If they keep the 200 rating they gave to DH and SF, SBI won’t have to win really hard to move back up. But if they keep SF and Dh at 1410 and 1335, yeah SBI is screwed.

Hello everyone,

As Chris mentioned last week here, we are going to be manually adjusting Glicko ratings during tomorrows reset for the purpose of improving matchmaking. We will be temporarily adjusting Crystal Desert, Sorrow’s Furnace, and Darkhaven rating by +200, so that they are closer in rating to other NA worlds, giving them a better chance to adjust out of tier 4. Tomorrow after reset the following ratings for Tier 3 and Tier 4 worlds should look something like this:

Tier 3
• Yak’s Bend: 1,864
• Stormbluff Isle: 1,765
• Sea of Sorrows: 1,770

Tier 4
• Crystal Desert: 1,519 + 200 = 1,719
• Sorrow’s Furnace: 1,414 + 200 = 1,614
• Darkhaven: 1,343 + 200 = 1,543

It is important to keep in mind that these adjustments are not permanent and that these are invisible adjustments to anything but matchmaking. If you have further questions, I recommend reading Chris’s forum posts in the thread I linked above for more information. Also, we will not be making any adjustments to EU at this time.

It’s a step in the right direction… However, I’m concerned t4 won’t change until the next linking. DH shouldn’t be a host server to begin with, they are being pummelled every week and it’s getting worse. CD is nearly 3x their score this week and has been increasing steadily.

Then we have YB feeding the other 2 severs in T3 glicko. Even with the extra 200 temporary glicko points, the math doesn’t add up for CD to move up anytime soon until the next linking.

I bought a pc a few months ago, that has good performance. I have no issues with other games, but gw2 freezes every minute or so when I’m in an extremely populated area (80 people or so). I’ve set altered my settings from high to low/medium and it’s the same problem. The screen freezes for like 3 seconds, and resumes. Any ideas on how to fix this?

my specs are:

Windows 10
Amd FX 6300 six core processor 3.5ghz
16 gb ram
GeForce GTX 960
1 tb hard drive

I think a solution would be an option to set the tactivators to guild only members or public.

Aww, that explains why I couldn’t find any guide for it. Thanks, will use that especially since I’m low on gold.

I have a full set of exotic armor that’s soliders, but I want to get marauder (or berserker). Is it possible to reforge these at the mystic forge or do I need to buy them from the trading post? I’ve looked up guides and can’t find any recipes on how to do this.

I made a new Rev and boosted him to 80. I have looked up guides and builds, and just about every single one has herald in it. I don’t have herald yet, (working on it today), but what should I replace herald with for the meantime?

I’m looking for surviveability/condition PvE and roaming in WvW.

Had a fun afternoon though since I got off work early for once…Held fog camp for like 2 hours with 2 ballistas, a treb, and an arrow cart on HoD bl… took a group of 8 HoD to take it…HoD won my heart this afternoon

I’m not much of a pugger, but sometimes taking down group after group at an isolated camp with siege is just what the doctor ordered
