Do they now get a chance at fractal wep skins to?
Rewards from the fractal will be based on players’ personal reward level as long as the reward level is equal to or lower than the chosen fractal level.

Player @ lvl 1 fractal joins a lvl 20 fractal run.
Completes it.
Gets level 1 reward because 1 < 20.
So, no free fractal skins for low level players.
Mick Dagger (Thief, obviously)

They added that already:
Map names on the world map now display completion status.

Just hover your mouse over an area name to see your completion status.
“Maybe i do not understand the stealth thing that well but something is not totally right only 3 skills I see use true stealth unless you are fighting and one you have to stand there for a few seconds to stay in stealth to move. First is of course Hide in shadows which lasts for 3 seconds shadow refuge can last around 9 seconds total and blinding powder lasts another 3 seconds. thats a total of maybe 15 seconds of stealth and each has a move to use them or animation using them. The recharge even with 20% reduction in them is still way too high to make anyone perma stealth.”
Thiefs are just (ab)using Combos. Just like any other class that can combo with itself.
Black Powder (Smoke Field) + Heartseeker (Leap Finisher) = Combo (Stealth)

So no, no exploit. Just “clever use” of a"grey area" as Stealth stacks intensity (and should not stack at all).

Mace + Shield Warrior here.
I tried every single weapon, but I liked the “feeling” of that combo. I love how I can stunlock an enemy, and I must admit that I feel OP with the “you reflect projectiles while blocking” trait.
And for “roleplaying” purposes, I think it’s the best combo for a Rock Wall Norn
