Guild Wars 2

Sad to see this sort of a bug when I just came back into the game…

Here are my system specs:

iMac (27-inch, Mid 2011)
OS X Yosemite Version 10.10
4gb Ram
3.4 GHz Intel Core i7
AMD Radeon HD 6970M 1024 MB

thought it was my net but then I noticed I wasn’t being disconnected on ts really annoying :/

Either your friend has connection issues (served by the Tech Support sub-forum), or his account has been suspended (which isn’t the message you would normally get for suspensions).

His best bet would be to contact CS. Top of Page – Support (or Services) – Submit a Request.

Anyone should be able to use the link provided. No log-in required.

you’re having some trouble understanding….he cannot access the Guild Wars 2 website the actual website itself is rejecting him. forget about logging in he cannot even see the page.

Hello,

My friend was kicked off from the Guild Wars 2 servers about an hour and a half ago and since then has not been able to log in for some unknown reason he has not been able to access the forums either he keeps receiving a “cannot access at this time” messaged displayed anyone able to help fix or identify the issue?

no that isn’t the case as my friend said himself he puts a target on me and whenever i clone myself it stays and unless hammer has a moving target channel for a warrior yeah no

People are able to target me through stealth and even when i clone myself they are able to target me when i play my mesmer is this a new feature or is this a bug?

So I log on in the morning and I was able to access the trading post just fine but sometime between when I closed the trading post and when I reopened it in the afternoon I can no longer access/use the trading post. I have logged in and out of the game and closed the client several times I even restarted my Mac and it still doesn’t work. Not trying to be an kitten but this is starting to get really really annoying the fact that I can’t even buy items before the prices get jacked up again…

P.S. before anyone says ask a friend to do it kinda hard when most of them are american and asleep.

Im running OSX 10.9.2, so i don’t think thats the problem. I don’t even get an error message, the app just starts and there is no window.

A good suggestion may be to reinstall Guild Wars 2 completely as not only would it possibly fix the trading post issue going on if you follow the instructions given by Sarah Witter on this forum https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/mac/Black-Lion-Trading-company/page/11 but it may also fix the issue at hand of you not being able to activate the client other than that I have no ideas and you may want to Private Message an Anet Dev.

So I tabbed out for about an hour or two and I tabbed back in to find this. It is the same for every character I have. Any ideas on what could of caused this nothing game shattering but yeah.

1. Patch notes on Mac Beta Client. It would be great to know whats happening, whats going to happen and I’m sure it would create some sort of relief knowing that work is actually being done (not saying there isn’t).

2. Trade Post Fix

3. Eventually a full release of the game client would be awesome.

4. Basic bugs that make playing the game nearly impossible or just not worth it to be fixed. E.g. Crashing, loading issues, that awkward camera bug where it bugs highly sensitive for no apparently reason etc.

and thats really it very generalised but yeah

The mac beta client persists on having me disconnecting even after the patch anet released around a week ago I am grateful that you have even taken the time to make a beta client for mac users but the on going issue of consistent disconnections is beginning to make the game more and more frustrating to play which in consequence is making it less appealing for me to play and I am sure other people who are also facing these issues still are feeling the same way it would be nice if we had an official client that is 100% or close to 100% fully functional same as the PC users.
