You’re forgetting the competition though. Just look on Steam and all their sales right now. There’s also Heavensward and WoW’s content update, both are coming out on June 23rd, the same day as GW2’s patch.

I still don’t think that sales of other games now are going to stop any active GW2 players from buying the expansion when it comes out.

Hi Matt

I’m going to copy the areas/things that you are looking for below and address them before directing you to our site if you are interested.

The preface to all of this is to say that we are a new guild, and have only started recruiting recently. We have however taken the time to put all the infrastructure in place, so our current membership size is no indication of our capacity.

- Size – We are currently at just under 20 members, but as I mentioned above, have just started recruiting. We plan to have a soft-cap of 50 members, as we feel that too much bigger than that misses the whole point.
- Friendliness- The core of our leadership got together and started this guild as a result of us all feeling that our previous guilds had become unfriendly, lonely, quiet or in some cases even hostile. If you have a look at our site, you will see that we have a strong desire for high levels of camaraderie and friendship, rather than a list of people to play with.
- Events – A few of us run several dungeons daily, and we are a completely mixed bag of experience levels. We love dungeons. We love succeeding quickly, we love figuring out why we cant, learning and moving forward, and we love laughing at ourselves as we die horribly. Same goes for fractals, with the obvious problem here being some barrier to entry (agony resistance) for some people. We have two officers whose primary duties are to help run and teach fractals. We are based on CD and occasionally an officer will tag up and command, or a few will roam, but you would need to transfer to be involved here. We have a few PvP addicts, a few who PvP a few times a week and a few that get dragged in there kicking and screaming by the addicts.
- Teamspeak or Skype are cool programs – We have teamspeak.
- Last but not least. I’m a video maker during the summer. – I know of at least one person who is interested in making videos too, but isnt really actively doing anything, in the guild. Lots of others would love to jump in and help (at least I know that I would).

No new info here, but I can add what I did.

I fed the grawl during Wintersday, and got to the bit where I needed to do the JPs. Then I got lazy and stopped. The orphan is still there waiting for me to finish it, so presumably as long as you fed him during the event, you are fine to carry on.

Believe it or not, I am actually management, so I don’t see it being a problem.

The reason I am scraping around the lower end of the spectrum is because I am unfortunately from a county that seriously overprices most IT equipment (Well, compared to you guys in the States anyway).
