How’s the wvw in gom thinking about transferring

Is reset based off the victory points? Or the total score from the old days? I don’t understand how reset works with the new 1 up 1 down thing, or at least what it’s going off of.

I’m Mountain time zone, In Arizona. I can normally get on around 9pm EST and i don’t mind the size of fights it can be any. Only thing is I don’t like to PVE or craft kitten..so I cant get ascended armor :P

I’m thinking of transferring but I want a good fight server. I can run rev guard warrior ele and necro

Does anybody in any EU servers know what the ping would be if I joined from Arizona? And what are the servers like towards NA people? Any decent NA guilds or EU guilds that run NA times? Just trying to get info.

Was just curious if the meta of GWEN is gonna change at all, and if so has anybody really found the better groups to be?

Gonna keep this to things that are likely bugs instead of ragging on the new bl lol.

On my ranger my pet even when we own all fire shrines takes damage and does when running over the lava, which in guessing is a bug. The waypoints in the southern towers have enemies porting there even when it’s not their tower. The old hills keep is super laggy on fps.

Basically might be transferring to darkhaven was wondering if anybody there could tell me what it’s like there for Wvw? Like are there fight guilds havoc guilds etc. thanks for the info

Not sure why you guys think queing maps is a big deal lol. By queing 3 maps he means a que of 2 ppl. If that. This server is more of a community, everybody and every guild gets along. I was in T3 for a year with yaks bunker, and they argued every day within guilds/at commanders. You see ppl kitten up here and ppl tell them what to do to fix it. Its a big community that every1 loves to fight for. Which is why guilds xfer here. Its all drama free. We fight for bags and to make kids cry after we beat them because we’ve been t8 for so long. cya on the way up CD.

Should just join DR and help us finish the climb up :P

Devona’s still looking for more guilds that wanna make the switch to a non toxic community. We came all the way up from dead last to now passing Borlis for 14th place. Our server is all about working together and enjoying while having the fun fights that everyone craves for. Make the switch and help us keep rising!

I xfred my guild here about maybe a week or two ago from Yaks bunker in search of people who want to fight, instead of siege. Which I thankfully found here. The people are SUPER nice and you will feel welcomed the second u switch servers.

This server has exceeded my expectations, and you will find people who are willing to fight and not sit on an AC all day, the server is toxic free and the people are helpful.

The Sinned Ones[DARK] is a hardcore WvW focused guild that came here from Yaks Bend, in hopes of a new start/less siege and more fights, which is what we’ve been getting! We have officially transferred around 8 ppl here, and more are still coming/on the edge about it. We want a total of 20-25 people in this guild. Were on DevonasRest

Our Run times:
Monday-Thursday: 8EST-12EST
Friday-Sunday: 9EST(Reset)-1EST

Whats required in this guild?:
100% rep in WvW during our run times
Be on TeamSpeak 3
Run builds we have set up for each class
Leave your ego at the door
Be able to communicate and be friendly
Want to always improve
Make our run times in WvW

We do help with getting the runes that you will need and help you figure out how you should be positioned. Obviously life happens so its perfectly fine with you going away for a week or two for family, its summer it happens! Just let us know is all we ask!

We are a hardcore WvW guild that values collecting loot bags above all else. We were founded on the idea of being a force to be reckon with in WvW, where you can rely on us to come and wipe a bigger force with just our 25, and having fun as a “family” in the guild. We get along with every guild here, so we prefer you not be a hot head.

Our leadership is well rounded in Lucy Sims as a driver as well as me and him have been together with the current roster for about 5 months. We’re like a small little family that loves to help each other out when ever possible. We focus on getting better everyday as a guild.

Still need an OCE guild and then Yaks Bend will be unstoppable!!! But we are looking for any guilds to come join us. I’ve been in this server since I’ve gotten GW2 and it’s been amazing since day 1. So many people are helpful and friendly in the PvE world. Then when you want to jump in to WvW there are many guilds that would love to show you what to do, and train you. Our TS is always active 24/7 and you can expect everyone to be friendly and laughing.

Yaks Bend Elite [YB] is recruiting to form a fresh team-oriented WvW guild. With 46 members and growing, we are driving to work as a unit and bond as a team.

You MUST rep the guild 100% when we go on runs in WvW, when you PvE rep who ever you want. We REQUIRE you to be on TeamSpeak 3 with us during the runs, and a mic is preferred but not a requirement. We’re looking for people who have Guardians/Warriors at lvl 60+ but will take anyone. You MUST be able to follow the driver who ever it may be at the time.

We mostly run from 6PM-9PM server time on weekdays, and 7PM-11PM on reset nights/weekends.(Server time again)

Were a new guild started up this week, would like to be a force that Yaks Bend can rely on, and need more people to do so. I would prefer if you have a mic/able to use TS. Be somewhat active and want to win in WvW.

Join Yaks Bend server you won’t regret it

We’re looking for active people looking to join up for WvW in the (Yaks Bend) server.

We will have our own TS3 server soon, I would like to see people have that, mic isn’t req but is recommended.

Why doesn’t GW2 implement these from the old Guild wars? Those made guilds what they were…you could get a big group of ppl and go to alliance battles in factions(We could use it for guild groups in WvW for here)

The capes were just a cool little thing to add.

The halls can have the guild bank runes and stuff like the others had. It makes everything more convenient.
