What’s odd is sometimes it’s not going off then other times it will not stop. I wonder if it’s bugged? Or maybe we are just gassy sometimes?

We spent over 3 hours on him and never could kill him. I will say the jokes being sad were funny though lol.

Yes I think they could use a bit more in the “death” lore. One issue is if you are knocked out then how to you just randomly appear at a WP?

Bwhahaha was in game this morning and Warrior in Map Chat was asking what the farts were coming off of him, almost fell out of my chair laughing!

When you die what is the lore that brings you back to Tyria?

@Phoebe The problem is it does not look anything like Magical Rage Fire or really anything except a fart OR dirt. I honestly do not see anything else.

I would love for a dev to please tell us WHAT it is supposed to be. Perhaps they can shine some light on it, clear it up? So far we have farts and dirt…that’s what everyone seems to see. I would LOVE for it to look like fire and would understand that but is simply does not look like that, at all.

p.s. What a big deal is to you perhaps may not be a big deal to others. If players dislike this animation then they have the right to talk about it on the forums. Some people hate some skills the warrior has, yet I love them, do I tell them not to express their opinions? Of course not.

It’s amazing how many players I talk to in game that hate this visual. Wonder why ANET never discusses the farting issue that we have?

You mean the farts that float off of you hahaha! It’s like you are farting or Pig Pen….either one is awful.

I don’t think they will change it since I too have suggested this change, no one seems to like it, but we never get any answer from anyone at ANET

@ Crossaber yeah but the issue with that is you will be in town, having conversation, RPing, etc. and BAM!!! It goes off. You are right though it is a way to stop the poo from coming up…the only way I have found so far

I also have noticed that sometimes the Farts do not come. I wish I knew why that was because there must be some way to have it not Fart. I find that when I first log in the Farts are not there but as I adventure along they begin to show up.

Yes I agree the game is meant to be visual and that animation is just bad. In Map chat yesterday player was calling it “The Messy”. I’m not sure what that is but it does not sound good Wonder if the devs know we don’t like it or do they not read this area of the forums?

It must be a hard fix for the devs since 99.99% of the players don’t like poo on their warriors. We are Poo Warriors and perhaps that’s what was intended

Oh I tried some workarounds but none work as a solid fix. I just wish the dev who created it would at least tell us what it all means. Was the dev gassy during that animation meeting?

The flames that are on The Mad King’s book would be epic. I mean if that’s what they are going for then make it clear and not so dirty and farty as it is now.

Yeah flames would be killer but it’s def not that…it’s def farts. I would LOVE to know who’s idea it was to have us farting.

Does anyone know when and why the Sig of Rage Fart graphic comes on? It seems to come on at random times for me. I loathe it since it makes me look dirty and farting at the same time.

Well now I have to use the Sig of Rage cause it’s just too hard where I am if I don’t . I guess we are stuck with the pig pen animation/fart animation. I wish there was some way to get rid of it /sigh

Yeah that would be a good idea…even list it under “Hidden”. My whole issue though is I have now done this seven times and STILL I don’t see anything pop up to even say I got the achievement. It’s frustrating to say the least to those who enjoy the meta elements of GW2.

I have done this three times now but I don’t even see an achievement pop up. Can someone please shed some light on this?

Only reason why I don’t usually have this skill equipped. It looks ridiculous in towns.

EDIT: Actually I don’t really mind the Pig Pen thing, as long as it only does it whenever you’re ACTUALLY gaining adrenaline, which is in battle.

Activated: no Pig Pen / activated animation

See that’s the issue I have. It does it ALL THE TIME with my warrior. If I’m just standing in town it’s there…stinking up the place.

I actually like how it is high since it makes it more unique. Simply get your piggy bank out and start saving…too many have forgotten how to do that

But Leurent does not get the tree. At the end it says that we are going to burn it. Also how does this all fit Lore wise if the three paths don’g mesh? Thanks though for your input it did help a good bit!

I just did this but feel like I missed something, perhaps at the start. I know there were two Sylvari’s in love and the female does kill her male lover due to his corruption. However who were some of the other characters in Path 2….like the two females that one turns into a spider I think.

Yeah the actuall animation is killer it’s just when it’s inactive that we are Poo Warriors or Pig Pen’s Army

I have tested this but it seems that the warhorn may cancel out one of the other boons or vice a versa. Sorry just having a bit of a time figuring out what stacks with what. Now if I throw in runes, etc. it gets very confusing for me.

Right I can see the plus in that Beast but if there are 20 other commanders with blue icons in WvW how will you even know which one is your commander?

Actually now that I think on it the use of them in WvW is going to get out of hand also. I mean what are we going to do with 20-30 commander icons on the map in WvW? How is that going to be organized? Not that I’m against them in WvW just unsure on how that mechanic is not going to get messed up with all these blue icons everywhere.

Yes it’s bits of floaty, brown, mud, dust like animations that seem to drift off your character into the air. If you have ever seen Pig Pen it looks just like him. On top of that it simply makes no sense to have it…I mean is the dirt coming off of you rage? Rage of dirt? Rage of The Pig Pen? What is it?

Tell me about it lol. Sig of Rage is my favorite Sig but that animation is just horrible. The ironic thing is I think it’s the only one with an animation. Please someone at ANET see this post.

I don’t want to see them at all since it breaks the immersion for me. Yes you could say the same about merchants, etc. but those are actually helpful where as, in PvE, the commander icon is useless. I actually am not sure why there is no option to turn it off in WvW as well….freedom to the players.

So last night in Lion’s Arch there were TONS of Commander icons littered all over the map. Is there a way to turn them off? I know the players like having it for WvW but for PvE the option to turn them off would be welcomed.

Can we please have the option to turn off the Pig Pen animation of the Signet of Rage when it’s not active? At first I thought it was just a bug but was made aware that is just how it is.

Please no spoilers but trying to decide on going Order of Whispers or Durmond Priory. IF the Durmond Priory provides me with more lore on the game, etc. I think I will go with them.

Anyone know if you learn more about the lore of Tyria through them or no?
