Join the Gendarmerie of Tyria, a guild I am deciding now to revive from the dead. We are based in Fort Aspenwood, and prefer you are part of the Fort Aspenwood server. However, we also intend to improve our guild hall, despite being PvP/WvW centered, so feel free to be from other worlds too for fun!

You must be:
16+ and speak /some/ English
Have DISCORD and a MICROPHONE
Open Minded, because the guild is run by two homosexual furries.

Having 250+ people all working in close proximity in the same office means things get around and people overhear things they shouldn’t.

I mean, hell, if the one post is to be believed, this wasn’t even supposed to be in the patch in the first place. Clearly, communication on this element wasn’t up to par.

Just to be clear, I’m not saying this is what happened, but anyone who thinks it’s impossible or so unlikely as to not be considerable is just burying their head in the sand.

I think they should just remove the mystic forge items patch for now, so that the economy doesn’t collapse. Otherwise I’m in concurrence that Arena Net do not benefit much (if at all) from kittening up in game economy.

Base Class: Engineer

Elite Specialization: Sapper

New Weapon: Staff

Description (of idea): An engineer elite spec that focuses on setting traps of different sorts (mainly explosive).

Example Utilities:

1: Tripwire Kit – Used to set different tripwires that are hidden unless detected by another skill. These will act like invisible mines that form a line. They will cause these types of damage from 1-5 depending on which was layed down: bleeding, chill, fire, cripple, or blindness. These will only stay in that spot for 10 minutes before despawning, unless the player leaves the map, in which case they would be immediately erased.

2: Barbed Wire – Throw down a line of barbed wire, that bleeds and cripples for 5 seconds when passed through. Lasts 10 seconds.

3: Machine Gun Emplacement – Set down a static machine gun that shoots rounds that inflict vulnerability. Can add 10 shots of bleeding too, upon activation. (Note: this would be like how the mortar used to be for the engineer, but would make more sense). Range: 700.

4: ~Go ahead and add your own ideas~

Staff would be used mainly as a defensive weapon, just as this specialization would make the engineer good in more defensive situations.

Staff skills:

Slot 1: High Left Bash – Hit your enemy from the high left. Adds 10secs of might to self; Low Right Bash – Hot your enemy from the low right. Add 2secs of stability to self; Centre Jab – Hit your enemy in the centre, adding 2 stacks of vulnerability.

Slot 2: Rocket Smack – Speed towards your enemy using rockets on your boots, and smack them hard. Stuns for 1.25 seconds.

For it to be ‘insider trading’, someone at Anet taking advantage of a secret change it’d have to be a recipe regular players would almost certainly never find out. Like…I don’t know combine 5 T1 snowflakes, a seasoned wood staff head, lettuce and bloodstone dust and it’ll drop one of those weapons.

You do realize that the whole idea this theory pivots on is that the bubble burst happened before the patch that supposedly erroneously introduced the greens to the MF table.

10/10 funny as heck.

Not just USA it seems. Canada here, Bell Fibe (sorta like a better Google Fiber). Rest of my net is super fast. and connection to the net itself is maxed at 1gbps from my PC-Internet. It’s like A Net is getting DDoS or some Accidental DoS from too much data causing lag. Maybe a server memory leak? They really need to fix it if either, or kitten could get real.

I haven’t been able to log in at all for well ovef 8 hours, I’ve been trying all night. “Network error – please check your internet connection and try again.” wtf? MY internet connection? since I’ve been trying to log in I have watched stuff on Netflix, watched some youtube, checked my email, BEEN BROWSING THROUGH THE FORUMS, and have been to another forum I frequent often, I’ve even done some online window shopping, so…. how can it be MY internet connection? not being able to log in all night long is sad, you would think that a huge company like arenanet would have around the clock support, people who handles this kind of thing at this time of night. but no, its like they just dropped the game and said “well if millions of people can’t play tonight then oh well, the game is just going to have to be dead for hours on end until we come back tomorrow.” O.O that just seems like something a major company like anet wouldn’t do, I’m shocked the game’s been dead all night.

I’m in the same spot. I’m home as I am sick, and I can’t play. I log in, and then when I try to connect I get 1083:5:7:1595:101 error code… But I’m connection to every other server on anything else with no error.

New guild, only 2 members (me and a nooblet). My main is a level 80 Charr Scrapper, so no need to worry about me being a noob.

Our goals:

Mantras: Have fun, work as a TEAM. You can log in whenever you want, play whenever you want, but all you need to do is work as a team. Also open minds; no phobias of any group of people (whether you consider them people or not). LGBTQ friendly (leader is gay lol). Also the other way around too: no SJW stuff, please.

Size Goals: 10-15 people maximum. I wanna keep it small. I don’t like the idea of running a massive guild when I have work, school, a boyfriend and a musician hobby. It wouldn’t work.

Requirements: Guild Wars 2, the desire to have friends, the will to play with the guild when guildies are online, and an open mind.

Synergy is a guild started by some friends with a goal to create a small community of friendly players. We aren’t interested in having 500 members where no one knows anyone else. We are currently playing Guild Wars 2 primarily on the Jade Quarry server.

For Guild Wars 2, we participate both PvE and organized PvP in both WvWvW and structured PvP. Most of us have been gaming together since the days before Guild Wars 1 and continue to do so. That’s basically it… LGBT friendly, not necessarily full of LGBT people but just any that isn’t a bunch of homophobes or close-minded sorts… Anvil Rock only, TS (or other sorts of voice server) preferred. I also like it if the group likes idle conversation here and there too, and aren’t constantly shushed about every last thing except GW2 :P Yep.

Hey, I’m looking for a chill guild to play with on Anvil Rock. I used to have an account on ET but it was hacked and sadly I had to buy the game again (lol). Trust me :U I tried everything to get my lvl 80 ENG back.

What I want:

- Dungeons and Fractals, lots of em’
- OPEN MINDEDNESS (That means no racists, homophobes, or any prejudice against any group…)
- Preferably 16+ or 18+, seeing as I tend to scare away children when I get angry due to a deep voice and blunt ways of speaking
- Tolerance! I understand you like your rules (e.g. no cussing; no _) but you can’t just slap anyone on the wrist just because the ‘F Word’ slipped out once and someone who gets kitten heard it… Punish the kitten person for being well, kitten… Same the other way around, if the jerk eggs the kittener on, punish both (espeically the jerk)

Anyways :P My requirements are basically social only…

Hopefully: Have a TS3 or Raidcall or whatever too, not a must but I’d like it.
