Here at the Customer Support we currently do not have the ability to reimburse guild items/currencies. Could you please fill out an in-game bug report about this issue, they will have a greater chance of getting this fixed for you. This will send detailed information about your character and your position directly to our Quality Assurance Team and will help us kitten the issue as promptly as possible. To submit a bug report in the game, simply click on the “Game Menu” button in the upper left-hand corner of the game interface, then choose the “Support” option on the Game Menu. That option will allow you to review known issues, report a bug, or contact Customer Support.
Since you’ve already created a post on the forum, you are one step closer to getting the issue solved. While we are unable to respond directly to each bug report that we receive on the forums or through the game interface, each report is reviewed and escalated, when appropriate.

So if any of you are in the same position that my guild is, submit bug reports if you haven’t already. I know personally that was my first step
I had assumed that they were being added with the raid patch so that may be what happened
Reported fixed as of the 5:00 PM UTC patch
for our guild, which capped Aetherium at 7:30 AM UTC this was 9.5 hours lost on aetherium production
At our current mining rate of 30 seconds per aetherium, or 2 per minute, this is 1140 aetherium lost
If this were every guild I would not have an issue with it, but as it is only some guild it puts those of us who were affected at an unfair disadvantage compared to other guilds who did not have this error.
As of 3:00 PM UTC this is still bugged
I have been able to access the halls of other guilds by switching rep and relogging
while repping my main guild the guild hall button simply does not exist for any of the other guilds I belong to

My guild is currently displaying the “A new build is available. Guild functionality has been disabled.” message to all members.
Of the 5 guilds I’m in this guild is the only one having this issue.
We cannot access the guild hall, missions, bank, or any other related guild functions
Attempting to WP into the hall removes money from the wallet but does not load into the hall
Walking into the portal does not display an entry message
Those who were able to get into the hall one way or another reported that the hall appears to have returned to pre-claimed state, no buildings and mordrem vines everywhere
We capped out on aetherium at 7:30 AM UTC and were unable to access the hall or NPCs to upgrade and are now losing out on aetherium building
Is there any solution in the works for this, and any way to return lost Aetherium due to being blocked out?

Will World events transfer over as well?
There is an argument in my guild about queing world events or banners
Personally, my intention is to pull the money out of the guild bank as a precaution
Can never be too careful IMO
I’m not normally one to be all ‘ZOMG FIX THIS IMMIDEATELY’ but given the amount of people having this problem a ’we’re working on it’ would be nice :/
The first issue I see is the article says 7,and you have 7, but in your introduction paragraph you say 10
Also you have a sentence stating “Game enchanted me…” when it should say something like This game or The game.
Most of the issues I see are little spelling, grammatical or phrasing issues like that easily fixed with some editing, and maybe a second eye.
I agree with your points, and Guild Wars is a fantastic game with an amazing community. And No Monthly Fee <3

Not sure if this has been posted before or not, but is friends list at all considered in the megaserver choosing? if it isn’t, could that be implemented in some way?
I have two windows accounts, and two guild wars accounts
And When it’s doing its glitchy thing, I’ve tried the high preset, it doesn’t work. I’ve tried having my settings to exactly what his are, and that doesn’t work either.
Ok I have NO idea how this worked, but I changed the resolution from 1440×900 to 1280×1040 and it cleared up, I was so surprised it worked that I never told it to keep the new setting and when it reverted back it was still clear. So it’s working for now, but I’m even more confused than I was.
I feel really stupid, but I don’t know how to get to that. Not sure I’ve messed with it at all, know he hasn’t messed with his. I assumed control panel so I’d been looking in Appearance and Personalization when we first noticed the problem but I haven’t seen anything that looked like it could fix it at all
So My boyfriend and I both play guild wars on the same computer and have the exact same settings but on different user accounts. My graphics are all fudged up and his are clear. If I play on my GW account on his user account it shows up fine. I have no idea how to fix this and have exhausted my limited troubleshooting expertise. Anyone have any ideas?
