Imagine if they compiled all of the bugs that they released, and patched with ease after the beta was over, instead of rushing out patches that seemingly did nothing.

This works in some cases, but when a bug prevents the players to test a feature you would like them to test for you … it need to be fixed as soon as possible and not just shrug it off like “okay, we’ll fix this after the beta”, because then they won’t get enough feedback

Based on the Tooltip this skill supposed to remove 2 conditions from up to 5 targets when used in a 300 radius (also heal)

Based on my experience the condition remove rarely proc. when I’m not alone. Sometimes it refuses to cleans even 1 condition when I’m totally by myself.

The scaling is terrible

I wrote this to another thread, but fits here as well

https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/livingworld/escape/Knights-Boring-Waste-of-Time/3742241

the game counts all three knights as one event.

As my example shows, each knight scales separately.

The problem with blue knight is there is a swarm of twisted menders roaming around and healing the knight like crazy if they are kept alive. I’ve seen some cases when blue knight was close to 50% and suddenly started to fill up health without losing agro. Menders.

Knights: Boring Waste of Time

Maybe I’m lucky or maybe because I’m in a med-high pop server (I really doubt this is the reason) but I’ve rarely failed the Assault Knights since this LS started.

But this is not the main thing I’d like to add to this discussion. Yesterday I was doing the Knights event again, and it happened we had only 10-15 players at Green. It was melting like I have never seen it after the 50 cap patch. Red was full and Blue was also close to the cap and they were struggling. We reached the first condi phase faster with the small amount of players than the other two groups. When our knight went down we’ve just hit the 30 player mark and with every joining person the knight’s HP went down slower and slower. We ended second after Red. And after all the event also succeeded.

I don’t think you necesseraly need 40-50 player for a knight to take it down. But it scales with the players participating in the fight.

I doubt that it would be environment fading because each map is a separate “instance” from the other maps surrounding it.

But yes, it is possible it’s only some kind of bug or something. Don’t think I’m trying to force any conspiracy on this.

Additional info: it can’t be seen during ingame daytime.

Hello everyone!

So I was finished with anouther good LA session and was minding my own business, daydreaming in Bloodtide when I noticed something uncommon on the sky. First I thought it is the moon, so I just walked forward away from the gate of LA. Then it disappeared. When I reached the border of the miasma the crescent moon vanished. I took a better look at it, and it appeared infront of the clouds and it seemd to be only a crescent not a full moon which has dark side.

Then I wanted to check this in Gendarran too. First I found the normal moon. It was round, bright and usual but the crescent wasn’t there so I went closer to the entrance of LA and when I reached the miasma, the crescent appeared. There were two moons on the sky. As far as I know Tyria has only one moon (correct me lore people if I’m wrong). And the “real” moon was fading away as I was walking closer to the gates (deeper into the miasma) but the crescent become brighter.

After a while the crescent started to move. Really fast to set down behind (or in) LA.

This can be something new, or it might be the proof that Tyria has more than one moons (but then why can’t we see the other one normaly but only through the miasma?)

Pulleys in the Crown Pavilion

Okay, this might be too trivial for others, but I was wondering what is the purpose of those giant pulleys in each sector of the pavilion?

My theory:
The whole Crown Pavilion is hanging above the “endless” depths of the Great Collapse.

And it indicates the question in me:
Why is hanging a huge arena, like the pavilion easier, safer and cheaper than just putting some solid beams under and building the remaining stuff over them?

I can accept that the currently used method is better than others, I’m just curious. What do you think?

I didn’t read the book where DE confront Kralk (to be honest I didn’t read any book about GW)

To be honest the main problem is here.

You are trying to argue about something that you have no proper knowledge of. If I were you I would read the related novel first. If you still have questions about the situation after you read the book, it’s okay to start a discussion then. But at this point others are trying to sum things up. Of course it is confusing for you.

An awful lot of missing VO in story cutscenes...

I had the same problem with the story quest where the Pale Tree shows us a vision of the future. Some of Trahearne’s lines missing VO (and maybe some of the Pale Tree’s as well, not sure).
