Another cooling unit you can get from defeating a champion ooze…
In story mode you need just 2 cooling units, in normal fractal you need 3.
The third one is the one you can get after freeing some krew members.

Then there is another room in which u receive dmg (if not story also agony), in this room there a slots for the cooling units. let your guardian go into that room spamming skill one and wearing as much healing gear as he has, use the doge roll to be faster…

After you have placed the cooling units you should be able do enter the room with the turets again and finish it (cant remember atm how exactly)

The room where you can save the asurans is the one that got bugged. It was impossible to get the cooling unit, because there was no way passed the door. We did find a way to keep going in the fractal by hitting a control panel in the agony room. I put what we did in my original post to let others know.

I am currently in a fractal on the thaumonova reactor fractal, and a room that contains a cooling unit and a collider seems to be inaccessible and we have done everything we can up to this point. There is a door but unlike the others in the room it cannot be destroyed or even targeted and we see no way in the room. This room is not in story btw. Has anybody finished this in fractals that may know what I am talking about?

Edit: After one of the people in our group looked around on the forums we discovered this is a glitch. We found a work around using a mesmer, a guardian, and a engineer. The room you need to place the cooling units in has a control panel at the far side of the room. The mesmer used portal and then blink and walked as far as he could into the room. Then placed an exit portal and the engineer and guardian used gap closers to reach the control panel. Two people are needed to interact with the control panel. Once they push the control panel they can return by interacting with the device at the center of the control panel.

So basically if you don’t want to waste your birthday bonus you have to play for 24 hours before playing SAB. Although it may be my fault for not reading the text about the buffs, it still makes no sense why they would force you not to play SAB by taking away a buff as big as the birthday bonus if you do.

I have already placed this in game bugs but I thought I would warn people hear as well. I played Super Adventure Box for about 30 minutes with 22 hours on my Birthday Bonus, and when I finished playing I noticed that my Birthday Bonus Buff was completely gone.

I had used one of my Birthday bonus items on my character that gives 100% magic find, glory, karma, and experience, and I had 22 hours left on it. I decided to play Super Adventure Box with my friend. We played for maybe 30 minutes and then we left. Once I came back into the normal world I noticed that I no longer had the birthday buff. I would really appreciate being reimbursed a birthday bonus since one of mine was completely wasted because of this.

tldr: DON’T PLAY SUPER ADVENTURE BOX WITH BIRTHDAY BONUS

I had quit the game for a while and when I came back my account had been hacked. While I have been playing recently I noticed that I am no longer on the pvp leaderboards, so I decided to try and play 10 games in solo arena just to see if I could appear in the leaderboards there. I was wondering if there was anything that could be done so that I can show up on the leaderboards again.

So I have been wondering as of late why I sometimes seem to have lower health than what I usually have and have been keeping an eye on when it happens. I finally figured out that whenever I am in an overflow server I have less health. Whenever I am put into an overflow server my max health is 18000, and if I am in the normal server I have 19,500 health. I also tested a friends account as well and he has lower health when he is in an overflow server as well. I thought this was worth mentioning and hope you can find out why this is happening. There is no update when I relaunch, and it won’t let me get into the game.

Alright so I have encountered a bug on multiple occasions in tpvp of people not being put back into their base when it is time for the game to begin. This allows them to cap points before the game even begins. It has actually happened to me before so I am 100% sure that this is the reason. When the 10 second countdown is going down they have free roam of the map and this is extremely unfair because being the first person to a point and getting control of points is critical. This gives the team on the team of the person this happens to a huge advantage.

So I’ve been playing a lot of spvp/tpvp lately and I’ve made it over 200 wins overall with my mesmer. I thought I would get a title since it seems like whenever you complete one of the bars all the way you receive a title. I know for a fact I have seen someone with a title of champion phantom(for the necro) which is for 150 tpvp wins with that class. So is there an illusionist title or will I have to win around 40 more tpvp matches to get some sort of title for my mes?

I was wondering if this is happening to anybody else and if we will get our chests when it is fixed. I’ve done a few tournaments today and haven’t gotten any chests for winning.

I play in the tarnished coast and I haven’t heard of a lot of people who roleplay. Maybe you should ask people if there are any guilds that do roleplaying. I know that there is a guild section in the forums, maybe you should look there.

I think I might know why this is for the poi’s. I know for a fact that there are poi’s that are not counted as part of a maps total poi’s for instance in Rata Sum there are some portals that lead to quest areas that I think anybody can enter. These places have to do with certain races storylines but I think they are still accessible by every character; it just asks you if you want to do the instance and if you click yes you will enter the area. These poi’s may count towards the total poi’s and they might be the ones you are missing.
