ANet can remove WvW
What for? There are lots of players that still enjoy borders more than EotM or enjoy both oldschool WvW and EotM. So why do you guys want to ruin their experience by taking out gamemode they like just because you consider that X>Y?
I do not WvW. I do not want to WvW. I do not want to be told I have to WvW.
I do not PvE. I do not want to PvE. I do not want to be told I have to Pve. I want a nice shiny toy with all possible stats awailable too, so what should I do to make this “moratorium on ‘kitten you, WvW players’” inactive?
I don’t think we should try to jam more objectives in the small maps we have.
The suggestion is not to jam more objectives but to try to spread them a bit as far as i can see. Look at borderlands: all objectives are scattered in the middle part of the map, and we still have northern PvE corners that take completely no part in borderland’s life, abnormally big spawn camps etc. Instead of trying to reach different corners of the map we all are gathering in a circle around ruins/former lake and completely ignore ~1/3 of the map. Such a waste of priceless space =/

No, thank you, unless untill there’s some sane way for the guild to join the same overflow. At least for one guild, i’m not talking about trying to get the needed opponent to the same map. Without such a mechanism this is gonna be a total mess (which it kinda is now) and will kill the remains of organised raiding cause people will enjoy endless tries to enter the same overflow as much as they enjoy queues.
Someone above already explained how to taxi in your guild to the same overflow….ppl do it all the time with PvE events…it is not a problem.

When comparing eles and warriors don’t forget that d/d ele’s 1-st skill has 300-600 range, so it’s not completely meele, and warrior’s 1-st skill range is only 130.
There’s not only warrior who can run in and solo a dolly \o/

A thief and his 5 friends unable to catch a single warrior? Well, looks like a great l2p issue as for me, at least unless those 5 were a necro with 4 minions… Not sure if this is a cause or an effect of such a lame pastime as zerging down solo targets w/ your group.

Bloodlust should never stack through all borders, it should be applied to particular border. EB should have no bloodlust at all. Each point could also give +10 to stats, so a team could get +50 buff for holding all 5 points. Thus this area will be less attractive for zergs but will stay useful fo server and good for solo roamers/smallscale teams.
Also all siege deployment should be forbidden in bloodlust zone.
There was a feedback system like that on BWEs, so devs could actually use it instead of wasting time on something new. The main question is do they care…
Also it could be much better to have a test server and to collect feedback there.

Just give us for every orb buff mf/gf/etc. That is something people would really like to fight for.
It seems that they have to remove the stat buff completely. Any stat. Their servers can’t deal with this amount of information and WvW is simply unplayable now. Don’t know, maybe they could implement some kind of weekly revard for those servers/players, that’ve managed to hold these points for the longest term, but anyway, the revard shouldn’t be something that the servers have to count each minute. The buff is really unpleasant by itself and constant lag spikes can hardly make this game more enjoyable.
This match became too stale, it’s not so interesting to play against the same opponents for the 6-th week, even if they are great PvPrs and so on. We can win the match, we can lose it, we can fall from the 1-st place in this tier to the 2-d or the 3-rd — it doesn’t really matter, because it changes nothing and we all will see each other on reset. It’s really boring. I would gladly go to T4 or let BB go to T2 for a week because even judging by overall conversation here it seems to me that we are getting more and more tired from each other. Some fresh air is heavily needed. Unfortunately thanks to our great Glicko system this move will take at least 2 weeks of Piken’s total slack =/

People on Piken don’t care about tiers as far as I know, all we want is good fights and tough opponents. As far as too many good WvW guilds left T1 and now are in lower tiers there’s no point in playing for income and trying to enter T2. We can let ourselves to relax a little bit and just enjoy this matchup and doing whatever we want on the map. If you need T1 reinforcements to beat our relaxed playstyle… ummm… I think it’s better for you not to enter T1-T2 guys.

2 Kingface: Whine gives nothing useful, so yes, no whining. We’ve stayed the 2-nd EU server mainly due to our prime-time work for a long time, and I should mention, that there used to be an opinion (or a hope, we may call it this way too) that we can manage with 2 servers with high offpeak activity only by our prime-time work. We were trying hard, but now we can see, that this goal is far too hard for our current state. Nevertheless, this match highlighted some of our own organizational problems and we know, that we must solve them within our own community. And I believe that we can make things work right.
So you can see, that we are not just hoping for some saviors to come and bring us to the 1-st place of EU ladder. We are still working to improve ourselves and our WvW community =)
US guilds can be very useful for EU servers, and there will be no PvD at least in first 2 brackets. As we know Vizunah Square and Arborstone both have massive night presence, Desolation has RUIN now, Seafarer’s Rest has at least one NA guild. So WvW matches won’t be broken by such transfers. Also players from NA servers can transfer to EU servers to see everything with their own eyes and to estimate the level of possible opponents and allies.
Also international english speaking community of Far Shiverpeaks will be glad to fight side by side with some tough WvW guilds from NA servers. We have no queues during European offpeak hours and a high level of European prime-time score, also we have good opponents from the highest EU bracket with organized and skilled nighttime players and things are getting more and more interesting from match to match now. We have a very small night presence (~10-15 ppl are online at night as far as I know) and also will be glad to see good and talented commanders for those of us, who like to play during night hours.

The game is new, but it already has two things, that make competition not really interesting:
1. Some people win this competition too easily.
2. Other people can’t win no matter how hard they try.
These two things together ruin the game for the first amount of players as much as for the second, because predictable results kill the excitement of our battles. Competition must be encouraged, and 10 ppl must be encouraged to fight 50.
Anyways, I should mention that NA prime time is precios for EU servers At least it is precious for the first 6 worlds in EU ladder.
Mesmer portal is used to get into the center of your zerg. It’s a tactic, not an exploit.
Using it to get into the emty keep can be concidered an exploit !maybe!, but using direct mesmer’s mechanics for creating a total mess inside your army is not a bug. Why do you think that invisibslity and portals are made for flight only?

As for me, I’m not definitely sure about this statement, so I’m asking somebody from ANet team to approve it. If this statement is correct and there will be no restrictions for 24/7 war FS will stop whining and start to resolve our problem immediately.
Seeing totally green WvW pie each morning is really disgusting and I’m sick and tired of this situation.
