So alot of s/d thieves are having fun with this build, its winning them games, but not as many games as the d/p meta thief.
What does this mean? It means players know how to deal with it
So why do you need to nerf it?

In case you didn’t know, PvP is a competitive arena, and how do you stay competitive? You adapt, you use the skills/utilities/traits that the game has provided and deal with this build just like how the majority of the players deal with it

I really think its a L2P issue, can you please leave these s/d thieves alone and let them have their fun?

I main Thief (Jade Quarry), am fully ascended zerk armor and trinket-wise, i only have 1 ascended dagger

Am from Malaysia (GMT+8), am looking to find a guild i can have fun and hang out with and also be able to find myself a spot in your Raid/PvP/Fractal/WvW groups ( any content really ), i usually login after 8pm after i come back from work n dinner.

inspired me to play d/d on pvp yesterday
although i got rekt most of the games it FELT REAL GOOD! reminds me of the good ol’ days..
the only 1 i cud one shot was another thief tho..
but o well good times…

Another accurate thread.
Got my Revenant all geared out, maxed his inv space and all my special items I always carried on Thief moved to him. Trying to stick to playing him all the time even though every moment on him crushes my soul. I still know it’s the right thing to do, even if it hurts.

My daily routine is:

5:30pm after work.
6:00pm get home, cook/eat, play GW2, no lags
7:45pm GW2 starts lagging, skills no response, DC with error 7:11.
8:00pm quit GW2 and play HoN

Its absolutely delightful when it comes to evening and it starts to lag and DC with the awesome 7:11 error. I’m forced to play some other game that i don’t really want to, then realising that the other game plays smoothly with no lag whilst GW2 does. loving it. really.

Anyhow, i attached the network diagnostic file

I’ve done all 3 paths, its actually more fun, except the time when on path 3, the stupid warmaster doesnt get his shield up in time and gets bashed by rocks and wipes the whole team. forcing us after 10 wipes to use the “safe spot” to kill the boss.. sigh
