I am having the same issue. There use to be a button that allowed you to remove a saved CC now not. I have tried what Gaile has suggested and that is a no go.

I have this issue two or three times. I opened a ticket with support and they said it was declined from my bank. After contacting my bank they stated that there was no request from A-net. A few days later it worked.

My only issue with the Wardrobe and transmutation issue is that:
a) My Bloody Prince outfit has disappeared
b) Pre-patch, items under level 80 (0-79) cost 1 transmutation stone to transmute now it is three (1 Charge = 3 Stones).

HI All,
I am looking to join a very social Guild that is on the Miller Sound server. I have a very small Guild at the moment, just 4 members that are willing to transfer too. We are mainly based in Frankfurt (one member is in Cardiff) 2 of the members are fluent in English and German, and the other 2 are either fluent in English or German but have a base undersatnding of the other.
We are very social players. We are just looking to have fun. We bring a wealth of PVE experience but as we are small we have done few dungeons. I myself have 7 Lvl 80s, the only one missing is Engi (Lvl 16). We are looking to complete dungeons and the personal story, and whatever the Living world throws up, but have fun doing it…Our ages range from 21 to 49. Altough we do have two 45 yos trapped in teenagers minds.

Sorry if I am repeating someting that was already said. I have purchased Gems many times (far too many times to be honest), and I have had the problem twice. I contacted support to query this as it said my card was rejected, they said to contact my card supplier , eg. VISA, Mastercard. I did and they said they had no request for payment for Anet. Sometimes transactions go through and sometimes not. My advice is to try a few days later unless your card is billed without the Gems being credited, then contact Support immediately.

Like the last posted said it is the characters birthday not yours. Although either by chance or planned (can’t remember) by 3rd Alt has the same birthday as me.

That death isn’t supposed to be the challenge… the challenge is to prevent it by succeeding in the event. Personally I like it that failing it actually has a big consequence for everyone, and I kinda expected Tequatl to do that (kill everyone) if you failed to defeat it instead of just flying away.
The problem I have with this argument is that I had not explored enough of Lornars Pass to get to the event, yet when the event failed I was struck down from above like the wickedest blasphemer in days of yore.

Five pages so I do apologise if it has been asked before. I had completed my monthlies.
Completed JP, Master items, group events and Champion kills. Also completed events so I basically finished 5/4. If veterann kills were there orginally I would have completed that too. I received the monthly award, now that I am back to 2/4 do I get this reward again? Or was the award I received removed and I do not notice?

I recently sold an item on the TP for 20,1,1, the listing fee was 1 gold something. I noticed that the listing fee was taken from the (lets say cash) funds that the character was carrying. However when I went to the TP to collect the funds the same amount was missing from the selling fee. If a price is given for the listing fee, why is it taken from both funds on hand and the selling price?
I have noticed this a few times when selling items on the TP, but this was the first time I decided to calculate the difference. Is this something that is known?

@Dragon..I have noticed that I can buy the Deluxe through the Gem store and I do have enough, but nowhere do I see the purchase is transferable. Looks like I will have to buy the hard copy and give him the codes.

Although, I disagree with indiscriminate banning and such, I do feel ANet should monitor it a bit closer. Honestly, I have no problem with harvesters (spawn and harvest the disappear ). What I hate is when a Task (heart or daily), states you must kill a certain amount and you are unable to so (lowlevel). Honestly if you need to Bot or exploit GW2 then GHY in life

I would like to know is it possible for me to purchase an account for my son electronically via CC?
As we live in different countries, is this possible? With the Original, I purchased the hard copy and gave my son the code. Also with EON and Factions. Since I have bought many, many Gems, I thought this was possible, and I believe Deluxe is account bound.
If I have to buy a hard copy and give my son the code, that is no problem. I would just prefer a less time consuming effort..

I am not sure what level you are, but I found guardian superior to the warrior. That is my opinion, others may feel different. In GW I only played warrior, in GW2 I have 2 level 80 guardians, first was trial and error, second I breezed to level 80 (2 deaths, falling off mountains). My warrior I abandoned at level 40, I have just started a new warrior so I should be able to give you a definite answer in a month or so..j/k. I am biased towards guardian, even with toughness and vitality maxed, my lvl 40 warrior was getting knocked down where my lvl 20 guardian with precision and power was standing her ground (same area I should add)

Hi Graybes, I have tried every profession with every race. I found the ones I liked (ele and necro) were way too squishy. I finally settled on Guardian, the have both a great offence and defence, they are also great with ranged and melee weapons. I stick to greatsword (melee) and sceptre/torch ranged. In a group I switch to greatsword/staff as the offensive attacks are great as are the support skills/spells. Solo on my Norn my elite skill is Tome of Wrath, in a group it is Tome of courage. My alt is a lvl 80 Ranger which I love to solo with, entire armour is equipped with Superior Rune of the Pirate, use mostly short bow or sword/axe combo. Land pets are reef drake and Lynx, aquatic are Jelly fish and armored fish

I got my Norn guardian to level 80 and decided to create and alt. My human guardian reached level 20 without ever killing anything apart from the short intro phase. I did master both armour and weapon smithing and visited all POIs, Vistas and Waypoints in the various home cities.
And crafting is not that bad, my current armour (self crafted) is still better than anything I have picked up or been able to buy.

I agree with Rising Dusk here, a degree does give you the edge even if other applicants are practically (as in opposite to theoritcally) better. Nowadays theory gets you further up the ladder than the practical know-how.
In response to the OP, you mentioned you want to be in support, a good communication skill is needed and a good knowledge of the product. Not necessarily a technical understanding. You need to know what should work and what not, not why and how. That is for the designer, programmer, engineer etc.
Maybe I am just echoing Leablo here,regarding support being low-level, however you are describing two different types of positions with two totally different sets of subject requirements. But I do wish you all the best as we all need a dream to hang on to.
p.s Not to nit-pick but in English we write I (as in me) as a capital, not like “ik” or “ich” in Dutch and German

I have been playing all day…no problems at all. Until 18:00 CET. Now unplayable. Nobody can say it is my system or my ISP, how is it movement commands are executed immediately but not skills. I really would prefer a stable game rather than the added content. I have only had these problems since F&F started. I never had problems last Halloween or Christmas.

Again lagging like mad. This morning it worked perfect, and now, skills not triggering and disconnects. For me personally after 4 months of play, I have only had this problem the last few days since the new daily awards were implemented. Why don’t they roll back a patch and repair the current one before implementing again.

Honestly this is getting ridiculous and terribly frustrating. Managed to log into Wayfarer Foothills (7 minutes) and no NPCs were to be seen. It was like a ghost town. Running, walking and dodging all react at the touch (or double tap) of a button. All skills take 20 seconds or more to activate. I fires an arrow and was able to run from the Hoelbrak gate to the Borealis Forest waypoint before a arrow left my bow

I am not double clicking and I am not release the mouse button either. I have it where it highlights but it wont drag at all. Sometimes if I double click an empty pane then try it works. Also at times it starts moving and then just jumos back to the original slot

I have noticed since the last update that I am having problems managing my inventory/bags. I am finding it hard to drag and drop items into different slots. Also when trying to drag consumables, I consume then when that was not what I wanted. I have tried for about 5 minutes to remove an item from my invisible bag just to have it constantly equiping. Is anyone else having this problem or should I check my mouse/keyboard settings. I know it is not a hardware/mouse issue as my mouse is still working perfectly with photograph editoring software.

I had a long essay thought out before I responded, but I lost track somewhere….dude, there is nothing wrong with you. During school and university and I had acquaintances but no friends. Military service the same. I felt the same as you, but hey, now is the 44 year since I was born and I can say I have been married twice with 4 kids. Now divorced twice ( I think it is me). The only advice I can really give is live for yourself, people will enter your life and people will leave. Think of yourself as worthy and people that shun you as worthless. It says in your profile that you don’t drink at all. Smoking bad, drugs bad but a pint at your local can open a few doors… just remember to be moderate. Nobody likes a drunken slob.

Hello all…strange to be posting this now after taking two characters to lvl 80 but I am serious need of advice or other players thoughts. When I first bought the game (some 300 playing hours ago) I thought the skill points were challenging and I was just not good enough. Now I have noticed that although some skill points depend on stategy and skill some are really too hard far a solo player. Take for instance the skill point in the Ascalon City Ruins (Plains of Ashford). I belive this is impossible to do solo at the level it is set. I struggeld with my lvl 80 guardian and ranger and was ridiculous with my level 18 warrior and elementalist. I would just like other players thoughts on this as I believe skill points and personal story should be able to complete solo..it should not be a group event as such. A veteran or two is ok but an entire mob consisting of a few veterans is just too over the top..All coments are appreciated

Funny I refuse to pay a monthly subscription like WoW but I must admit to paying for multiple gem cards. I find these are useful to trade for gold (for hard to come by crafting materials), bank slots and for me personally the extra character slots. I like the original back stories and once completed I am iffy about deleting the characters. And this way I can play multiple classes with multiple races……… kitten I need a life

I can’t believe this has been so long. If they are unable to fix the problem why can’t we return it to the vendor and get our laurels back? I am not really interested in acquiring the gear anymore. Would rather get the crafting materials

As I have mostly Norn characters I tend to go for Norse names or variations there of, or characters from fantasy books. I also am not against mixing languages as for a Sylvari, I would go for something like Leif Starkzweig as in Leaf Strongtwig

I have actually bought a few Gem Cards and traded them in for Gold to buy my crafting materials. As for buying from the Gem store, I have bought 2 dye packs (gave me 200% return), character storage and I bought a armour skin. If I do purchase again it will be for a character slot. I like the back stories, I would like to complete all 15 (I think).

Hi All..I would not say I am new to GW2 as I have 2 characters Lvl 80 and and 2 in the upper 20s but still a noob as I only play in PvE, but lately I have noticed a disturbing trend. I have noticed what I could only say is botting. I am on the Millers Sound [DE] server and have seen for the last week or so a character that is only ever running in and out of the Svanir camp in Wayfarers Foothills. Now my question is, does this bother you as a player and could or would it effect your gaming?
