I’m not sure which I’m more stunned by: the fact that a fix is reportedly coming for Necro’s or the fact that a red post found its way into the Necro forums.
Either way, please fix the rest of our profession!
(updates on where you guys are with all these fixes that are needed, would be nice too)
This time, we managed to hold onto almost everything that the Asian part of SBI got.

I’m sure all the Oceanic players on SBI are pleased as punch with this statement.
On topic: anyone got a score update?

On topic: Anyone got a score update?
You played a necro to 80 and didn’t run into bugs?
Did you spam staff #1 all the way to 80?Lol even staff #1 has had and still has bugs.
It’s hard to single out a necro power that hasn’t had bugs.
Love your sig btw. Thinking of changing mine to something similar.
Errr , what does that have to be with asking for you death count ? :p.
I was talking about ignicity’s comment.
I dunno. What does claiming “If you meet me 1v1 8 chances out of 10 I will kick your kitten” have to do with it?
(edited by Ignicity.7938)
If people concentrated on WvW instead of kicking defenceless cats, they might just be able to increase their fightclub win/loss percentage to over 20%
What get me the most in this patch was this
“Mesmer
Scepter Skills: Projectile skills for the scepter have had their velocity increased by 33%.”What about our super slow staff projectile?
You mean the projectile I cast, and then overtake as I run towards the target?
Nah… working as intended :p
F2P happened
Now from what I had read I heard that the necro may have a few bugs affecting the way they play.
I stopped reading after this line.
May? Seriously?
You played a necro to 80 and didn’t run into bugs?
Did you spam staff #1 all the way to 80?
I must stop before I get infracted.
Still can’t believe a necro player believes we MAY have some bugs.
I think it may be time for the OP to peruse the stickied thread in these Necro Forums. The one entitled “Necromancer bugs compilation”
They should change the Halloween event name to “Trick or Trick”
Gotta get the monthly achievement done.
I’m hoping once everyone does that, it’ll be “Game on” again.
I didn’t know this was the Fan-Fiction section.
Such fresh information.
Thanks for the score update
Ignicity doesn’t understand the reasoning for all of the 3rd person hate from Thobek.
Ignicity tells Thobek to put the lotion on its skin.
Perhaps if Power of the Mists was disabled in PvE, then carebears switching servers (strictly to PvE with awesome buffs) would think twice before transferring.
To be honest, I have absolutely no idea where they have all spread out to since launch. Some may have switched servers, some may have left the game; it’s all conjecture.
But what I will say is that Isle of Jan’thir still has a strong Oceanic presence.
Let me play devils advocate for this post.
When GW2 launched, 3 unofficial Oceanic servers were chosen. They were: Isle of Jan’thir, Gates of Madness, and Sea of Sorrows.
I think these are the “night crews” that Xpipher has been discussing.
Gee, I can choose to have spawn camping supporters like Guild Wars Fan bring attitude into my customer community, or choose to remove the things from the game that feeds that type of player.
Your customer community?
lolz
I wonder what some of those popular servers have to say about their new found popularity?
From a recent thread in this same forums:
Huge Queues that run 24 hours day.
Recent influx of W3 guilds (NA and Asia/Pacific regions)
We win by night capping, were not good at W3
75% of our commanders are useless with good for nothing stratergies (where good at zerging)
Absolutely no coordination
Personally waited 3 hours tonight to get into EB which we owned the entire map for the entire time. That wasnt because were good either, the enemy has given up due to our nightcapping so we have no competition.Seems all is not well on some of the “server flavors” of the week.
I’d ignore QQer’s like that. They are few and far between.
If you want a more accurate depiction of what IoJ players think of their server; ask them in game. Most reports I’ve witnessed from people moving to IoJ, as well as IoJ originals; have stated that it’s a very friendly community with a sense of pride and loyalty.
Don’t be fooled by the outspoken minority that are preaching doom and gloom on Janthir.
I’m not ignoring the problem. I just don’t understand why you can’t state your opinion in one of the numerous already existing threads.
No, you needed to roll your own thread so you could feel special.
gg
What an original thread
/sarcasm
On topic: Dev’s have discussed this already. OP needs to learn to use the search feature and the Dev Tracker feature
You two need to get a room.
I don’t agree with the reasoning they use, but they like to think that they are keeping opposition pvper’s away from siege equipment.
1 Gold per Dynamic Event? yea ok
<— Will cyb0r for a score update
Awesome, now can we get the thread deleted?
Be awesome if the moderators can shut down threads like this. Dev’s and CS Rep’s have repeatedly advised on these forums that any allegation of hacking shouldn’t be posted on the forums.
Want to report a supposed hacker? How about following the instructions from official A-Net employees:
Hi everybody.
We are encouraging the players that see episodes of hacking/exploiting to send a report to the following email address, exploits@arena.net, where the issue will be looked into by the security team.
Thanks for your cooperation.
Welfare point winners?
Gotta love republicans.
… and how would you suggest we do that?
I’m still trying to work out the point to this thread.
Haters gonna hate the score won’t lie
…and obvious trolls are obvious.
On topic (for the sake of the moderators): This thread is ridiculous. Perhaps the moderators would be better served dealing with OP’s like the one that created this thread, rather than deleting single posts inside it.
Thanks mate. Wish I was there to help
It’s that time of the week again.
Start of a new match, and yet again I’m stuck at work
Anyone able to post a score update? (cookie for a pic)
This mentality is 100% Backwards.
Solution to your problem? Move to another server.
Looks like you’re the only one itching to see the early results.
Also, thanks to CarelessKrow for the link.
When you have Guild’s camping the Jumping Puzzles to the point where they are boasting about it on these forums; it’s easy to see why you anticipate being replied to with “So now people will play WvW instead of jumping puzzles!”
Fun fact for the day: Not everyone speaks English on the US servers.
Yea, when my ego gets bruised I resort to empty fight club threats too.
gg
On topic (for the sake of the moderator) : I don’t think this game shares the same fate as Warhammer.
Way to state the obvious.
So glad you rolled a new thread just for this.
…and what a wonderful world it would be.
To be honest, we have servers that do have lengthy queue times already. Yes, some people are choosing to move to a different server to avoid these queue times.
However, killing WvWvW to the point where you are limiting WvWvW player participation numbers because of underpopulated servers is not the only viable solution. Sure it may work in the long run, just as the current strategy being applied by A-Net might work in the long run.
Personally, I disagree with the OP’s first point, as it would kill WvWvW in the short-to-mid term.
As most people have already stated in this thread, your 1st point will not fix the current problem, it will add to it.
Let me attempt to explain. As long as 2 zones exist, we will continue to face the challenge of disproportional queues on multiple servers within the one zone.
Example:
Server A : Full queues in American peak hours. No queues in American off-peak hours.
Server B : Full queues in Australian peak hours. No queues in Australian off-peak hours.
Server C : Full queues all the time.
Using your initial point: 1) Establish a queue system to regulate one server from having more people than another server active in any given zone at any given time within 10 players.
If Server A, B and C played against each other this week in WvWvW:
I understand that this example is overly simplified, but OP, do you understand that this is what you are advocating?
Or do you not understand it?
WvWvW would simply become 10v10v10 (24/7)

Hi guys,
Awesome fights over the weekend!
Bad news now is, I’m at work
Cookies to the first person to post an accurate score update (extra cookies for pics)
We’re still trying to push hard in EB
Your lips say “we”, but your sig says “they”.
I hate working weekends. I always miss the start to matches, which are often the most exciting period of the week.
Thanks for the update, shortcake.
Thanks Scyndek
9) …
10) Profit?
GL HF!
Anyone got a score update for Aussies that have to work on a Saturday night?
Then you have nightcapping, which despite it being a legit tactic from a rules POV completely destroys any sense of actual pvp competition.
I think you have that the wrong way round.
To be honest, the lack of actual pvp is resulting in nightcapping, which is resulting in tears, which is resulting in QQ threads, which is resulting in me laughing at a lot of you.

While I’m at work (ie now) it would be great to be able to view scores from all matches on an official website.
I hate it when people quote themselves, so let me repeat the question, solely for your benefit (I know how hard scrolling up can be).
If you want to get rewarded by playing a purely supportive role, why not just ask the team that you’re supporting to give you drops and gold?
