I wrote a long post on reddit but I wanted to convey my absolute despair at this decision with two screenshots. And please note I don’t mean them in the slightest boasting way at all (hell they are worthless now).

This is the worst GW2 decision I’ve ever read.

Just sharing my experience, have bought five Copper-fed, two Silver-Fed and five Royal Terrace passes over time. Was excited to buy these slots to share these to all my characters and accepted the items had been well loved and hence not refundable.

I did however expect (especially given Gaile’s original reddit comments) to get a refund on the last Royal Terrace purchase I bought in the December 2015 sale. However I contacted support several times today and was denied.

I really thought this gem refund would be a non-issue but they brought out the 24 hour window which seems to conflict with the earlier comments of “ages”. I’ve been a big supporter of Anet since GW1 (including financially) but I’m pretty much done. I’ve got plenty of ingame gold so from now on I’ll transfer to gems. I enjoyed using real life money as I enjoyed supporting the game I love but that won’t be happening any longer.

So disappointed.

All crab achievements bugged for the second day in a row (4 days overall so far). Anet, can you please extend crab toss by a week (but remove from daily achievements) so we can finish the normal achievements?

Can confirm, all crab achievements are bugged again…

Can confirm, once again (isn’t this the third time?) the berserker damage has been nerfed. Usually hitting for 4k+. Now can barely hit 2k.

Hi,

Previously after a large patch, I have always moved the updated .dat file from one computer to another, replacing the old version. This meant I didn’t have to download the update twice.

However when I tried to do that today, the other computer has a pop-up box trying to “repair archived files” which loads for about a minute or two before freezing. Then, the download launcher begins downloading about 229k files. I’ve tried deleting the .dat and replacing many times with the same result. Any suggestions to fix this?

Just a small suggestion from me. Would it be possible to change the color scheme of the The Anomaly focus item (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/The_Anomaly), to match the Phantasm weapon set (eg. http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Whisperblade).
The purple is slightly different than the other Phantasm weapons.

I can confirm the above. The berserker now does hit well on its first trip & the long delay is gone, but on the way back it barely hits a thing.

Confirm the above. My berserker is doing far less damage than before.

It’s also ‘missing’ and hence not showing up on stairs. Sigh.
