If it was my power supply then it would turn off anytime I play GW2 not just FOTM only.
It never gets above 75 degrees(ferinhite). Something just doesn’t work correctly when I enter FOTM.

For the last 2 weeks when ever I go into FOTM my pc turns off after 1 of 3. Not sure why it’s doing it. I had no problem before but 2 weeks ago it started.
My rig is not overheating. I can play GW2 for hours and hours and hours. When ever i do FOTM after the firt run or during it my PC turns off. It’s like someone unplugged it. It’s really odd and not sure why it’s happening.
This does not happen on any other game.

Has this happend to anyone else?

For about 2 weeks I can do 1 and a hlaf fractals then my PC shuts down. No power at all. It’s like someone pulled the plug out of it’s socket.
I was able to to Fractals befor no prob but about 2 weeks ago this started happening.
My rig is not overheating. I can play the game for hours apon hours but once i do fractals, I’m lucky if i make it past the first one.

Just wondering if some else has had this problem.

Sounds like you got burned out from to much GW2. Take some time off from playing. Play some other games then come back and enjoy GW2.

I took a couple days off from playing and the game is even better then it was before.

I’m going to say yes. That way people will buy them at the gem store.

SO far the GS have sent me 10copper. Hell’s ya I took it then reported there butts. I also got one spam the last week. Not bad and there easy to report.

I have gotten 5 keys. Some from drops and some from 100% area completed.

Last month I have gotten zErO Keys from drops or area 100% completed.

Hell ya, How could this game not be worth the 60$.

Were there a lot of people on screen? Or a big battle going on? Give more detailed info.

Sometimes not all the enemies get rendered and they could be targeting you. That might be one thing that is happening to you?

I will say this, The 7 bots I would see in Orr are gone. Not sure if they moved or got Banned.

I did run across a bot today that would blink tele when ever I tried to target him so I couldn’t report the SOB.

It’s like an adlib. Those would make me laugh.

Keep reporting them. Until they get rid of the free trial ,the spammers will always be able to make new accounts after the current ones get blocked or banned. But if they have to keep buying the game everytime they get banned, sooner or later they will stop.

GW2 does NOT have a free trial. You buy the game and play forever never spending another dime. ( I know you can spend money for Gems if you want) So ANet can ban gold sellers really fast if they want to.
If people are accused of botting then they do some research on that person. Not sure how long that takes.

I care, I report these little kittens every time. Ya there doing the flash tele from mob to mob. The people who don’t care are either bot-ting or don’t understand the impact bots have in the Trading Post(economy).
I’m sure we’ll be seeing thousands of people banned soon. From bots to who ever the bots send items and gold to. IE: the main character that hold the gold from all the bots.
I’m on Yak’s Bend and there are 7 bots that are in cursed shore all the time. There their 24/7. I have run into countless bots. Every area I go into I see bots so when I do BAM I report them.
Hopefully we see ANet banning them soon.

YA but if you were in the AoE’s you would be dead also. Pets can’t be super buff but in PVE my Bears can take a lot of hits. Try standing to the side and attack someone who is off to your side and not in the middle of the battle. I know in some cases that wont help but any other class that has pets they also die in the barrage of AoE’s.

I would say get rid of the flanking. You have to move so much and trying to stay behind an enemy is hard at times. Change your traits out of flanking.

That’s what I use in WvW and Orr farming runs.
I’ll go Axe warhorn also. I use the warhorn for the speedbuff only. Axe’s suck but I could use sword as well.

A fix for part b) is in the works. This should also help mitigate the issues of part c) since you won’t have to mash F2 so much, though I am also aware of this issue.

Part a) varies depending on each pet, so perhaps a list of the ones that are particularly troublesome could help to get them looked at =)

I have been using the Brown and black bear the most. On both i still need to hit the F2 button a lot even after the last update. My black bear will sometimes have its F2 go on coll down and not use it after I press the F2 button a lot. Seems like maybe 1 in 20 it does it.
Side Note: I’m having a blast playing this game. There is so much to do and the game is gorgeous. ANet did a wonderfull job on it.

WvW was great for farming. now all you get is junk items and an ocasional blue. I understand doing that in WvW but in the PvE the drop rates are so bad. Unless you need butter and chocolate.
I think yellow drops are a myth now.

What lvl is the recipe? if your under leveled for the recipe it wont show up. So if your lvl 10 Jeweler and the ricipe is 25 it wont show up till your almost 25. I know the numbers are wrong i was just using them as an example.

Crafting in this game is so easy. At times I out leveled my ctafting, It was great. Maybe the OP doesn’t know how to use the Discovery panel when crafting? You do have to Discover a lot of different armor pieces but you can sell them or salvage them for more crafting materials. Again, crafting in this game is so easy.

I would like a place/box to place food items in onscreen. I hate opening up the inventory to find my food item every time i want to use it. I know ANet wants to keep the UI as clean as possible but to me this is a problem. be really nice to have a consumable box onscreen.

I want a new box added for food. I hate having to open my inventory to eat food every half hour or so.

Hearts are not quest hubs. If you play the game like that then your going to hate it. Hearts give people direction where to go so they can run into DE in and around that area. Run around get lost in the area. have fun. If you finish all the hearts that doesn’t mean the area is done. once again Hearts are NOT quest hubs.

Well, I just found someone who looks like a botter/speed hacker a few minutes ago. She was farming Vials of Thick Blood while teleporting all over the place. Also had the Swiftness Boon on her indefinitely. I was lucky enough to get a picture of her teleporting with the Swiftness Boon effects showing in her teleporting path.

Ya the teleporting is a dead give away. Were going to see a lot of banns soon from these scripts people are running.

If the person is using a script to do this and not at his PC, then its botting. But how can you tell if someone is at there pc?

What botters are doing noe is a flash tele. I reported 5 people doing this in Orr. It’s obvious there botting. The classes they were playing don’t have that kind of ability. I hope Anet starts rolling out the BAN wagon on the botters soon.

Well ANet gives you 5 class slots so try out some classes. Ranger is a lot of fun. I’d say go with that one then if you don’t like it play WAR.

How can you tell if someone is botting??

Today i was 100% sure 5 people were botting in Orr. They were teleporting from mob to mob. It was like a blink tele. Also all of the classes were different so I know it wans’t a class mechanic. I took pics and sent in reports to ANet. I hope enough people report these botters in the game.

If you want to report someone click on them, then right click on there name and it gives you a couple reasons you can report someone.
