green pyramid around the Circle AOE. All targets affected on initial impact receive 5 stacks of torment for 10 seconds. Hells Chamber lasts for 5 seconds All targets that try to escape receive knockdown.

Just an idea I guess I just want to see a dark side of the bow class.
