Bags are propably the way to go, if you want money back from them. Also, totems drop from atleast Grawl… Propably from other “tribal” races as well but atleast Grawl.
I don’t think Norn get married. They coexist by drinking together and hunting together.
I actually find it more disappointing that using the norn racial transformation skills hide your animal companion. The transformation elites are the only elites in the game that cause you to be unable to use your pet for the duration of your elite skill’s activation. Not only is not having your pet by your side somewhat annoying…. but often times pet buffs (like master’s bond) get reset when the pet gets put away….. Anyone else think it would be reasonable to allow you to use your pets while transformed?
Absolutely! It’s really annoying when My pet gets put away, when I turn into a wolf. And then I get knocked all over the place against monsters and players alike. All you can really do is buff allies that might not be there with the howl and the forms over, it’s so useless. Also the #1 isn’t automatically made into an autoattack, so you have to ctrl+m2 it every time you shift into it.
But ultimately the worst thing is you can’t move while doing any of the skills.
I sometimes hear an extremely loud, hollow, pop with some echo to it. Always pretty much randomly, even when GW2 is minimized and muted when on the back.
Personally I gave up on the Warhorn. Having only 2 main hand weapons is a pain and I can’t get a build together with those. So I just use a Greatsword and Long/Shortbow.
I still miss the speed buff on my warhorn, though, and there should be another speed buff for Rangers.
I’m atleast partially a beastmaster spec, so my Alpine Wolf can tank okay. But the F2 is so unresponsive that I use a River Drake for pure DPS. Popping Rampage as one+River Drake F2 gives so much might.
If I come across an exceptionally difficult encounter (Soloing an off the beaten path event boss) I switch to two bears. Gives you more time not monitoring your pet.
Problem for me is, that whenever I have my Arctodus out and I use Lick Wounds it just runs up to me and does nothing… Or if it does heal, it’s somehow interrupted when it takes damage. This happen to you?
And I think it should also heal the pet if it’s not downed. Many times I’ve popped lick wounds when my pet is at 10% and it dies before it heals me at all. That or lower the cooldown.
