From what my guildmate is saying (I’m at work atm) and what I am seeing on BattleStats there is a lot of back and forth right now. Seems to be HoD is zerging hard, YB is playing the PPT game and FA is doing a mix of both. Looks like a brawl in there and I can’t wait to get home and blow my weekend on it.

Honestly, I hope that both FA and HoD punch YB square in the face repeatedly this upcoming week. Wanna know how to beat us? Fight us. I (and fellow guild members) have been increasingly annoyed with the lack of willingness to stand ground and duke it out my my YB comrades. It’s just been K-Train all the way this week (avoiding any real fights) and I am hoping that this was just us being lazy and taking advantage of being pitted against weaker servers. But if the past few months are any indication than we are going to get stomped this week.

Either way I look forward to the fights and hope it either galvanizes our server or crushes our morale to the point that there is no other option but to get better. FA has always been an admirable opponent and it looks like HoD will provide us with plenty of undead hordes to wade through.

Here’s to the upcoming brawl on the battlefield. I even cleaned my weapons for this one.

I’m honestly concerned about some of your players health though tbh, I’ve seen the same guild tags during all time zones…

We all were, till the voices started assuring us that everything was just fine and pulling 48-72 hour shifts was perfectly acceptable…

Dead serious though, we have one commander that will go days without sleep just to keep rallying people into WvW and keeping track of the entire situation.

By week 3 of this match-up we should just make one thread and call it deja-vu.

Just wanted to drop in and say that this weeks match-up has been a blast. When I logged in after work Friday night and there were no queues and I saw the score I was like “oh kitten we are kittened….”. Then Saturday and Sunday were the same and we fell to 3rd. At this point I honestly was getting mad because we normally reset hard as hell and encounter queues pretty commonly the entire weekend.

Monday got a little bit better but still look rough.

Then Tuesday hit and some of our regular commanders and crews started hitting the coffee pretty hard and rallying the forces. Comms proceeded to get very interesting as the days went by and we climbed up to 2nd and then finally into 1st. I’m pretty sure a few of them just tapped in IV straight in with the caffeine.

All in all, it has been quite possibly the best week of WvW I have had in a while. Got to roll with some of our heavy hitter guilds a few times and got my teeth re-arranged by [ARK] a few times as well (you guys… jeebus you hit hard).

Lastly, a shoutout to my fellow Yaks, way to stay in the fight till the end guys.

Man, the kitten sure is strong with Xsorus. It must really suck to be him. It’s no way to go about living your life.

I highly doubt an alliance will happen. Previous match-up is was a convenience mixed with a necessity meant to achieve a greater goal. There is no “SBI” this time around that needs to have their teeth kicked in so I think it’s just going to be a glorious three-way… bow chica wow wow.

Concerning the sharing of love, I think this match-up is just going to be a good time for all. Everyone is playing to win and all bets are off. Good luck to all and I look forward to battling with or against you later tonight!

Couple things need to be set straight here:

1. The Alliance – The enemy of my enemy is my friend. Did we avoid EB in fights or if they were taking something that was theirs or belonged to SBI? Yeah we did. Did we paper their stuff so they could take it back easily? Yerp. Did we completely avoid fighting EB? Like hell we did, and they can attest to it. We want them in second place and will do just about anything we can to help with that. Why you ask? Because we hate SBI and all their kitteny arrogance with a passion.

2. The Trolls – It’s happening on both SBI and YB (not sure about EB) so get over it. Yes it is pretty bad this match, but there is a lot of bad blood between these servers so what do you expect. There be spies and trolls everywhere.

3. Coverage – QQ MOAR!!!! Seriously though, yer not the only server affected by launch weekends and holidays. We are just more dedicated to kicking your kittens this week.

4. The Results – We knew you guys would crumble as a server once you got your teeth knocked in by us because you thought yourselves so above defeat by YB. Why do you think we were so kitten tenacious about hunting your groups down and taking everything we can in your BL? We aren’t in this match just to win, we are in it to completely demoralize your server all the way till the end (FA seems terribly upset by this, sorry guys but we earned it).

With that out of the way, I would like to give props to the SBI guys who are sticking it out. Not only do we respect your heart in this battle, but you are keeping us from losing our satisfaction in this fight. It would really suck if SBI completely rolled over for the rest of the week. And EB, you guys need to step it up a notch. 2nd place has been practically gift wrapped for you and we know you have the forces to pull it off.

The enemy is one, you are one. What is there to fear? Cast off your fear. Look forward! Go forward! Never stand still. Retreat and you will age. Hesitate and you will die.

To the EB charr engineer that absolutely wrecked my thief last night by Greenlake in EBBL around 3 a.m. MST, mad props. I’ve been hit hard before but never hit like that by an engi. Good kitten work man, I’m seriously impressed.

Also, I apologize for the kittennozzle that tried to jump you at the end of the fight, he wasn’t in my group.

Thank you for all the bags you have graciously donated to the evil empire on reset night on EBG with your tactics of focusing all of your attacks on YB non-stop. Both EB and BP love to take the advantage of having the one server draw us away while the other launch an attack at SM or the towers on the other side YB’s area while staying away from each other’s area. Running away from us will only temporary delay the inevitable of your demise, although it was fun chasing your group across the map. But in the end we will find you and you will be face the wrath of the evil empire so just graciously hand us the goodies and drop dead.

Personally I am looking forward to some amazing fighting this week.

Man, you {KWBH} guys don’t seem to understand a duel invitation do you? 3 of us from {TSD} were behind windmill in SBIBL and did all the wave/bow/sit fun. Bunch of you came over and stood around till you had twice out numbers and then attacked. No respect.

Well since no one else is responding, gotta say you did a pretty good job.

Server = Northern Shiverpeaks, Guild = The Sixth Degree (TSD). On the morning 09/10/12 sometime, everyone but one member was kicked from the guild including myself as the guild leader. The one member left in the guild is only a member so there are no officers or a leader. We are not able to remake the guild as it stated the name is in use (obviously). All attempts to get this resolved through a support ticket have been useless and met with either irrelevant responses and also my request to simply have the guild deleted so we can remake it have been denied. We have invested server space, time and money into our guild name and to be shot down on getting it fixed even in this simple manner is disappointing. For the time being we have been a backup guild but would really like to see some action towards getting our original one back.
