Guild Wars 2

I totally agree with rikimaru,
its a total failure, I know so many people who stopped playing guildwars 2 because of the LS. most of them are guildwars fans that played guildwars 1 for more then 6 years.

they waited for guildwars 2 a long long time, then when its finnaly there they find out the only thing it has with gw1 is a bit of the story only 250 years later.

all the things we loved are gone , no more skill hunts or elite areas like UW and FoW
all we get back is a potentially nice game to build further on but they refuse to build.

we get back the living story, a achievement grind fest with temporarily items for sale in the item shop. they choose this kind of content because it makes them more money.
what I would love to see is challenging content that stay`s. I always liked the concept of guildwars because you could take a break from the game and come back when ever you wanted. the living story makes that impossible because if I take a break for 2 weeks
I miss out on a lot and most of it is gone for ever so I cant do it anymore.

give us more skills to pick from to make more exiting builds, give us areas like UW or FOW. in guildwars 1 these areas where hard to finish with 11 quests to complete. replace the quests with awesome events and you have super nice areas. its nice that the dragons wake up but where the ^&%^@ is DHUUM!!

make its a elite expansion pack, with FOW, UW and DOA and maybe a new area .
I would love to pay for it, and then the people who hate living story also have something to make them stay in the game.

living story is nice to use to introduce new content like UW or FOw into the game but not as the main content ( my opinion)

it`s a small thing with a big meaning ( didnt know how to say it in english but this is close to what i mean ) and if christina has a asura i say build her a golem.
let her have the one and only mount in the freaking game.

the whole feeling i Always had in gw1 when i found a present in my inventory OHHHHH a present!!!!! is gone in gw2 , before we even got the present we all knew it would be a mini queen and nothing else , im really disapointed.

i now have 8 mini queens and yes maybe is rude to complain abou a gift but its how i feel and i wanted say it here so they know how i/we feel abou this .

maybe its only me but i bought extra character slots the first day i started playing so i could make all my characters the first day . with in mind that all my characters then get presents at the same day . i was Always a mini collector in gw1 and i was looking forward to the day i would get my first presents in gw2 , but now i just feel like MEH!

this game becomes more and more a disapointment to me sorry to say.
1 year aniversary should be fun and stuff , not a zerg laggfest champ farming crap event . most people do it because it gives a kittenload of money but its boring as hell,
i tried to get all the achievements but i stopped because i was boring myself to dead with those crappy invasion events .

if we not do the grind part of this content then there is nothing to do .
holographic mobs (grind) pinata`s (grind) effigy`s (grind) i remember when i was playing guildwars 1 that they gave us a inquiry to see what we like so they could make guildwars 2 more fun for us . i remember also that back then it was already a big discussion that most players did not like all the grinding . that was also how i responded to the inquiry . and what do they give us? nothing but grinding .

they only thing changed is that the grinding is now even more worthless then it was in guildwars 1 . and why do i feel like that?? because i grinded my kitten off this event and did i get rewarded???NOPE.

farmed about 600 dragon coffers and bought another 600 from TP because i was sick of grinding and i didnt get a single ticket . and those tickets are the only nice thing that you could get during this event (the shattered wings are nice also but thats 100% change ). i posted a topic myself about this frustration that i`m feeling and it got deleted within 5 minutes these events start to feel like a monthly fee to me .
they show us some nice weapon skins and then make them so hard to get thats it rediculous. i know people who bought Rich coffers and even those coffers sucked . a guy was opening 60 rich ones and showed us in L.A chat what he got xD candy, mini pets more candy and OHHH!!! fireworks

Common Arenanet , if players participate in a event they want to get rewarded for all those hours they played . i played 10 hours a day , opened a kittenload of coffers and NOTHING!!!! i have no problem with RNG as long as i get something after playing 10 hours a day and that for a whole week.

if you want to make money with your gemstore then sell cool stuff there thats unique to the gemstore . not giving us a crappy event with posible loot that will never drop and pushes us all to the gemstore to spend cash on RNG Rich coffers .

i opened 1200 regular dragon coffers , farmed loads of them and nothing so yesterday i bought 500 from the TP and what did i get….. 6 mini`s , i dont know how much fire works and candy.

you know why arenanet arent bussy with a expansion , because these events are making them rich . they give us coffers that drop kitten so lots of people think OK then i try my luck with rich coffers but thats the same story . we are getting ripped off.

i was a huge fan of guildwars 1 , i played it for almost 7 years but im losing my fate in gw2 real fast at the moment . all we get is crappy questlines and monthly events to keep us bussy (read : make them rich). stop with that rediculous Low droprate during events , its not rewarding at all and it will dissapoint people to the point that they say F&%$ guildwars 2 .

/dance is a great way to escape that prison , and its not only a guardian problem i`ve had it with all of my characters at least once

really Arenanet , some of the bugs in this beautifull game are there from day 1 and are still not fixed . i dont think i have to name them all to you because you probably know better then i whats bugged and whats not BUT i will mention the ones i hate the most.

the events to open Arah , bugged verry often and its a pain in the … , WHY? because its something we all have to do to complete our personal story .

a small one , but since im lvling a lot of characters and once im doing a area i want to complete them , making this a little irritating bug ’The cow cannon ’ this vista is bugged on and off for months now .

also a strange bug and never fixed is the fact that i have to move around like a neurotic madman to hit stationary things like supply carts and other things i have to destroy for events (with a mellee character) if i just go and stand next to them and i try to hit it then i miss all the time ,when i step hit step hit step hit i can destroy them but its freaking anoying .

there are manny more of these irritating bugs which im not going to mention but i bet others will do that for me

yup , it is free if you go trough the pvp area . i do that all the time

i hate this , thats my first thought when i join a overflow in LA .
i always loved to go to LA and have a nice chat on my server with people in LA , now every time i go there i enter a overflow, i think the entrance of fractals in LA is a bad choice and should be moved outside , this way the city stays local . i picked a english server and sometimes i join a french overflow , i cant talk french so WTF am i doing there .

if you agree with this then please reply , maybe arenanet listens if enough people reply .

what i miss the most as a guildleader is indeed the posiblility to see how long someone been offline , and the second thing i seen mentioned here is a event calendar .
it would make life of a guild leader so much easyer.

and 1 character in multi guilds is bad Imo , just make up your mind and join 1 guild , what i see now in the guild is loads of people who are not representing because they simply forget ( with new characters) or they are representing a week then join a other guild and byebye .

yep guildhall must come to guildwars 2 , a place to socialise and if its the same as in gw 1 a place with all merchants and stuff (if unlocked) would be really nice

a town clothes locker just like the pvp locker would be a nice thing , and im not a rper but this is something even i miss

We are a Casual PVX guild on the Piken Square server .

The Guild is founded by old Guildwars 1 players who wanted to Honor the most famous Npc from guildwars 1 “Gwen”, at the end of guildwars 1 in the expansion “Eye of the North” she gets married with Lieutenant Keiran Thackeray .
one of their descendants in guildwars 2 is Capt. Logan Thackeray ,the commanding officer of the Seraph at Divinity’s Reach , knowing this we decided to call our guild “The Descendants of Gwen”.

Piken Square is the Unofficial RP server , one of the reasons we decided to make a PVX guild there is because we want a play on a server with friendly mature people and i think thats what you can expect from Rp players and we found it to be true .

I always say , we have the server with the most Npc`s , some of them are controlled by people ;P.

since im not a Rper myself i made our guild a Pvx guild , we are a guild with mature people from all over the world , our guild is open for all levels,classes,races . we have one rule and thats be nice and honest . at the moment we have around 100 active members . as far as i know there are no Roleplayers in our guild but they are welcome to join .

We do daily dungeon runs , have all guild upgrades unlocked

@ parisalchuk , i can understand why you are having problems with the reset times , but then nobody else is allowed to have a complain? this is the first time i complain about the game . i just wanted to say that i dont understand the way they do this. seperate starting and ending times for usa/eu would be much better. i am someone who loves to be there from the start till the end ,but its made imposible . @kasama :P the middle of the cake is the best .
and i checked times again and MajorMelchett is right , the ending is earlier then i said in my first post, sorry for that . but maybe its a idea to make times more clear for everybody. so people in all differend timesareas know when it starts/ends.
This morning i woke up and thought YES ! halloween event today YEEEEY . untill i was told it starts at 1.00 then it was QQ.

Hello , im a european player and i think the start and end of halloween sucks for european players. it starts at 1.00 so we cant be there at the start because most people have to work and go to bed early so 1.00 at night is rediculous . and then the end pacific time 8.00 DONT MISS IT you say ….
thats 6.00 in the morning for us on a freaking Monday . so start and ending is imposible to be for alot of european players . GJ arenanet . why not give us some reasonable times also instead of only taking care of the players from the USA . why do we even have european and USA servers if you do events like this ……i was really looking forward to do this event , but now im really disapointed . im a huge fan of guildwars and i want to be there at start and end but you guys make it imposible for us .

i hope you listen to this, and do future events better , so the european players can also enjoy the start and ending of a event.
