Mordrem Guard are born just like sylvari – from a pod. They look like Mordrem Guard from birth. It doesn’t appear as though Mordrem Guard are “corrupted sylvari” (at least not exclusively) but rather they are born that way.

Maybe they’re born with it. Maybe it’s Mordremoth

Had a lot of fun in BotFA, so will definitely be attending this

Nowhere near the level of some of the other artwork on here but I’m proud of it.
As for why it’s old Rytlock, I started this back in December before all the Revenant news. Found it again recently. Was going to put him on an Ascalonian ruin but couldn’t get it to look right so cheated and recoloured the original :P

I’d say it should be story/rp based as it usually makes for more fun games, but it needs the mechanics to support it

Really nice vid, but in my opinion it’s more of a music video than a trailer.

Tips for next time if you want to aim to make a trailer:
- Aim for it to be under 1.5minutes. Think about all those trailers on TV, what would it be like if they were all 5 minutes long?
- Choose some more instumental music. Some good examples of this are produced by Audiomachine and Two Steps from Hell, they both professionally make trailer music.
- Show some ingame footage. Most of that video is cinematics which, while amazingly awesome, don’t entirely show off what the actual game looks like. Vistas could be good though as they show off the ingame graphics while being cinematic. Still include cinematics, but that shouldn’t be the majority of the video.
