Second Law 2 matchups past action, thank TUP, NR, Dawn and VcY for the fights!

WvW is unbalanced in nature, that doesnt mean it needs to be broken.

1st Keep Lord – Banner/Signet Ressing.
This one thing that has been itching in my throat for ages. Almost all classes have an easy target and insta res ability. Warriors can do it while being Invulnerable to any kind of dmg (Balanced Stance/ Berserk Stance/ Endure Pain) and you have a free Resurrection on the boss.
This fun and all, but after seeing the lord getting ressed 30 times strait in the enemy keep it kinda defeats the purpose of the game.
Now, couple this with a broken waypoint that allows people in after a period of the defense time is over. And also stupidly large caping circles makes this task a big nuisance and feel like a zone can cheat their way out of a good organised keep ninja or strike force.

Second is the cow supplies draining.
It has been stated on a thread in this forums but the rate of the poison tick is too strong, completely OP at the moment. The supplies flux has been affected greatly because of this. In overall with this, the seiging process takes 2-3 times more. Even if you do it by the book.
But the worst is that it greatly encourage the ZERG mentality. Gather everyone in the map and lets rush this gate….

Third is the Treb splash damage going through gates and walls.
This renders rams on certain gates useless. If you follow the same train of thought of the catas not doing dmg behind structures, then Trebs shouldn’t be able to do it as well.
Not to mention that some walls are “ghosts” AKA on northeast tower, the south wall is pierced by terbshots incoming from the hill in front of the lordroom.

All this is food for thought. Disscuss more, argue less.

o7 to Ogro! This is where this thread belongs! And we deserve less attention from forum trolls and more attention from the devs!

About numbers Id say 15 minimum of the minimum, 20 is the optimal, 25 if you want to make more room for participating guildies, 25+ better do it on a 3 way garrison take (too much).

Ghost Pots I say yes, It would only be a nuisance to remake your melee front just to be a look a like the leader. There are other ways to find it out and that’s part of the skill one should have/develop. Some RL faces/armor are well known and that in itself is an advantage. So I’m 100% for yes. IF some guild REALLY has a BIG problem with it then just set the terms befor the GvG beguins

Meteor Shower + Tornado. 100% yes aswell as the Necro elite both are very powerfull but both have downsides. Both are skills which can be avoided (general area) and the user will be vulnerable during the cast because its like a huge red sign saying kill me now Im huge!

Banners? Rally is a game mechanic and Banner is a Skill so there is no limit for what you can run, its intirely up for the RL to decide their setup, even if it is 20 Warriors running banner or 20 rangers running spirits…

Now Id like to set a new rule:
Go with a set Best out of X from the start. If both parties are interested to continue go for it, if one is happy with the score in the end, then it is set in stone.
So that this way no illmouth can have a say about dodging fights/chicken out w/e.

Lastly a shout out to [IF] for the courage to do their “almost” debut gvg vs us and making us go 15v15 which was a little different from what I am used to.

Some GvG Training fights we had yesterday with Vindicta in Mortem since they couldn’t get their main roster for the GvG.
Still, a fight is a fight and this are definitely better than seiging up a keep

It is about time Anet gives GvG it’s proper credit and importance. To start with an Arena/spectators mode!
I bet a lot more followers would like to see Ogro and Sabul commentating GvG’s Dota 2 Style!
Hell, I bet it would be a breakthrough in the “E-sport” era and finally put GW2 in the spotlight conventions like DreamHack and such.

I’ve been playing GW2 from the very first day it was available like most of us. With a lot of hours played mostly on WvW, I think, me as a player I have reached the endgame of WvW.

are a way to go. Still, even with the new and shiny Wxp and tittles, what do you think Anet should implement on WvW?

As many other fellow players my account got Hacked 20 days ago, with extreme prejudice to my character and ego. 300 hours of gametime to waste but I managed my account back.
Now losing all my Gear, Gems, Gold and Bank I couldn’t even look at the character.
The next few days I kept searching the foruns and support for some way to get my stuff back ( as it happens with other MMO’s , because it is what customer support is for) and nothing conclusive was ever said only in the line of “we are trying to implement a roll back system soon”.
Now this “soon” was like one month ago. I think its time the support lend a hand to those who lost everything they had because the security system was as secure as vanilla Runescape.

Now my question is:
When will it be in place?
Is it an account roll back? ( meaning the progress you have made in this 30 days gone to waste aswell?)
Or you get the char + bank back to the point it was good? This last one would be the best since I already got an alt to 80 because I couldnt stand playing with my striped main.

I would realy apreciate some info for a change, and if my tone upsets you, you can imagine how upset I am myself…
