Guild Wars 2

Hello All.

My wife and I are looking for an PvE Guild that does some WvW. We are active in the game every evening and most weekends.

What we are looking for:
- Guild that is like family
- Website, forums and Voice Server
- Zero tolerance for rudeness

It would be a nice “Option” to allow people like the OP to select that they would like a more challenging down-leveling experience. This would make everyone happy. But please don’t think the OP represents how most people feel.

Meh. My Dwarf can shoot pandas with his rifle, why can’t my rutabaga head use a rifle too? Nah, nevermind, I’m happy with a bow.

One toon is the Grove, loads fine. My toon in Straits of Devastation is stuck on the map loading screen (you know you screwed because the map objectives don’t appear on the loading screen).

Yea, add me to the list… had to disable it. I’m going to disable it and do so TP business, then I’ll re-enable it and go play Boarderlands 2 till this get’s resolved.

The event was a lot of fun. Pugged it with 2 other people and had no troubles. Just a lot of fun. This whole event Act 1 to 3 was very well done (BLC aside). However, where is my ‘mini Mad King Thorn’?

Yea. It’s gambling and avoid it like the plague. All ‘random’ things in the gem store are a form of gambling and I’ll not be purchasing any of those items either. I’d love to support this fantastic game, but I don’t gamble. Just a personal thing, not trying to tell others what to do with their money.

I joined LaZy just before the start of Guild Wars 2. It already feels like home. I was familiar with LaZy in AION, where I killed and was killed by many a LaZy member. When I saw that they were on Guild Wars 2 I couldn’t pass up the opportunity.

If your looking for a well organized, mature, diverse, fun Guild with which to leave your mark on Guild Wars 2 then you don’t need to look further… you’ve come home.

The skill point next to the Duroti POI in Metrica is bugged… again. This time the NPC just remains dead.

TL;DR. Basically, you’re a lackey at the end of the story, and some walking cabbage is the ‘real’ hero. Worst story line ever. Basically some really bad writer fell in love with his own creation and makes you the backdrop to the chosen one’s story. You’re nothing but a boot licking, lick spittle toady to the true hero – Mr. Rutabaga head.

Dude! Laughs and applauds to you good sir. I’ll be going to be joining you on the battleground as soon as my schedule gets a bit relaxed. I have to monitor some data migrations all day long and I need to ‘stop’ in the middle of what I’m doing to start/fix things.

Putting more effort into detecting or manually removing the bots would have been a better use of resources. The current system hurts every player, not just the bots. But when all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

Questing in GW2 is the best system I’ve ever experienced in an MMO. EQ, EQ2, SWG, WoW, AION, Rift, SWTOR are so inferior with their quest hub, run back and forth crap. This game feels organic in the way quest just pop up when you get to an area.

What I find funny is the comments about how tedious and boring it is to explore, yet the same people in this thread want to ‘grind’ to level 80 as fast as they can. Talk about boring… Well, there is always other MMOs out there for you guys. Have fun storming the castle.

Does Anet even care? I’ve reported people several weeks ago… they are still playing, still botting. I know they have priorities, but at least let us know that action will be taken.

Meh. I love everything about my Assura(s). I go for huge ears and the smallest character height. It fills me with joy when I do jumping puzzles and watch the big oafs fall. My ears go strait up in combat because I’m daring someone to try and chop one off. Good luck with that, I’ll kneecap em then feast on their dead body (Assura have that big mouth and pointed teeth for a reason). Chomp!

Un-official server alliances ruin the WvW experience for the server thats being ganged up on and killed outside spawn from both chokes, for me this is very bad game design there needs to be somthing added to combat this type of play.

It’s GUILD Wars… not solo PvP guy wars. Move along.
