great fights in ebay bl tonight. Some of the best (non-reset) wvwing I’ve had in the last few weeks. Ebay, I love that you guys stick together in one BL and are able to field a big zerg. It is great to have these massive 3 way battles. Dragonbrand, as always, are very worthy opponents. And the lootbags! Anyway, I hope you’ve all enjoyed my lootbags (I stock mine with extra honor badges). Looking forward to the rest of this week!

OH I know what your talking about. I was there for that exact engagement. I was also on a superior AC. The AC was not far outside the door in actually, we noticed no damage wakittenting there so we dropped 1 or 2. We were well close enough to see inside. You probably don’t believe that but its ok.

I also do not have a tri screen set up. I was simply close enough to see inside.

I’ll have to try this, then, since I did see you pressed right up in the corner on the AC. Sorry if the accusations are false – you know it’s frustrating for us, especially if we think we see foulplay going on. I’ve never been able to hit the inside like that, on the ramp up to the lord’s room in NW tower, so naturally people (like me) would think it’s foulplay.

Do you realize we had 5+ necros and we can take any AC near the walls right ? no need for AC, it is faster with necros. L2NECRO :-P

Edit: I just remember we had to put an AC before going to lord rooms, you guys had a ballista just in the way, and that doesn’t require skills to take it down.

Actually, you did, while you guys were outside of outer, near our treb. We had 2 ACs on the inside of that wall, on the ground (not on the wall), and they were killed by an AC.

And by “you”, I mean TC..not you specifically.

The TC who was zoom hacking in EB’s NW tower and Hills is absolutely pathetic. I should have suicided so I could get a good look at your guild and report you.

We took everything in Ebay, because they wouldn’t stop trolling us when we were pushing SOS bl. We were being nice and working our corner of your map and they kept pushing over to our side instead of pushing north. So after they ninja capped the bay 2 times and constantly put pressure on us while we were on SOS bl we figured they wanted us to come play in their BL.

Ebay made Blood Pact raid for an extra hour Saturday afternoon because you made our blood boil :P

I hear a lot of people complaining about T1 skill lag (and lag in general), as well as loooooong queues…

In each of the tiers, the highest-rated server gets green, the second place team gets blue, and the lowest gets red.

Sometimes, you just get tired of killing people, you know? It’s nice to relax into the repetition of doing the above, plus or minus escorting a Yak or two.

I made a healing support Ele, quite happy with her. Not sure why we need anything more dedicated.

Can you bring a necro and turn the confusion into retaliation? Perhaps you should limit the number of people fighting komali so you can better time your crowd control skills. We’ve beaten komali with a small coordinated group so I know you can do it. Bring removal, a necro, probably a mesmer, and any crowd control you can muster and try to deal with the stability boon right? Rip it from him then CC out of the shield. If you attack him while he’s in the aura he will stack might all day.

I haven’t done this boss more than once, but I would think that the problem with limiting how many people are attacking her would be pretty hard, what with that random people who join in (very kindly thinking they are helping) and other guilds who are killing it as well.

I personally have done only one Bounty…and while I wouldn’t go about calling it “nothing but frustration”, I can’t say I had fun doing it, either. It took our guild a bit of a long time to finally get all our targets found, and even then, other guilds had to kill their targets as well, so we’d either have to wait til it respawned and find it again, or we could try to start the Bounty and hope that if we needed that boss that the other guild was killing would die slow enough to allow our peeps to get there in time. And of course, we got Komali, and I know we all died quite a bit…only got her killed, didn’t even get to touch the other two (one had disappeared anyway).

Just how would he make it unplayable, anyway?

Just something to remember – the “dragons” you have on that timer, aren’t the actual Elder Dragons; just their lieutenants. When we ACTUALLY have a real Elder Dragon to fight on the world map, I think you’re exactly spot on – it should pop outta nowhere in some map you would expect! That would be awesome and amazing, definitely.

However, I do agree with you – I wish the three dragons’ lieutenants’ fights were more exciting and epic, and not on a timer…but then people would complain about never getting to see them, or whatever =/

In our 500-man guild I know 3 ladies and heard about one more. So yeah, you can see the trend.

And in my 50-member guild, we have…at least 8 (myself included), and I know 5 female friends who also play.

True, but, those ^ people you mention don’t tend to repeatedly post sarcastic threads in the WvW forum about how “great” they think the game is for all the lag they themselves get in t1, lol.

Use them to your advantage. I love using the krait in underwater fights to help me kill my enemies or help me rally. “Can’t you just fight them 1v1?” you might ask – Sure, but if they’ve brought backup, then I’m probably screwed. Plus, being a healing Ele, I can do damage…but it tends to take a while to kill anyone. Usually just ends up in a stalemate where one of us leaves, lol.

I really love my Healing Ele…yeah, it’s healing, but I still do good damage and don’t go down very often, unless I leroy jenkins, and even then I can get myself out of trouble about 50% of the time…. And, I don’t only do healing – I speed buff, power/might buff, def buff…and do a lot of healing without actually using healing skills xD

Fire Elemental used to be epic, and HARD…then people whined and it got heavily nerfed.

The refugees from the Flame and Frost events are going to move there, I’m sure they’ll be doing something more with the area.

Same for EBay in Eternal, tired of chasing 3 guys all the way back to SM because they see one solo guy and they got hit(oh no!). My poor necro isn’t that fast, and its hard to catch you guys when you run for the nearest safe structure.

“Events?” is what you see commonly because people are looking for events for their dailies, not because they can’t find any that aren’t bugged…

There’s a lot of issues going on right now – people stuck in logging in and getting kicked off cycles…Items or money not going through the trading post…people’s items disappearing when they try to put stuff in the banks. I also had my client freeze twice today – really unusual for my pc.

Hopefully there will be a quick fixing maintenance soon.

Fun stuff in Ebay BLs today =) Can’t remember who it was trying to invade our Hills, but you guys were sneaky and almost took it! great job…if we hadn’t been so lucky as to have the doors finish upgrading and consequently fix that outer wall you’d blown through, we probably would have lost it. I’ll admit, though…it was pretty funny watching you guys run for your lives with us chasing you down the hill…

Too bad that not too much later, we lost the Hills while I was afk eating, lol. Good job taking it back, again xD

I’ll admit it – I totally did this today. ALMOST made it to the portal. Needless to say, I was one dead little Ele.

I’ll agree that it could seem a little unfair…but there are a lot of downed skills that could be called unfair. Being stealth-res’d…pet ressing…mist form escape…mesmer porting/cloning AND getting a strong clone to attack you…and the mesmer fake-res skill (can’t remember name, sorry). And you can still stop Eles from misting out of harm’s way – immobilize has kept me from ducking into safety many many times.

I actually like WvW in the water, LOL. I hated it in PvE, but I’ve found Eles are quite fun to play in the water. =P

Rofl, all of these are so awesome. I’ll have to go find that Hunger Games headstone, for sure. Cried so hard in the movie theatre for Rue xD

While I agree that it IS an insane amount of money and farming to go through…It’s a “Legendary”. It’s not meant to be something easily obtained, something for the casual player to get without a whole lot of commitment. You’re supposed to work hard to get something that incredible. Now, it’s definitely up to you whether it’s really “that incredible” and worth all that work or not, but I honestly do believe that something like a Legendary SHOULD be incredibly hard to obtain.
