The Gods arrived in Tyria while the Charr are supposedly native from this world, so there is no way Balthazar created them.

The Dragons were also there before the Gods I think, so once again, no.

As for the reste, I think it is possible but highly unlikely that Melandru had anything to do with the sylvari and that Abbadon might have had any good intentions while causing Nightfall…

The only places where such an angle is possible with a group of asura gates that I can think of would be Gate Hub Plaza in LA, or one of the three corners in Rata Sum.

Edit: Scratch Rata Sum, those are all blocked by trees and structures.

All other gates I can think of which has at least 2 near each other in the game would be in Fort Trinity, but that has a blocked off sight, and Ulta Metamagicals in Brisban, which is also blocked off sight. There are the WvW gates, but those are of a different design.

No other place I can think of has multiple gates next to each other.

Looks like Scarlet’s going to attack Lion’s Arch. Or we get a brand new area/heavily altered area.

There’s also the Coriolis plaza with the inactive Gates, isn’t there?

The angles and positions of the portals in the video don’t seem to match with the asura gates of LA (main hub + Coriolis) and Rata Sum (central city + outskirts), I went and checked. There are no place in these cities where two portals are placed that way.

I had the idea to lay the GW1 Map on the GW2 Map with the lines i made.
The result is this!
The Source, if the pattern of the lines is like i draw, would be exactly the “Heart of the Shiverpeaks” from GW1 o.O!

Hum, just : the Heart of the Shiverpeaks is very close to the Central Transfer Chamber. Couldn’t that be the asura gates we’ve seen at the end of the video?

Oh… Does that mean that a code received during the anniversary bash party will not be working on a French server? I might wait before giving it to my guildie then…

If the region block is not removed, I can always send it to some of the NA friends I made at the Bash! Mr Sparkle just needs to be loved U_U

Yup, that’s right, I was wondering if they would attend PAX, Gamescon and other such conventions. Normally they announce whether they will be present or not around may, but it is visibly not the case…

Has ArenaNet released a convention schedule? Or will they not attend any cons because they are working on the game (which I totally understand)?
