The OP did the best he could in his situation from my perspective. I did indeed prelay the traps at the narrow gate so everything was off cooldown and I was already stealthed. I got lucky with the “steal” skill reset so that’s why I was able to pop so many traps in short duration.

I just stuffed every single kill I had in 2 hours of roaming in the video. If there’s uplevels or 2v1’s, I show them too. All I know is that there was no one who could stand against me in the whole 2 hours of roaming.

I hate to say it but all the people you fought were extremely bad. :P
The necromancer did nothing and just ran, that ranger walked backwards while spamming 1 on longbow… the warrior never even tried to attack you. They all suck. I can kill people like that while naked. Also, if you link videos like this and don’t link the build, that helps nobody.
Still, the ticks prove that burning guardian is legit.
You’re quite right, sadly I can hardly find anyone in wvw that fights back once I burst them. Especially wars…they just run and I consider it an accomplishment just to catch them. Wish there are more skillful solo roamers around, not pansies in small groups.

You probably know Texblue as one of the best guards in NA. You can watch our multiple duels in the video.
I’ve never lost a 1v1 with this build. You can try to figure out what it is, but don’t ask me directly because I don’t like copycats.
I can easily melt any class in 60 seconds or less. Even the most prepared don’t last.
With this, guards in pvp have been forever changed…thieves melt in 10 seconds literally
Legendary Champion title holders or whatever don’t stand a change against this build. Tried and true
This build I made over hours of testing is sooo gangsta…it can burn any mofo’s kitten. 850 burning ticks per second with 100% uptime. Burn to hell suckerssss!
Wow so you have 21% critical chance unbuffed…? You need to rework your build if you aim to do dps
Well, since all 3 meditations grant fury and with fast recharge and boon duration, I have almost 100% fury uptime. So I think 41% crit is more than enough for dps. It’s the survivability im concerned about. I have 2 sigils of energy on my weapons and I dodge heal for about 1100hp, but I can’t seem to win any fights…maybe something wrong with my techniques.
FYI I’m not using any signets. Using power food and sharpening stones. 25 stacks of bloodlust. Precision is from self fury from meditations. No might stacks…
I’m running a 0/0/30/20/20 meditation build on my guard. You can see my stats with only self buffs in the attachment. However, I’m getting killed in WVW roaming, especially by necros and eles.
Any tips on how I can do better in 1v1 or 2v1? Maybe different build suggestions?
