Personally, I’m disappointed. I wasted so much time just waiting for new legendaries to come out, alongside that and the drought of living world content. But in the other side, i guess this is okay but hot is just on big mess. Probably not buying any expansions until hot gets fixed.

I see where you’re coming from, and you raise valid points, but thats how the class just is designed. It’s designed(imo) to be the jack of all trades, legends that can heal, place facets, resistance and condition damage, taunt and stabilize, and be a powerful assassin is why it’s a very well thought out class. It’s more or less like elementalist, just more focused on filling whatever roles the player decides they use the legends for. It seems by design it’s meant to be a strong presence where it is, but it’s not so over the top that its perfect, it has its own strengths and weakness just like everything else.

When I did map completion my goodness this drove me insane. Especially Orr, sometimes just to get a POI near a wp it’s contested, and like every other wp on the map is contested, you can either choose the wp that makes you swim across hallways of the kitten map or walk across the kitten map with undead constantly keeping you in combat. Heh, i guess thats the fun of playing a game sometimes.

I would if it was an account wide unlock, not on a per character base. I have 5 toons i play across, 2 bank toons i might at some point level and gear in full ascended, and still yet to make a warrior or a guardian. I dont know if it was on a per toon basis unless i absolutely needed it.

Berserker is optimal for a certain play style, and most instanced content but we can’t really say it’s all a player needs. Lots of people run other stats and combinations, for various reasons, and enjoy using them.

There is some use for other combinations, but that’s more for raids. There’s nothing wrong with Zerk combination armor, but there’s more to the game(imo) than just hitting high numbers.

Something is strange for sure.

Yesterday I went to sell about 69 elder wood logs and wound up selling half of them 4 at a time.

The sell instant price was only 1 copper less than the lowest sell order. But what happened was only 4 logs sold. I figured it was just the last of a buy order and expected to sell the rest of the logs at the next lowest price which had an order for hundreds of logs. However, it sold another 4 logs at that same exact price as the first 4 logs. This happened a few times for around 28 logs or so before that price was finally gone and I could sell the rest all at once to the next price price at 1 copper lower.

Basically, as soon as I sold 4 logs, another buy order at that price for another 4 logs was posted, instantly after selling. Over and over again.

Theory: what TP bots do is buy/sell low quantities of a single item at a time and not too much all at once in order to avoid detection. So once you buy/sell an item a new listing is immediately put up for the same price. Basically, it may have been set to buy elder wood 4 at a time until it reached a certain quantity purchased, then the bot stopped buying for a while. Just a guess.

It really is quite annoying when trying to instantly sell a whole stack of items only to keep being forced to sell just a few at a time. It took me a couple minutes just to sell my wood.

I never thought of this. It never even occurred to me when I would sell my mats id have to do it at like 3-5 at a time. Really makes me think just what is going on?

I love medium armor as my main medium is a thief but id like more variety. Same goes for light armor, can’t make a decent light armor on my asura Necro/Mesmer because ugh, most just dont look good at all.

Rip elementalists. Change is nice, but this is a bit over the top. Kinda killed my engineer build removing soldiers amulet but im kind of alright with these changes.

I don’t know, this is quite a thing for anet to do. Half of me agrees, yet the other half is a bit questioning of why Suck at Love would go private? by going private does that mean they were cheating and busted or doing it just to clean up their image? :o

Agree. It really sucks to always fight against a premade/have team mates who dont know what they’re doing or just losing to tank mmr. I play pvp all the time and to an extent i consider myself a hardcore pvp player but its so unfair to feel like I’m being punished for playing fair and still losing because I have team mates just running into 1v4s fighting off point etc. I’m stuck in emerald and cant get a single pip because most of the time people on my team just give up and afk. It’s so frustrating and makes me want to quit sometimes but i love playing pvp too much. Guess im still here sucking it up until anet actually does something about these players ruining it for everyone else…

I love these skins the most, probably the best skins ive seen hands down in a very log time. Picked up the rifle, pistol and staff. Might just get em all:b

You’re blowing things a bit out of proportion. Thief was my first main i got to 80 and played it exclusively for quite awhile until I got bored and decided instead of flat out quitting try one of the other 7(before hot) classes and since then have played just about every class and made the game that much more enjoyable experience for me.

So I’m in a 1v1 pvp room playing against someone where i get some message that my account breached some ToS agreement or something and i tried logging in again and it said ive been banned! WHat the heck?!>:( I haven’t done anything to anybody:( I poured so much time into this game and a good amount of money into it just to get randomly banned:( come on what the heck please can someone fix this? I have so much things i worked for just down the drain, both of my legends, 4 level 80s and 2 characters with almost map completions:( PLEASE i’m so lost and frustrated please someone help me!

Same. I felt the same way, it is so frustrating to see this. I sent a ticket asap before checking forum, but I JUST built my bifrost as well. Heart and soul into this game to be banned is a terrible feeling. At least you know you’re not the only one.

I checked back and it seems to have fixed itself. My incin, Meteorlogicus and Dawn all in tact, characters all there and everything looks just about fine. Try checking back and see if that works

EDIT: My Account is back online! Seems to be related to HoT from what i’ve seen. If you had the same issue this may be it. Hopefully it resolves for everybody else.

Well, this is the strangest bug i’ve ever seen. It started out about 25 minutes ago when i had just finished playing an sPvP game with a group of friends of mine when i was forcibly disconnected from the game client with the message that “…Sometimes disconnections are caused by firewall settings, or being on a campus network” so i checked my firewall settings, checked my computers connection to the internet and even restarted it and still couldn’t log in. Also i tried logging in on here and got some weird long error message. It wasn’t working up till 5 minutes ago when the client logged in and i was also able to log into here without getting any sort of errors.

• Also, i don’t live on a campus. forgot to mention that, i live in my little apartment with my own secure wifi network.

Most expensive thing ive ever got was Spark from the Forge and I got that like 20 mins ago. Other than that the only other expensive thing I’ve got are almost useless exotics that go for about ~5g.

Edit: Dont know if it helps but my magic find is at 81% right now? Yay lame exotics.

That would be nice to see more variety, it would be nice to see more tweaks to what each class can do, rather then just seeing the same things from the same classes.

Okay, so due to things i really didn’t mean to do my main source of having my account authenticated(My iphone app) I can’t un-authenticate it so i can have an authenticator on my ipad. It asks for a code whenever i get to the page and i can’t even use my phone anymore because the screen is broken, so i was trying to see what my options are? Can support help me because i do not want to be locked out of my account.

I’m all for using the gift on an alt to discover the whole map, along with renown hearts.(They’re very tedious and get boring after awhile. imo) I have many alts that i use for Dungeons, WvW, Silverwastes, and the works.
