What if mapchat between servers was allowed?
You could talk so much trash that either the other server would carebear away back to PvE or they would come out and fight you because they’re so kittened.

I would love to give YB players a piece of my mind when I see 40 of them sitting on a keep wall with AC’s instead of coming down to have a good even numbered brawl.

I knew this would find it’s way here to the official forums in the form of tears.

At least you can be comforted by the fact that your groups would die in one push to the mag pug zerg even without cloaking waters.

That being said, Cloaking Waters needs to be Smiter’s Boon’d. It’s pretty unfun to be on the recieving end of.

Since this thread is mostly Darkhaven tears, I decided to do some math.
In the time since reset, approximately 96 hours have passed. In that time, DH has massed 5,463 kills. 5,463/96 = 56.91 kills/hour. This shows that Darkhaven as a server only achieves one kill each minute, which is absolutely terrible. I would uninstall if I was that bad.

Maybe Darkhaven should uninstall or go back to PvE, they’re obviously not competent enough to be playing this game, nor mature since they can’t even handle a wee little spawncamp.

Experience: I’m brand new to thief, although very experienced on all other classes, particularly Mesmer. Currently working on improving my sustain in fights and mastering class mechanics through duels, tpvp and of course roaming.

Hahaha I saw myself getting ganked in that video. I remember going roaming, then getting instadowned, and then laughing at the guild name.

I definitely felt that this weekend – I ran with guildies in TS and we absolutely stomped.
I can only recall 3 losses with that group and well over 20 wins, some of which were horrendously lopsided in our favor.

Basically, NSP gained a bit of coverage, but most of the other servers in between T4 and T8 have completely died out.

Just be glad you aren’t in T3 – it’s bad there.

I’ve been on Dragonbrand since headstart and have to say, the community here is spectacular; I’ve only seen one particularly trolly person and they were banned awhile back. If you want a server that’s has a whole lot of spirit, we’re the server for you.

I’m hoping we get gold league, I don’t even mind if we come in last. Rising up to the challenge will help unite the WvW community; and nobody wants to PvDoor for another couple months. Bags are far more lucrative.

And last but not least, an active world vs world community that strives to be better. I’ve been on the server since headstart and we have been great, and we’ve survived collapses. Help us get to gold league by joining up and playing! We don’t want to PvDoor for weeks on end.

We do not pay for guilds, at least not to my knowledge. We’d like people that want to make the server a stronger community, not those headed to the highest bidder.

Dragonbrand Pride

I play both WvW and PvP regularly, it’s just something that, at least for me, makes WvW very alt-unfriendly. I have a character for each of the eight professions and while I can play PvP at the drop of a hat on any of them, I only have a couple that have the necessary gear to contribute effectively in WvW.

I think it would be a good idea to use the PvP gear and stats in World vs World.
What are your thoughts on this folks.

For me, it seems like a good way to bring new players into the game mode, as they would be able to get the gear they need to be competitive right off the bat. It also seems like a strong way to integrate the PvP community as a whole. It also would be a good starting point to begin developing PvP/WvW only skins.

Fort Aspenwood has been off to a strong start, both in the matchup, and on the forums. Stormbluff Isle is demonstrating a textbook case of rustled jimmies, server implostion and serious qq. Dragonbrand is taking potshots at whoever they please because they are like honey badgers, and just want bags and delicious tears.

This matchup is legendary and I’m proud to be a part of it.

I’m so sad that I have to miss this matchup. I love facing off against FA.
FA, if I get my high speed internet back tomorrow, you can steamroll me all you want, I won’t even be mad, because the fights will be quality.

I had a blast fighting tonight for the little bit that I was online – FA, you’re always a great server to fight!

If only reuniting the old FA-DB-TC matchup wouldn’t result in horrible steamrolling.

My bet is on Yak’s Bend this week, not only do they have numbers, but those numbers are skilled, something I have yet to see from Stormbluff. Stormbluff has to step it up if they want the win this week.

[Hero] your guild is fairweather trash, spawncamping while /laughing when you have twice our numbers is nothing but poor sportsmanship. Everytime I’ve encountered you with even numbers, we’ve wiped you. Learn to play.

Hehehe, my plan to start a small flame war in the matchup thread was successful. Perhaps reading enough threads with Maguuma in them honed my skill a bit.

In any case, FA, you guys brought awesome fights in DBBL tonight, I had fun wiping and being wiped by you guys repeatedly!

The scoreboard is the way it is because:
In SBI’s case, you have numbers caused by transfers, but less skill and poor organization, 90% of encounters I’ve had with your zergs have resulted in you wiping quickly.

In FA’s case, it’s because of numbers, skill, and organization, you guys bring an amazing fight every time we face you, keep it up!

[ING], I’m proud of you, I don’t care if you had twice their numbers, half their numbers, equal numbers, or even open field siege; you made the bad fairweathers pay in blood.

My character is an Engineer. He was but a toddler when he was found without family or supervision on the outskirts of the Canthan district after the Great Collapse disaster, his foster parents nicknamed him Lone Panda, and it stuck. It has since been determined that his family was of Ascalonian descent.
