There have been a few outfits I’ve seen on certain NPCs and have wondered… “What would this look like on my characters?” So let’s see some more wearable options Anet!
NPCs to look at:
Zaishen Observer – In Lion’s Arch by the Laurel Vendor, just next to the Target Dummies
Raven Acolyte – Just inside Wayfarer Foothills down the road from the Trading Post NPC
Rank 10 Glory Vendor – In the Heart of the Mists and on various Citizens
I’d love to see one of not all of these outfits added to the game as either Town Clothes or as actual armor (in the case of the Raven Acolyte).
Any other ideas guys?
I’m not entirely sure which one is correct but…the Drinking skill (#1) says when you hover over it, that it takes 10% of your health (Percent Reduced: 10). Knowing you start with 10,000 health, the skill is supposed to take 1,000 away. Every time I use the skill however, the drink takes 1,999 away. So basically 20%….
Now is the skill supposed to take 10% and it’s actually broken? Or is the skill tip broken and the drink really takes away 20%?
My sugestion is to rework Signet of Midnight:
Passive: Grants a 25% increase in movement speed.
Active: Blind nearby foes.
Blind: 3 s
Radius: 360
Range: 360
WTB this….so tired of being left in the dust even with Blink I can’t keep up.
Ditto to that, I’d also like to note it seems empty on my server (Stormbluff Isle) out there because of Fractals. That’s where everyone is therefore nobody can be bothered with Balthazar.
Just 1 or 2 Temples please! It can’t be that much to ask for!
First off I’m thankful for the addition of Shards to Fractals….BUT, getting a group for the difficulty I’m on is impossible. Only being on difficulty 2 it seems that A ) nobody is that low anymore and is too focused on harder difficulties and B ) nobody wants to belittle themselves to help a plebeian such as myself in attaining higher difficulties but w/e…
Putting the shards on the Balthazar vendor is great and all but it’s next to impossible to be logged in at the right time for the 5 minutes the vendor is actually available. On top of that it seems that lots of the events leading up to the assault of the shrine are (or were) bugged, those events and the event of the assault itself don’t seem to want to scale down in the event that only a few players show up, and even if everything were scaled and not bugged nobody wants to do them and the Straits are dead and void of all player life 90% of the time.
My suggestion: Would it be so bad to add Obsidian Shards to the other Temple’s vendors? Not 30 minutes ago there was a better than average turn out of players for Melandru and we succeeded with some difficulty. Grenth also likes to offer up challenges so why not put some there too? It’d be nice if those vendors could offer the shards so that we’re not forced to rely on ONE chain of events that nobody likes to bother their time with doing.
Some people actually do care about making legendaries and are forced to rely on catching the one temple vendor at server resets which is total bull. So would you kindly just spread the obsidian shard wealth around Orr between temple vendors? That’d be grrrrrrrreat!
After the last patch, Bjarl the Rampager is no longer crashing with the pillars, making this path impossible to complete.
Well it’s not impossible….our group killed him today while he had his armor buff on. Accidentally of course, we dragged him into the previous Subject Alpha room and he managed to get stuck on the loot chest. He couldn’t hurt us and we could kill him. All 5 of us went afk and came back 30 minutes later to find a dead boss (I went to play some Halo 4 while we waited for him to die)!
In noting this I realize that I’m sort of unofficially reporting this but I felt the urge to let you know even without it working properly, it’s not impossible

Can’t buy gems either way and I’m just curious about what’s up with the service.
Prevent zerging blah blah….all I want to know is why a waypoint is available on one path that doesn’t deserve it being accessible and not available on a path that you actually have to get to it on
The designers don’t play the dungeons themselves.
Seems like we need to work on changing that then
Why is it Waypoints appear for paths that don’t use it or have no need to use it? I’m not sure of its name but the waypoint that shows up over the Tar boss (For the Jotun path) isn’t there when you kill him while doing that path but is there for every other path resulting in a 5 minute run back should you die. The only ones I’ve completed (the paths with the Sylvari and the Asura leading the story) both have access to that waypoint for no reason at all.
It doesn’t make sense, needs to be fixed, and/or added all the time.

What’s the effective range on this? There’s no tooltip help for it and I’ve been experimenting and I just can’t find a definite line to draw where it will and will not allow me to use “F” and enter the portal.
*As an extreme I tried placing the entrance at Ogrewatch and the exit at the SE “garrison” in the Eternal Battlegrounds. No dice
Gonna add this here considering I’ve only seen it happen on my mesmer…
All my major trait slot selections get reset every time I enter the Heart of the Mists. Even if I reselect the traits, head to Lion’s Arch (for example), and return to the mists…they still get reset. Anyone run into this?
On Stormbluff Isle the Skill Point: Fight Flowing Ice, located in/near Talabaroop Waves (Blue Ice Shining Waypoint) in Frostgrge Sound isn’t quite working. It says the NPC is summoned and ready to fight but is nowhere to be seen. It’s keeping me from 100%! Happy bug hunting fellow hunters!
omg nvm, upon further reading the Chantry of Secrets somehow makes up 3% of the world
