the first one wa at 23:00 CET, most of EU couldn´t participate because it was too late.

I had a ping of 0 and was playing:)
I think Anet patched something …. and as allways…something went wrong.
In my case what helped: I told my firewall and antivirus that gw2.exe is an exemption and allow everything;)

The 2 gold per day plus cheap cultural armor in the WvW maps is EXACTLY the right incentive to get me to log on daily until I’ve unlocked every piece of cultural armor in the game. No inflation there – that money flows in and out of the system without ever passing through the Trading Post. Along the way I’ll likely make good strides towards collecting the WvW armor.

Same here. I believed what Colin and you Anet told us. I´ve waited 1 years without any content to have HOT, preordered it and guess what? It was a crap. What happened with “there will allways be more ways to acheieve a goal”? HOT was shipped and the main items i paied for werent ready….16 legenderys were promissed…and we only got 3. You are now cancelling the projekt….BUT IT WAS A CONTENT OF HOT. I wanna have a big conpensation as you guys betraied us. I never ever buy a new addon. You guys are a peace of ******;(

I started reading this thread and i had to stop at the end of the first page. guy is making a great point of how the game is casual. and yes, it is. but i laughed and just about fell out of my chair when hes calling a TWO YEAR grind to craft a legendary casual. there is NOTHING casual about two years. so your telling me after about 20 years of playing this game i will have a full inventory of legendary gear. somebody please tell me how crafting legendary gear is casual. it is the dumbest most unmotivating grind i have ever encountered in any game.

Answer. Legendaries were never meant to be casual. The trade off is they’re not required either. Early on, when people asked Eric Flannum if there would be stuff to grind for, he said, yes, but there wouldn’t be required grind.

This is where your legendaries fall, and to a lesser degree ascended weapons.

Wrong,, ‘casual’ content is about accessibility and the path to gaining a legendary or ascended is equally available to all. You may not like long term objectives, but that doesn’t mean other people don’t, and certainly not a generalisation like ‘casusl’ you could equally say we ranks is not casual because it would take years to get to max rank, or gathering gold is not casusl because it would take years to gather enough to feel rich in game. Just because you don’t like something that does not mean it’s bad content.

So you consider the Winter’s Presence shoulder to be casual?

Sure they can correct or patch things….but before they do so they should patch HOT out or do it more as the way GW2 was at the beginning.

did the “dragon Event” on the 4th map yesterday…just killed the dragon an see wonder … game crashes…cant join the map i was … hours of gameplay for the XXXXXXX

Having 100% kryta, and finished the first map with my ranger…. no reward BUT: if you want to do the acendend staff you have to “finisht at least one map of jungle 100%” to obtain a gift you need…. so anyone an idea ???

If Anet would add a recepie it would also cost lots of gold…so whats do you want?

I don´t get eather why pll are complaining about the reduction.

It´s just Anet becomes the bad guy….no matter what they do.
I think it is good for WvW and PVP players who don´t want to do any PVE:)

BUT: i couldn´t. The game kept telling me, that I have to have HOT for to use that thing.

Anyone know the default location it downloads it to for the gw2.exe to launch this PTT client?. Got like 3 clients on this computer and no idea where this one is going lmao

Your default is the folder where your PPT.exe file is located.
To give a folder to the betaclient simply make a folder you want the game be, copy paste the exe and run the exe from the folder.
It will download all files in the folder where the exe has been started.

He got his Account back but without his gold, materials and …..and and….

WE DON´T GET ANY ANSWER.
We are having 10-30 sec lags for 6 months and our community manager says nothing since 1,5 months…
We have more than 137 page full with issues and no anwers from Arenanet.
Support closes our tickets with “your provider is fault”, but it isn´t.
We are just being ignored…and we WANT an answer. We paid for the game and bought several times “diamonds”, so we are custumers that payed for the services…..and we didn´t get any :@@@@
