I could only support having 1 or 2 WP max in each zone being “account bound” so that you don’t have to walk to the zone in order to start exploring. But certainly not unlocking all WPs on all of your characters once you complete a mastery track.

This alone would be a huge boon for a large chunk of the population. It could be the one nearest to a dungeon or world boss (dependent on the map) and then one at one of the entrances to the zone.

I understand that issue, and I’m sure a workaround could be found with enough time for development. Even if one wasn’t found though, would that necessarily be seen as a negative aspect since it would instead make the prospect of doing world completion and the journey for a legendary more enticing to players who are more casual not in just their regular gaming attitude, but in the time that they are able to play?

So this is something I’ve wanted for a long time, yet as far as I know has never been talked about (please correct me if I’m wrong on that). It’s account bound waypoints in a way where you would still have to earn it.

What I’m thinking is to get another Central Tyria based mastery for waypoint sharing that once acquired, would unlock the same waypoints on all of your characters once they hit level 80, and by no means sooner.

This would be a huge boon for those like me who find world completion related tasks a chore to do multiple times for multiple characters. This way you could take all of your characters to the same content zones once they hit 80 for things like dungeons, world bosses, champ trains, etc.

Anyone else think something like this could be possible and would want it to be?

For hall claiming, it’s easy to run it with 5 people who are able to hold their own. Honestly, 3 of the 5 people I had in my group that helped me claim the hall were randoms in the map not even in my guild, just in my party and we did just fine.

For upgrading, I feel your pain. I have a super small guild too and it’s basically paying for everything out of pocket and grinding for it on my own without the constant additional help.

Requirements: Be active at least once a week, be friendly, and be respectful of others.
Our Focus: Our focus of play is generally going to be PvE and PvP related so that those from other homeworlds can join up without issue. Bonus points for HoT players so we can get our guild hall.
Preferred Language: English please.
Timezones: All timezones are welcome, at the moment though we are located in Mountain Standard/Daylight Time in the USA.

To put it simple, this guild is currently comprised of myself and my fiance, but we’d like to make some friends here and have people to game with who are going to be friendly and helpful towards one another. Our guild does have the bonus decorations from the HoT pre-order and the decorations from getting all the upgrades to rank 6 for pre-HoT guild advancements. We’re pretty open to play the game in all modes, although PvE is our favorite way to play and I do dabble in PvP and WvW from time to time. Our homeworld is Kaineng and if you server is as well, then we can do WvW together, if not, then no harm no foul.
