Small quality of life change I feel would be nice.
A Food/Oil slot that would show up with your hotkey bar.
Bind them to activate or simply click.
Food timer shown as a decaying circle around the food slot to give a visual indicator. Much like the boon/condition decay.
This is a really good idea!
Thanks for taking the time to write this out. Going to share it with all my friends.
After hearing about the adjustment to the Toypocalypse Cancelled achievement, I’m really kind of disappointed.
As an achievement hunter, I’ve gotta say, that’s the only somewhat challenging achievement I’ve come across so far, and you’re changing it to make it easy.
We have a few weeks left on this event, why not let them work for it?
Aside from jump puzzles, there are no “hard” achievements in this game, just time consuming or grindy ones.
I’d really like to see some genuinely difficult achievements, maybe soloing Lupicus Giganticus? We all know it’s been done, but it’s not easy!
No doubt, you have some really fun achievements, like the matrix cube key one in the Thaumanova Reactor. Though, I would have liked the steam boss to be level 85 or so, and give out some nice loot in a chest. It would make people go “Hmm, I really gotta come back here when I’m high enough to”.
I’d like to know everyone’s take on this, or if you have plans for some hard achievements~
Please post some difficult achievement ideas here, maybe they’ll get noticed!

A friend of mine is EXTREMELY terrible at rhythm games.
She is considering letting me use her account to knock out the 500 notes and 10 songs completed in the Bell Choir minigame.
I was curious as to if a one time use on another player’s account would be instantly looked at and/or punished. I’ve read that you strongly recommend not doing it.
This may be the only way for her to knock this out for the title
Thanks for taking the time to read this, looking forward to your reply.
In the webcast the other day, you said you don’t always post, but you are watching, you are reading, so I wanted to share my positive feelings with you.
You guys are doing a great job at being on things with the hot-fixing.
The event is fantastic even though it’s only act 1.
The game was getting a bit stale for me about a week ago, but this content drop made up for everything. There’s is almost TOO much to do right now, and I love that feeling.
Keep up the good work, Anet
Looking forward to future content!

Marathon mode, ha! I like it!
+1!
Topic says it all.
Accidentally bought a light armor chest piece on my Guardian while trying to preview, I’d like to be able to trade it over to a character that can actually use it at some point.
Wasted 2 gold, since it’s soul bound, and unusable by my profession.
Talking about original cultural armor, not re-skinned soulbound armor.

It’ll take some getting used to, I just watch the red outline around the enemy to determine what he’s going to do.
I’m not sure if you’re still using the exploit email, or if I’m supposed to do it through game anymore.
I’d much prefer to post my potential exploit reports through the forums, dev-access only, of course.
I can just fit more detail into a report on the forums, than in game.
If I’m supposed to continue using the email, could you make it easily found on the forums?
This will change Monday. Most people are avoiding dungeons due to the DR bug.
I support first person view!
As a guardian, I don’t find myself being a tank, even though I’m definitely built like one.
I find myself kiting and dodging mobs just like the thieves and rangers.
I’m about CCs, Stability, and Regen for my team, while dishing out a pretty decent amount of damage. I rarely die in dungeons, but that’s because I do a darn good job keeping myself alive.
Everyone has that job, to stay alive. Not everyone is good at it, though.
You don’t need toughness and vitality to stay alive, you need practice and enemy awareness.
Make a new character to pass the time, there’s certainly a hell of a lot more content in this game than dungeons.
If it really bothers you…
Taking a vacation from the game until it’s fixed would be ideal.
I respect players who already have full sets of armor.
I want people to respect me when I finish my armor skins.
Unskilled, misguided players need to quit asking for nerfs, and step their game up if they want these armors.
Story Mode is too hard to enjoy, should be much easier than explorable. I want the story, not a grind.
Explorable Mode is fine. If it were easy, I probably wouldn’t care to earn the skins.
Rewards are being worked on, we’ll see what happens.
Just because you haven’t figured out the most effective way to run a dungeon, doesn’t mean it’s broken.

Kill the first two mounds together, as a team.
Have a guy camp, pull gravelings off of one of the points while the four of you stick together, kill mounds, kiting enemies onto the mounds, so you’re killing the mounds and the enemies at the same time.
Just stay active, don’t sit still, you’ll die.
Keep your 4 guys together and killing mounds, and you’ll be just fine.
Wherever your guy camping a collector is, let him do his job, very rarely will you need to help him, if ever.
Let the other collector die.
Again, focus on the mounds.
Your priorities are mounds, then breeders if you’re in-between mound spawns.

Where the cat is located —
To find this, you had to get outside the map in CM. The rock where you were able to get out of the map easily has been patched and smoothed out, cannot be jumped on any longer. It was in a hidden room far outside the map, if you recall, the one with the faces.
It's actually HALF a cat. There is no back to this cat.

I have earned 111 Ascalonian Tears since the latest patch.
I should have 420 since the latest patch.
Compensation would be nice, but there’s no way they could keep track of potential tokens lost for every single player.
Just getting the amount of tokens I should be getting would be good enough for me.
Personally, I don’t expect, or require compensation.
Hope we see some results soon though!
I haven’t been spending as much time on this game as before, due to this bug.
If you run into this issue in the meantime, please make note of the rewards you received in respect to others in your party and list that information here. Please be sure to include the name of the dungeon, as well as any insight into what other dungeons you have run with an approximate time that they were completed (i.e. 16 hours ago, 3 hours ago, etc.).
Again, thank you for reporting this issue!
Heya Devs, While it is a bummer I don’t receive full rewards, I don’t mind running the dungeons.
It’s good practice, and you asked us for help.
I was just wondering if you still need us to report this info, or if you have enough—
Thanks~

I can not find any way to upgrade them, I’ve tried Orbs, Sigils, Crests, and Runes.
I’m considering this is a bug, it has the upgrade icon in the description.
Thanks~
Thought the whole point was to have race specific gear, makes it more unique when you run into a group of people.
Oh well! Thanks for the reply
Hey everyone. We are currently investigating the issue with dungeon rewards not being awarded properly, and will be implementing a fix as soon as it is available. Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to bring it to our attention, as well as those who have provided as much information as they can to help isolate the problem!

Post that info on this topic~

As a Sylvari, I’m able to access other race’s cultural weapons.
Is this supposed to happen?
If so, Armors are forbidden, why aren’t weapons?
Jon,
I’m currently experiencing the permanent diminishing returns bug, but I had a few questions about the system for when it gets fixed
Do the diminishing returns apply to each individual dungeon, or is it all dungeons?
Same question in more detail –
If I do my 3 runs of Catacombs,
Can I do my 3 runs of Twilight Arbor without seeing side effects from running Catacombs?
Last question,
Will running Story Mode effect my Explorer rewards later on?
Thanks ahead of time~

I believe the AC Explorable Dungeon was too hard to complete. Don’t know which path we choose. But the mobs kept on spawning and it was really impossible to destroy the holes in the ground in time. I can imagine that many people just break off this dungeon. After several hours of retrying people need sleep you know.
You really just have to learn the best way to do that part, mainly through trial and error.
Not all teams are suited for explorable, come at it again another time with a new comp.
(edited by Mr Prismatic.9578)
I receive quite enough silver in explorer runs to cover repairs, IF I need any at all.
The new dungeon rewards are buggy, they even said this was a testing phase… Give them time, and feedback.
(edited by Mr Prismatic.9578)
I’ve ran AC Explore three times in the past 2 days, and three times total, EVER.
I receive 15 tokens each path, on different days. It’s ridiculous.
I don’t run dungeons often.
I should definitely have 180.
Everyone else in my party is getting 60 each run.
I work three times as hard to get the same amount as them.
Fix this.
(edited by Mr Prismatic.9578)
That’s actually a pretty decent idea.
The dungeons wouldn’t be so bad if healing worked the way it should.
Yes that is the point I was trying to make: GW1 dungeons felt easy because we had established how to beat them easily. Now lots of people complain GW2 dungeons are too hard but we just need some time to work out how to beat them better.
This captures my frustration with the latest patch.
I had a method of playing my Guardian in a sure-fire way to complete the dungeons making my team survive for as long as they could possibly survive, tanking and kiting enemies.
Pre-patch was fun, but repetitive. Changing the way dungeons act every once in a while would be nice, fresh. Too soon for this change though, at-least for me.
No heads up.
According to a youtube video which will not be linked, these instance maps appear to have a bit more to them than what is currently released. Maybe the dungeons we want, the painful, rewarding, self-accomplishment dungeons, will be shown further down the line. Not as an expansion, but hopefully as just a content boost.
I’m looking forward to future content.
Dungeons/Instances in this game feel like quests in Dragon Age 1 to me, the stories are not at all complete, but I appreciate the way they’re done.
4/10
The way it was presented was not cool.
I saw a 3 hour warning before the next build. I was kicked off right as I ended my dungeon.
I think it was sprung on the community too fast for us to adjust.
Runs are too difficult for most players and not rewarding enough for any of us.
If they think I’m spending any money on gems for gold, they’re sadly mistaken.
Runs are do-able, but definitely not worth it.
Please reverse this for the time being, and come at it again another time.
The audience is always right.
