I’m doing 100% map completion in central Tyria and I have to reactivate my Facets ALL THE TIME. Keeps happening when you switch areas (not actual maps, but just locations).
I seriously hope people +1 this post so we can get Arenanet to put out a 4-pack sale for the minis. I refuse to spend money on RNG but will 100% spend money on the 4-pack!
Maybe next time. They can’t back out anymore when people have bought the minis already. It’d be an even bigger slap in the face for those players.

Oh god, I hope this is not the case. I’ve collected every single mini-pet so far. I bought 90 of those Wintersday Chests just to get the new minis.

There needs to be a way to convert Copper Doubloons to Silver to increase the supply. So many other materials have a way to “upgrade” them, I don’t understand why not in this case.
At least make them the same size on our back, when they’re on our hands. If you use a staff on Asura, you can clearly see it growing in scale between holstering it, as documented in screenshots at page 1.
Except I opened 40 of them and got absolutely nothing of value.

Since MF gear (at least so far) is limited to power/precision and, with Mad King’s set (which is no longer obtainable) power/condition damage, it completely exclude builds that are build around other stats, not to mention the runes that are huge contributor to overall magic find.
Wrong. Accessories, rings, and amulets give Power/Precision while armor pieces give Power/CondDmg
Time to get ’em Magic Find gear.
True, I did not think about new players. However, adding a global (or region wide) party search and this shouldn’t be a problem.
I have three level 80’s and I am in the progress of another one, of course getting 100% world completion on them all. This game has really cool collectible and achievement stuff.
However, why does every of my characters have to do the supposedly easy mode which shows me the story which I’ve already seen? I know someone else entering the explorable mode allows you to get inside, but that just strengthens my point.

Yup, mail limit is bugged at the moment.
Delete old mails! I had 4/10 and was receiving no mail. After deleting one mail, I received new ones. There was like 5 mails just waiting for space, when I had space.
The whole 10 maximum mails has always been bugged. I wish they would fix it.
Anyone whining about bugs, other players, camera issues, have you guys tried to do Griffonrook Run with a few randoms doing it at the same time? You can get the achievement without the bomb, but I still did it legit. If you find this hard, I suggest not to try that one…

Yup. One last spawn missing. Sucks.
4 sparks? I’ve tried this boss three times, and each time it spawns 5 sparks when she stealths. Never seen only 4.
Just did three paths, with a PUG (members changing inbetween paths), and we didn’t wipe a single time. I think Giganticus is one of the best bosses in the game currently.
Now, Simin on the other hand…
Our group is stuck on this too. When we first engaged she had this super healing going, where she would heal to almost full health every time she used that ability.
After a reset however, her heal was much less subtle, yet still making her immortal. There’s talk about “extra sparks” but I never saw those. There’s 5 sparks, spawning on the same place every single time. We have full DPS hacking her with quickness and constant poison in her heal state, and yet we can’t go below the 50% mark where she pops her heal.
This must be a bug in the current version. I’ve seen videos of her getting killed, but the fight doesn’t currently work like it used to. The bug seems to be that she pops her heal state at 50% every single time.
Simin is a routine kill for my group, isn’t the last boss of the path either… though the last boss is even more of a joke
What the hell? How is she healing so slow? We spent an hour on her, she heals like five to ten times faster than on your video.
I’ve done all the paths multiple times now with random PUGs. The only issue with Alpha (and pretty much most of the dungeon) was the amount of health they had, and according to patch notes that has now been fixed. Gonna have to go try now.
Mesmers lack the AoE to tag mobs fast enough to get loot and exp in events.
I doubt anyone is up for the challenge of capturing the sheer magnificence of my afro… but I’ll post it anyway.
Don’t roll Mesmer for PvE, but do try it in PvP where it’s actually fun.
In PvE I use F1 often when the mob is about to die, might as well, but also when I need AOE, which Mesmers are sadly lacking. In events where I gotta quickly do as much damage to as many enemies just to get loot, I summon a lot of illusions and use Mind Shatter. Pretty much the only direct damage AOE Mesmers have.
In PvP I use F3 for interrupts (such as someone finishing my ally) and F4 rarely when I wanna get away and they aren’t really distracted by my illusions anyway.
I never use F2.
