Guess her class and you win kittens.
Mesmer – second pic gives you away. No other scholar class uses a sword.
Light armor Ascalonian boots (they were exotic, but I transmuted to a lower level item) on Human female.
When I am running or dancing (probably fighting too, but I don’t notice then!), my knees clip through the boots.
ok. I tried it and the hood was already sound bound to the mock theif I made. Was it nerf in the last update?
Make sure you choose just the skin to transmute and the other items stats. If you accidentally chose the hood’s stats, it will still be soulbound (I lost 80s learning the hard way that I cannot transmute norn racial for the stats onto an item since it retains the norn only status).
Thank you so much for reposting this! I found your earlier one (and got your PM – thanks!) and I’m just so excited to switch to this. It’s exactly what I was looking for.
The new link is fantastic as it can really help a lowbie like (my thief is level 40!) for figuring out what sorts of gear to get.
BIG THANKS ! <3
The mobs will still get skipped. There will just be a requirment for a thief or mesmer in every group now for the mass invis to drop agro.
Unfortunately no. Stealth does not drop aggro anymore – was changed in patch before this last one.
People with screenshots of this should make a post under this thread:

I’ve seen so many topic titles being so negative about the Monthly. I’ve been playing since headstart access, played in all the betas, have 13 characters and I love this game. I have not, to date, completed a monthly because I don’t want to go to WvW. I just don’t like PVP type things so I just haven’t done it. Ya, I’m out whatever karma/exp I may have gotten, but whatever right? It’s my game and I played how I wanted to.
I’m just excited to see a Monthly that does not have any WvW or PVP type things at all in it.
Thank you Anet for mixing it up a little bit. Variety is the spice of life.
My goal is to do this, but I have 12 characters right now.
Only two are 80 – my asura guardian and my asura necro. I have at least one of each race though. I’m an alt-o-holic and I’ve remade some of them a few times because I have wanted to see what the beginning story was like for each of the races too. I will probably end up getting a 13th slot so I can make more Charr and Sylvari just to see the personal stories up to 20.
My list:
I have two thieves, Human that is 33, and Asura that is 42.
Two necromancers, Asura is 80, Human is 25.
Two elementalists, Sylvari that is 59 and Asura that is 9.
Two warriors, Asura that is 36, Human that is 18.
44 Asura Mesmer
43 Norn Ranger
24 Charr Engineer
80 Asura Guardian
Yeah… I like Asura a lot. =)
I don’t pvp or even do wvw (I’m a wuss and just plain afraid to go to wvw lol), I only pve, and I have at least one of each crafting profession, but only 2 are maxed out to 400 (Chef and Jeweler).
I’m just taking it my own pace and enjoying everything I can. When I start a new one, I am taking the new toon to all the major cities first for map completion, then start in one starter zone at level 6 from that, and do all the first starter zones.
Currently, working on my 42 Thief – Almost halfway through Queensdale (last starter zone), only worked on personal story to level 22 so far, and have just one profession – Chef, that is at 400.
You cannot send mail to your own account (I know, I tried when I wanted to send low level weapons between characters and found I just had to use the bank instead). They probably have a special character that you might have missed, or just a hack to have it show up as your name.
What I have done in the past – is if I catch the full name, I will send them a whisper, not saying anything, just a period or something. If the whisper goes through (you spelled the name right), you can then right click on the name and report for botting.
Zooli Mellark, level 9 Mesmer pictured! Not pictured (yet), Ukuri, level 80 Guardian, Cousie, level 73 Necromancer, and Peeta Hutch, level 25 Warrior.
<3 Asura!
I would say – make your character a tad taller. Same ears, but thinner and point down more.
Make her with more eye squint and a darker shade of blue for the eyes. Also I think they could be a tad bit farther apart.
Teyo’s nose bridge is a bit wider. And her chin isn’t very pointy, so you might want to round out your character’s a bit.
It looks like Teyo’s jaw is a bit wider, but still keeps narrowish cheeks.
Mouth itself looks pretty good.
And.. not sure on what body type or if you care about that, but I think Teyo has the skinny body type, or second to skinniest. Hard to tell with their clothing on

And sorry, I can’t show a screenshot with sliders as I have 12 character slots and they are all full already.

@ozymandias I completely agree! I have done pretty much as you have on all counts, but instead of 5 characters, I have 10. My highest just hit 35 yesterday, but the rest are all 20 and under. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for us.
Invisible belly when putting “pillaging scale legs of warrior”. It’s crafted armour and bug was there before putting rune into legs.
Race: Human Female
Class: WarriorHeadpiece: Precise Chain Helm
Shoulder: Malign Chain Pauldrons
Armor: Pillaging Scale Coat of Vampirism
Gloves: Mighty Chain Gauntlets of Strength
Pants: pillaging scale legs of warrior
Shoes: Vigorous Scale BootsI thing there is also issue with how thin her waist is in comparison to belt of pants. It seems that when equipping that part of body disapear, but legs don’t cover it. The problem can be seen also on craftable chain legs (first tier of crafting) but is harder to notice (4th image).
I also have experienced this issue.
My character is only level 10 and here is a list of my gear:
Head: Nothing yet
Shoulders: Scale Pauldrons
Chest: Scale Hauberk
Hands: Scale Gauntlets
Legs: Scale Legplates
Feet: Worn Chain Greaves
The problem seems to originate in the leggings. I took them off and my midriff reappeared.

I just remade a human, commoner/circus storyline, and before I had all the storylines, but last night, got to level 7 and all the personal storylines for the NPCS were mostly missing. I have reported this in game and gave more specific examples in game, but thought I would post this here as well.
