I use Windows 8 64 and have had no issues at all related to GW2.
You also should not need to change or reinstall GW2.

When your mail box is full it will not alert you.

It will most likely show 9/10.

You will need to delete personal mail or BLT mail to receive new mail, which will be help in a buffer until you do.

Short Story:
This is a known bug, delete some old mail.

I have trouble reading it when I’m in windows mode, if I run the game in full screen mode it’s fine.

It seems that the TP is actually run as a website in the game and the TP browser doesn’t know how to resize the website properly.

I also have this problem, most of the time while under water, but sometimes on land.

I now avoid water battles as much as possible.

I’m rather annoyed that the monthly has an element related to the event.

Firstly, at the beginning of this month I completed the survivor requirement the first day, spending quite a lot on crafting materials.

Secondly, and a bit of track, it was replaced with ??? which made most people think it was a bug, and which I still hear people in game asking today when will it be fixed.

Thirdly and most importantly, towards the end of this month I will have to travel to Hong Kong, possibly for about a week, not including travel and will not have access to GW. It is bad enough not being able to attend the event.
However missing the monthly due to the monthly only being able to be completed during a certain period of the month is quite unfair. The monthly should be available for the month.

I wouldn’t mind paying 10g that at lvl 80 allows me to move my trait points around freely in town or in a specific location. Obviously not in battle though. I don’t want to pay 2g each time I want to experiment with a new build or have a different PvE to WvW build. It’s just taking away flexibility and fun, it makes the decision way to serious and even at lvl 80 I’ve not yet distributed my points.

In GW1 we could move around our attributes/traits in town.

You can only have 9 – 10 mails in your mail box before new ones will not show. Try deleting some older mail (not quest mail) and you may just find the missing mail appears.

There is a bug that prevents the mail box from showing that it is full.

Having limited charges in a fishing location similar to ore, trees and such should stop the problem of bots. Or if they added a feature that sometimes the fish may actually attack you. =]

Talk to the belly of the catapult, not the guy next to it. That’s the side that is facing the tower when there are no cows being shot.

We’ve had may people think it’s bugged just because it’s less than obvious how to use it. It may or may not be the same for some of you.

Your mail box has a limit of 9 – 10 mail at one time (not including quest mail).

It’s most probably that you’ve gone over that limit, just delete 1 or 2 and it may appear.

There is also a bug that says you are at 9/10 mail, but wont let you get the tenth which is known to cause lots of confusion, try deleting a mail or 2 and see what happens. =]
