mainly i used to be a grenade user and i retested my build after the patch and seems near on target but not quite the way it was. There effective but not as more as the other Kits. If they added a auto attack on Grenades id play the build again. but its to much work for the same or less damage from other auto attacking kits.

Only an Engineer would paint a large target on the ground before he thew his grenades.
Only an Engineer could miss a Castle Gate with a Flamethrower at a 2 Foot Range.
Only an Engineer could turn himself into a giant Vortex of Gusty Wind just to cool down his Enemy.
Only an Engineer can have so much Versatility!

I had alot of fun playing the skill shot Grenade build, i tried several build after the “Patch Fix” only to feel like i was the support, i no longer felt like a dps class. I was kicked from a dungeon because we had a condition damage player and i was doing next to nill on mobs. Feeling Defeated and like a fool, i’ll just put my engi on the shelf and hope for a better day when Anet gives engi a viable role in Guildwars 2.

“Not that bad” are you insane? you’ve killed any joy that build gave. instead of pushing over a very low damage to the other skills you should have just gave the grenade a auto attack and threw out the whole skill in using them all together! Not only you ruined a very fun build you destroyed players armor sets which they kindly spent massive amounts of gold STORE GEMS! and time to get the armor looks just right. Great job in killing off Grenader. I’ll think twice before i invest my time in your game.
