Guild Wars 2

My game client has similar symptoms as yours. Although, it “initializes” fine but the progress completely stops when the launcher has to start downloading. Therefore, the game client won’t let me play and it’s been like this ever since I put the HoT upgrade CD into my computer’s driver.. It has been a week since I last played Guild Wars2 and I have almost given up on it.

Can’t log in and the launcher isn’t doing anything either. My network is functioning perfectly, so I don’t get why the game client is doing this to me?!

Almost the same happened to me as well. I can log in but the launcher is stalling consistently and is sitting at 0/kbs more than attempting to download. I’m unable to play and I’m really frustrated because for me it seems that all this is caused by my newly purchased Hot upgrade.

I’m able to log in but the game still won’t let me play?! I’m feeling really frustrated simply because of the fact that I just spent a large amount of money to upgrade and now I can’t even play..
