Guild Wars 2

1. The Guild Window is a complete mess. Cant tell when someone joined, cant tell when someone last logged in(Both which was in GW1) It doesn’t feel like a guild roster at all. I would think a complete redesign of the window is needed. Keeping the tabs is fine but the lists itself that has everyone’s name is a mess.

2. Some of the rank permissions need to be changed and separated:

First the ability to start a guild mission. Both activating built upgrades and mission control has to be selected in order for someone to start one. This should only be under the mission control feature. Built upgrades to me are the karma/MF/etc boosts and things of that nature.

Second, the Admin Lower Ranks needs to be separated. Not all members should be allowed to kick/promote/demote a lower rank just because they are “higher” in rank. However I believe all members should be able to recruit. Kick and Recruit should have its own permission while Promote/Demote can be separate or combined into 1 permission.

3. Another issue with the guild window but I believe the window needs to be smaller either in length and/or width.

Thats all I can think of for now but I’m sure others have ideas on how things could be improved on the guild side of things.

They wont care, all they will do is what they always do and tell ya tough kitten.

I miss not having a Storm Bow from GW1. Be real sweet to make this awesome weapon skin a Legendary. It could shoot lightning bolts. When you run or shooting also, maybe have thunder sounds come out of it. Also when running, you leave behind pools of water that have crackling lightning through it. This would be ideal for a Longbow also since that what it was in GW1.

For a short bow, maybe a revamped Shadow Bow like from GW1 or the Celestial Bow skin from it.

We mostly are from mid day to night time playing time.

Also our Guild Missions are Bounties and Challenges Saturday 5 pm Server Time. And Rushes and Treks Wed. 5 pm Server Time.

I made this suggestion awhile back but never got traction in the suggestion forums.

I’ll never use it cause I dont run with pugs, only guildies. I hope there is a way to disable this tool.

Amazes me how this gets no replies but yet its one the most needed things to be changed.

The Whole Admin Lower Ranks feature needs to be split. It shouldn’t of even been together in the first place. Promote/Demote should have their own options, just like Kick and Inviting people should both be separated also. So there should be 3 of these boxes to check off. A member shouldnt be able to kick a lower member or promote them.

Why Anet decided to put all these together in the first place is beyond me but it needs to be changed.

So I’m at 424 in Huntmans. Has anyone tried looking out for people who nots crafting to get others to make items for them to raise it up?

Not many guildies are needing stuff made, so far I’ve gotten 1 guildie to make something for them. So yeah this is the cheap way I’m trying to get up to 450 by offering my help in getting things made. I doubt it will work but ya never know!

I if wasnt gonna want kittening MF armor,ascended rings,amulets ,accessories ,runes,sigils,weapons,etc. I wouldnt of spent the 50g+ all the laurels, transformation crystals, guild commendations,etc on items that had MF armor. I dont want to “pick a stat from our approved options” They will be completely useless to me since I have a 2nd set of items that are different stats. So ty Anet for screwing those over that took the time and effort to have MF sets for us to farm in the world. I rather have all the gold,mats, and laurels,commendations,etc back.

Dont know why ya would want them. Their crap with only 5 minutes transformation and a 30 minute cooldown before able to use it again.

I wouldnt care about the bag or the boosters, dont need those, I have the gold to make the bag but the armor I think they should give us one. Not the crappy Krytan one. Primeval be fine for me

I said that to guildies a few weeks ago that needs have a test taken but problem is sites like dulfy and the wiki would have the answers up where people would just copy it. But yea not everyone should lead it. But like I said I have one and anyone whose been in either the gauntlet or these invasion events with me would say I’m sure I do a pretty kitten good job. But yeah alot of them are idiots who dont earn it.

I agree with that. But I also have one so I am bias on that but yes should be account wide.

I think for events like whats going on now when you have anywhere from 2-10 commander tags I’ve seen on some of these maps for the invasion, the ability to change commander tag colors would be a good idea for people to be able to follow the commander tag of that color so they dont get separated . Would be useful in WvW if multiple tags are going also but I’m talking about in general for things on PVE side as well.

I do understand once ya join a squad the others disappear but not everyone does that or know about how to do so.

That is stupid. WvW and PVE should not be mixed in graphic details.

They all have armor similar to this. On the UI i see the normal armor like it should be for them. I dont know why this is happening.

Thank Gaile for your response. Please let someone know to get a physical authenticatior in the works that I could buy. I like alot of others dont have a smartphone so I’m not able to use the app as an added protection. I used one from Blizzard back between my GW1 and GW1 again/GW2 playing day of WoW. Have one similar from Ebay also but I would be really relieved knowing I had something like this as an extra layer that I only physically can touch, and keep on my desk and not some app that smartphones can be hacked too these days.

And yes thats a GW2 mouse and mousepad in the pic, I bought all the mousepads and the headset also. Eventually will get the Steelseries keyboard that was recently announced too

And I just checked the A Note about e-mail things and it was one of them ><. So did changing my pw to both my e-mail and GW2 accounts helped prevent anything before any damage was done?

I got this mail earlier today, at I recognized the e-mail address but didnt check the link when i clicked it and nothing pop up, so I quickly went to the forums using the bookmarked link I use and went ahead and changed my password to a longer and harder one. Should I be concerned or did changing the password correct the problem? I looked under my Security and there wasnt any current logins or authorized accounts I didnt recognize.

We originally started as The Rouge Dragons[TRD] in Guild Wars on January 20th, 2007 as a PVE guild. Eventually as we grew, the highest achievement we achieved was being the lead guild running a Top 4 Luxon Alliance. While alot of us took a break and guild shrunk, it always stayed around, waiting in slumber to rise again.

In February 2012, the Dragons started to wake up and grow once again as a PVE based to work on getting our Hall of Monuments ready for Guild Wars 2. As we moved closer to launch date of GW2. It was decided the Dragons needed a new beginning. We wanted our legacy to grow and live forever, hence becoming the Immortal Legacy.

As we march onto GW2 and the Blackgate server, we planned on being a dominantly PVE base guild. Coming in the Fall, a WvW based sub guild will be created for those who enjoy WvW and other aspects of PvP.

We are wanting more members to not only be like a family/community to us but to enjoy all aspects of the game which includes Guild Missions, which we currently have Bounty, Trek, Rushes, and Challenges unlocked. Currently working on last Puzzle one now.

We have a variety of players ranging from 16-45+, members from mostly U.S. and Canada with others around the world also. We are U.S. based though and English is the language used. We use RaidCall as our primary voice chat, upon joining you will have access to the info to be able to chat with us.

Our requirements is 100% Representation always. We feel like if you are wanting to be in another guild also then your taking away your time and contribution away from ours. We want full time members, not part time visitors. An exception to this is if using a 1 person guild for yourself to use as extra bank slots.

I rarely go into dungeons because to me their a waste of time and i can farm more money mostly out in the world killing kitten, but not the point whether i’m using it in kittening dungeons or not, they need to leave the kittening stat alone. My kittening choice to use it, so leave it the hell alone. Idk care the account wide one, Its not gonna be the 150% MF that I have.

We want to remove the choice players are currently being forced to make on their gear: “Do I go with better stats, or better loot?” This isn’t in the spirit of cooperation that Guild Wars 2 is all about. As such, we’ll be removing magic find entirely as an item stat and turning it into account stat that improved the odds of rare drops for all your characters.
You can improve your account magic find through the account achievement reward system and from consumable items found in game. As your magic find increases, it will require more consumables to keep raising it higher. In the near future, we’ll detail the system we’ll use to replace the existing magic find items. Our goal will be to have as little disruption as possible to those who currently own items with a magic find stat on them.

From GW2’s lastest post. Keep your kitten hands off my gear. Its my choice to run the gear, I have no problem surviving in dungeons and other things while using it. Only difference between MF gear and normal gear with similar stats is the % crit dmg stat, which I dont care about. So keep your filthy hands off my MF!

Badges ya can do legendaries with, and those can be hard to get so I can see why they wont complain about that. I had my badges done long ago and hated it doing it. Its the aPVP crap thats useless to everyone who doesnt do them which is more of the population then some like the idiots above would think.

I dont PVP, I dont like getting sPVP crap in my achievement chests. Need to give us the option of choosing a PVE or a PVP one with PVE chests including T5-T6 Mats, maybe a BL Key, maybe on some of the special chests like the 5k chest, give us an random item from the Style selection off the gem store. Anything but those kittening Glory Boosters and PVP reward chests that I will never use the skins for.

Cant even get into the kittening JP to get the kite cause I keep crashing when i enter the area for it. Thanks alot for 2 kitten contents in a row putting something in that annoying zone.

People are idiots I swear. Ya dont get the 1% MF til tomorrow. The chest at the top arent the ones ya unlocked, their the ones to come. Today ya got the 100, tomorrow you’ll get the ones shown in 500. Where the 500 is shown now tomorrow thats where the 1000 chest will be shown instead, stop being idiots.

100 point chest doesnt have any rewards bonuses also.

Clocktower was easy as kitten. I wish it was a permanent in the game, maybe a non Halloween themed version

It looks like, from that error message, that what happened was when you disconnected the area you were in became full, so you are probably in the overflow. I would say that they need to right-click join you in your overflow.

Has nothing to do with overflow, it doesnt let you rejoin the dungeon if dc

This is a kittening stupid dungeon

Just awhile ago it showed a guildie leaving the guild even though he didnt. It showed him still in it on his screen. When I went to reinvite him and reaccepted in it showed both guilds. on his screen options Mine which is the correct one is fine but the “copy” one now shows him as by himself in the guild and as a leader with only dyes that we keep in the guild bank and nothing else.

When he took out the dyes, it didnt affect ours. I just dont want something to happen to where it does affect mine. Either the copying needs to be addressed and removed so back to normal for him also, which he said he submitted a ticket or bug report on it. Or what idk.

How about stop whining as a collective and be patient? It will happen when it happens

For those looking a very active guild with many members on, at this moment thats not us. As much as I would like to have everyone active and playing, life comes first so I will not put rules in place making players come on a daily,regular,etc. basis. While I hope one day we will return to over 300 members and many of them online be able to do large scale bounties,dungeon runs,etc. Right now its not happening.

So if your the patient kind of player who likes to get to know your fellow guildies and interact with them and not get lost in the crowd of members where it seems that you leaving wouldnt matter to them. This is the guild for you.

Our nightly member basis usually runs between 7-14 players on at one point depending on night as of right now.

This is for Blackgate guilds but if members would be willing to transfer, we would accept others as well.

Immortal Legacy on Blackgate(US) is looking to bring in smaller guilds that may have trouble getting members in or influence. While we have around 100 members and smallish. We are also looking to bring in more players to enjoy the friendship we share with our members. Our goal is eventually be one of the most populated guilds in the game/server while keeping everyone in tabs with whats going on and making sure noone gets left behind.

We used to have over 300 members but with many not playing anymore, we decided to go back to being a small guild with wanting to expand again to eventually having that 300 number again but hopefully with at least 70-80% activity. So if your an active member. We’re looking forward to having you.

Also note if any small guilds are wanting to join us and finding recruiting hard to do. We are looking to absorb members in to join us also.

While this doesnt always apply to lower cost items. Sell a 3c item the Listing fee is 1c so ya get 2c which is what the Projected Profit shows.

My problem is the higher you get the projected profit doesnt match what you put for sell(whether lowest seller or highest buyer or put your own) after the Listing fee takes off.

If I want to sale my Mystic Forge Conduit. and put it was 1c below lowest seller. It would be 72g 1s 0c. The Listing price is 3g 60s 5c with Projected Profit being shown as 64g 80s 90c. The money I should get is after doing the math is 68g 41s 95c not what the Projected Profit is showing.

Pretty sure there is nothing else that takes the extra money so the Projected Profit needs to be fixed if so.

Yes the breathers suck, dont even need to have it equipped to breathe. Problem is the 80 green crappy karma vendor one for each armor type is the worst. It either doesnt fit into your spec or has stats that are completely useless to your char.

Tired of waiting 40 minutes for a dragon only to be dced before it starts and get stuck in Overflow because of kitten from other servers coming over to go through the loophole that was created with only getting the chest from World Bosses 1 time a day.
