The fight wouldn’t be as hard if you didn’t die to bugs and cheap combos (like being knocked down before being able to get to the launch pads during the light phase) because Mordremoth will retain all his powers from whatever phase you were on previous to your dying to a bug.
I’ve gotten all the way to the end in a party and 4/5 of us died to the launch pads not launching us, 5th person got to the burn phase at the end couldn’t break Mordy’s break bar, suicided so we could restart. Mordy walks in with his break bar right at the beginning, we stun him to death before Marjory even shows up.
the trial of strength states on the plaque that heals don’t work in that room, but enemies should only come one at a time.
I’ve had the gliding portion fail to make you glide in both the 1st 2nd and 3rd times, if you die and restart, mordremoth will begin the fight at whatever stage you were at before you died, and because the fight ramps up over time, he’ll go crazymode on you right from the beginning, you’re supposed to have buffs to counter the craziness but at the beginning you do not.
I logged in after the new build, still said I required it, abandoned the quest, started a previous quest, abandoned and restarted this one, teleported to a different HoT zone and it worked.
Final story boss encounter insanely buggy

Doing this in a group and doing it solo seems to produce the same bugs to me.
Most people seem to die during the “take to the skies” phase, because the currents don’t boost you into the air and you just die (the shields don’t protect you either)
The important part is: when you die, mordy will start the fight again with all the powers he was using right up until you died, however, as you progress through the fight, you gain buffs to counter the increasing difficulty, but when you restart, you don’t have the buffs but you have to face off against crazy-mode mordy right from the begining.
Also, dying in a group locks you out of the fight yes, my group of 5 made it all the way to the end, mordy was standing there doing nothing and the 1 surviving member (the rest of us died to not being able to fly) could not finish him off as his break bar regenerated too fast, he suicided and we restarted.
Right off the bat mordy summoned his mordrem army adds and appeared…with a break bar, and the final reality rift, so we kept him stunned and clicked the rift, he died before Marjory even came out.
Edit: I also encountered the fall-away floor not coming back after the first restart, and falling to my death trying to reach the rift floating in the air (Braham seemed to be standing on the air just fine though)
My norn warrior
1. Shot of him before he hit 80, hes been called a “prettyboy” by some.
2. Shot of him after 80: hes been called a “flaming hot” norn by my friends.
Bonus: the champion destroyer harpy spawned while I was taking pictures.
Moving on.
Totally read that in Trahearne’s voice
Color consistency makes it match though! 7/10
Ima try again without glowy red berserker eyes so you can see his face better! also scowly face. roar.
Also modified the outfit some.
10/10 for super regal look..
some of those points might be because of the armor and color scheme though >.>;
Here’s my mesmer Viscount Rayland, I might have been watching black butler at the time and wondered if I could match the theme…
8/10 ^
its nornleena!
points off for UI :P
My norn warrior:
edit:
*alas, it was super late at night and I forgot to show that I had a flamey sword to go with my gloves.

Thought I’d throw this in here as an alternate to the above outfit that I’ve been wearing on my mesmer
Same everything else except I used the heritage shoulders from hall of monuments and the gloves from the incarnate light armor gem store set.

It was a rather long and awkward pause between people talking, and while waiting I looked around at the tavern and noticed the brick texture on the wall opposite the fireplace (behind you if you are facing the crew) is rotated 90 degrees the wrong way while all the others are not.
That is all.
._.
I have too many to list everything
Its also been ages since I’ve made most of these so I don’t remember the names offhand >.>
Most of it is a combo of Seer’s light armor, Cultural T2/3, Aether chest on necro, karma armor, some order of whispers on the ranger, and a few pieces of the new plate from the gemstore.
Left > Right
Guardian, Necromancer, Ranger, Elementalist, Engineer
reaper rumble is from either talking to the guy who tps you there from one of the starting zones (flags over their heads, talk to the one who doesn’t talk about loyalty etc) or by going to the mad king’s labyrinth and talking the charr boatman guy and asking about it
Order armors work like other armors with transmute stones, but I thought once transmuted things were soulbound?
Its one of the 70+ exotics which you can usually buy for 40s-1g from the tradepost or randomly rewarded when doing a 100% exploration of a lvl 60-70+ map

the new transmuted back piece still retains the name and flavor text of the book, it may still count, or maybe by “needing it still” they mean just the clue on the book.
