Rotate Harder [rH] is a recently formed static raid guild that is looking to add a few members to the roster.

What we are:

A guild formed from experienced GW2 players who are getting into raids late. When we formed in May, no members – bar the leader – had over 25 LI. We are a tight knit group who have grown together, and built a team that has high synergy while being inclusive of some builds/strategies that are views as sub-optimal.

What we offer:

- Two raid nights a week – Thursdays (7pm GMT) and Sundays (5pm GMT).
- 6+ Li per week. We currently kill VG, Gorseval, Escort, Cairn, MO and Samarog every week. We are currently learning Sloth, and will be moving through trio to Deimos once we get Sloth down.
- A raid team that arrives on time, ready to raid, consious of everyone elses time.
- A lively voice comms channel during raids. No raging/salt when things dont go well.
-Space to grow, both as a raider, and a member of the team. We have patience as you catch up and learn the fights that you are uncomfortable on. The core team remains core as long as attendance and performance remain at acceptable levels. When core drop, rotation are moved up to core.

What we are looking for:

We are looking to add just a few new members to our roster, as rotation raiders (for now), to fill in where needed. We are only looking for members with less than 50 LI, who are wanting to find a place to grow as a raider.

You are expected to have done some homework on each boss. Guides are available online, and I have linked to several useful ones on our discord. Please be ready to fill your role.

Class demand levels:

High: Tempest, Chrono
Meduim: Condi ranger, Thief, Engi
Low: Necro, Rev, Druid, Warrior, Guardian

Upon joining you will be given the Trial Raider rank. You will have this rank until you have been on a run with us on one of our raid nights.

If your run with the guild is fairly successful, you will be moved to the Rotation Raider rank, and will be called upon to fill gaps in the core team on raid nights. Rotation members are used based on usefulness to the group. Being competent on desired classes increases the likelihood of selection.

If that run goes poorly, we will give you some feedback on what needs improving, and leave you at the trial rank until you come on another run. Repeated failure at this point may result in removal.

We look forward to hearing from you soon. We are, unfortunately, only looking for another 3 members currently. I will update this thread once recruitment is closed, and also if it re-opens.

Hi everyone.

I’m starting a static raid team. We will run together for 2/3 hours, once a week. Thursday’s at 7pm GMT.

I’m fairly experienced, but I’d like for this group to be a place where those having a rough time pugging can grow in the group. For this reason I would only like to take players who have 25LI or down.

I play all 9 classes, and am happy to teach and help team members grow, in a low stress environment.

Please get in touch with me on the forum here, as I’m away on vacation for the next few days. Please apply if you fit into the class requirements specified below, are flexible, eager to learn, and not an obnoxious try hard.

This is not a teaching guild, and we expect all applicants to have mastery of their class and be geared in full ascended gear.

Bump bump. We have had a steady trickle of new members over the last week. Exciting times!

Keeping the MIST recruitment drive going!

After a period of downtime, Paladins of the Mist has begun to rebuild.

Basic guild information:

- Lost Precipice guild hall (Level 19).
- Discord is our VOIP of choice, and we have our own server.
- Current membership is 30, with a goal of growing by another 50 or so.
- No formal representation requirements, but advancement and group priority will be given to those who do represent.
- Guild missions are done throughout the week, impromptu, when there is a crowd on.
- Our prime time during the week is late EU/early NA. We are very active during the weekend.
- At present our membership primarily consists of fairly established players who have been playing for upwards of a year. We welcome both veterans and new players.

Guild vision and direction:

- We strive to be a no-stress, laid-back guild who while keeping a relaxed, casual attitude, strive to excel at all aspects of this wonderful game.

- We have members who are interested in all aspects of the game, and encourage all who join to share this vision.

- We strive to have guild teams climbing the ladders in ranked PvP, as well as teams focused on earning members the various temporary PvP achievements that have recently become available.

- We have multiple members who daily run fractals of various levels, and encourage our experienced fractalers to make effort to help those newer to these catch up, by taking time to run with them, teaching and guiding, and offering build advice.

- While we do not raid as a guild yet, we plan to as soon as we can field a full group. We would like to have a group of interchangeable players, comfortable with clearing the raid content on a weekly basis, without creating a high-stress environment where every mistake is flamed and players are made to feel inadequate. We have an officer who regularly commands PUG raids, who will step up and lead us as a guild.

- We enjoy playing the various other aspects of PvE, both open world and instanced. We love big open world events, farming, story missions and achieves, and even dungeons.

- We would like to help all members learn the various dungeons, despite this game type being very much forgotten about at this point. There are many wonderful achievements, titles and unique items to be earned from them, and we want to provide a platform for newer players to easily master the content that most veterans have moved on from.

- We are based on Crystal Desert, and our members often venture into WvW in search of glory and sweet loot. We also complete some of our weekly guild missions in WvW.

Hailing from Crystal Desert, [MIST] is becoming a lean, mean, fighting machine.
