I am from a guild on TC but unfortunately they require you to be on the server to join (they also like a mic for mumble, and really I would suggest getting one it makes dungeons and events much easier and more fun). That said if you don’t find a guild give me a hollar in game and I would be happy to do some PvE stuff! Good luck in your search!

The members are very helpful and (as I have found) patient (I don’t do so well at jumping puzzles). Hey Dreygor! First I have to say Rangers are awesome! Not squishy at all, and they totally kick butt in Twilight Arbor! (My main is a ranger as well). You might check out Cynical http://www.cynicalgw2.com/home if you haven’t already found a guild. We are on TC and are largely PvE although we do a little bit of everything. Very friendly and I have never had a problem running dungeons with my guildies, thats the great thing about a good guild, everyone helps each other out. Heyas, I am on TC and I like it. Most folk are really nice and helpful. They are great at letting you know about events in map chat, etc. I am mostly PvE but I know we have a strong WvW core. I will be honest, I know a lot of WvW folk on BG as well, so I couldn’t tell you which is the better of the two for that aspect of the game but I think TC is best for PvE. Wow, successful guild missions for both EST folk and PST folk! I am really happy with how CYN guildies worked together to make that happen! In guild scavanger hunt coming up that looks to be pretty darn fun.

Everytime I log into GW2 I find someone to run dungeons with or do WvW, SPvP or just ask questions of. I think that is the thing I like best about Cynical. GW2 is a much better game when played socially. Dungeons are far more fun when you know the people in your party. I didn’t know any of the Cynical members when I joined but it did not take long for me to feel right at home. They are very friendly and helpful. (And funny!) I look forward to “seeing” my GW2 family every time I log in!

Okay to be honest when I first signed up with Cynical I was just looking for an active group to do some events with. Lucky for me I found that AND some cool people I actually like to spend time with. This is a group of fun and nice people. I look forward to my time in game not just for playing but for the time I get to spend with my guildies.

Plur check out the Cynical recruitment thread, it will tell you all about us. We are definately a very social guild with lots of activities and very nice, helpful people. We do like to have fun and joke around as well. And I can tell you from experience they are great about support (you should see me in WvWvW lol).

SPvP TONIGHT!!!!!! Group run of Straights of Devestation yesterday…Wonder what Cynical has planned for the new content kickoff this weekend???? Come join the best guild around.

Last nights WvWvW was a blast, we accomplished things and had fun!!! Tonight is Dungeon night and we have some new PvE events coming up! Join the fun.

Wednsday = WvWvW Night!!!! Also probably several spontaneous dugeon runs and witty banter!

SPvP Event tonight, Dungeons the next, WvWvW after that…you just may have a hard time picking! Heck do them all.

But seriously, Cynical is a guild where you have a voice. Our GM is on everyday and is more than happy to help, answer questions, and listen to ideas. The officers and other guild members try to follow his lead and do the same. So if you want a guild where you can have some fun, meet some new folks and feel that you are more than just an influence generator check us out!

Very friendly and helpful guild. I looked around, went through a few guilds and still felt alone in the game. I joined Cynical and wow, there were people in guild chat! There were events! Both planned and spontanious (sp?). PVE, WvWvW, or SPvP, there are people doing it all and the attitude seems to be “the more the merrier” not clique oriented like I have run into. There are old pro MMO players and noobs.

Anyway, joining Cynical has made the GW2 experience much richer for me.
